Mango and lime flavour horrible My chicken burger is big bun with a slide of chicken (not a piece of chicken) Service, no comment. You have to try it to believe it. Ice ice, baby... I did try Black Rooster in other different locations, and I had amazing experiences. I don't know what's wrong with this one

chicken was dry- very little sauce, sweet potato chips were soggy. We often order from you, and this was not like your usual good quality

Absolutely fuming !!! Ordered for the first time tonight for delivery have called to see where it is. Got told it's on it's way, still nothing so calling and calling. No answer.😡😡😡😡

Definitely don’t order from here. I never got my food. And I called them 3 times saying it was on the way. After 2 hours off waiting I called them and they never picked the phone up.

order was supposed to arrive at 6.10pm, 49minutes after i placed the order. the order was then late and a new time was estimated at 7.25pm. my order is now late again. delivery should not take this long and this is not the first time this has happened. it is every single time order a deliver. ridiculous!!

Would appreciate more updates and whereabouts of my courier, all in all excellent food as always and excellent customer service, good banter with delivery driver!

Order never arrived! Ordered at 18:45, the time to be delivered came and went changed to 20:10 still time passed, phoned the restaurant at 20:25 said order with driver, it then came to 20:50 still nothing, phoned again same thing order with the driver, was told to phone back in 10/15mins gave it 20 and still order with driver the 3rd time I called. It’s now 3 hours since I ordered and I’m sure the restaurant is closed and still nothing after saying they would make order again and send it!!

Never had any issues and our favourite black rooster to go to. However...did witness a scotish power engineer giving total greif and attitude to the staff for what I seen as totally nothing. Super glad they handled it professionally and courteslely...I defo would not have dealt with someone speaking to me like that. Fair play to the staff...keep up the good work...and awesome food .

items missing. called the restaurant and the girl said to come pick it up ourselves and she would not do anything to help. asked to speak to manager and she put the phone down

Always go for the loaded fries. Great portion and the chicken and the HOT sauce is the perfect match.

Uncooked chips and The sweet potato fries were unbelievably soft, was like mush. I’ve never had this experience with the Dumbarton Black Rooster. Binned half my food.

The food came eventually after nearly 2 hours after ordering, and food was quite dry ....not great for £45

nearly 2 hours late food was cold called up 3 time an waitress advised was only going to be half an hour 1hr 55 mins later I turned up to my house all cold missing a drink, very unhappy with the service baring in mind I spend over £60 on this. exstreamly un happy

No delivery - called restaurant and staff don’t know where it is. Shocking service. £20 order for nothing.

The food was phenomenal and the front staff was really friendly, the place is absolutely spotless and plenty of seats to choose from.

Called at 21:30 to make an order for collection (we were 10 mins away) and was told on the phone they were closed even though it states they are open until 10pm and was widely hung up on. Our friends called at 21:28 and were told it was fine and able to go collect their food, then when we called a few minutes later were told no. If it states you are open u til 10pm I do not understand how a difference of 2 mins between orders make a difference, disappointed to say the least, won’t be back.

2 hour delivery, chips soggy and freezing with barely any seasonsing even if they were crispy, chicken and rice soggy and tasteless usually order from here over other places but after the last 2 deliveries wouldn’t waste a penny

Overall its not to bad food was a bit of a downer but they have great service and employees that help your every need so that bumps the overall score up a bit

Ordered yesterday and said on app 30-55 minute delivery. Waited over 2 hours. No update from restaurant. Called twice and girl on call was rude and dismissive. Said they have no contact with driver once they leave the shop and no way of tracking food. To which I then asked do you not have a contact number to call the driver and she replies yes? Was so unhelpful and snappy then said it was up to me to contact just eat for a refund and she had no time frame to when my order would come. No refund.

Got the "butterfly chicken" small amount of chicken served lot smaller than expected with chips and drink for £9.60 think I'll pass eating here again such small main portion, staff friendly can't fault them atmosphere good for me quiet just how I like it but did pick up

Ordered food at 4:30 showed up at 7pm, completely wrong order. Said to the delivery guy about it being the wrong order, very dismissive and told me ‘that was my order’. Gave him the food back and asked if I could get my food that I ordered and he replied with ‘not my problem’. Complete joke.

food was late and when phoned restraunt advised driver left ages ago. another half hour before food came. food was freezing. my cousin ordered 5 mins before me and lives round the cornor from me and she got hers 1 hour before me.

Tried to go to Great Wester Rd last few days been closed, came to Dumbarton today with the kids food here is much better excellent customer service food here is bang on plus’s free parking

Was driving up to the Highlands, an awesome place to stop off for a quick family lunch. Options for everyone and good service.

In one word, terrible. Firstly, the website ad is a bit tricky, it looks like a quality restaurant and then you really wonder 😳 Secondly, I admit that we are not native speakers, so it might be more difficult for the workers, but I don't think you should treat your customers like trash or something disgusting on the floor. So now how was our dinner - our group (8 people) arrived around 8:30 an HOUR before the last orders - half the "restaurant" was already closed for the customers so that maybe was the first problem - they have to used the closed part for us to be seated. Then the lady behind the counter was the most unfriendly person I have met during our stay in Scotland (maybe she was glad that we didn't understand her accent and fast talking properly 🤔🤔🤔) so couple of my friends recieved slightly different orders. And me 🤦🏼‍♀️😁 I was the one who ordered the food first and the simplest one, at least I think (tortilla without sides). Then my friends got their meals (not all correctly) and I got nothing, so I went to the lady and informed her about the situation and after that she found my order in the kitchen (semi-cold) . So for me and my friends, I am sure we will never visit this place again and after this experience we will not go to any of their franchises again. Btw the person who (perhaps pretending to be) was probably the manager doesn't care about the situation. What I recommend if you are hungry go and visit the restaurant or bar at the Abbotsford Hotel.

Take Langbank out of your delivery areas on Uber. 1hr 45 mins for delivery. Left a fiver tip for the driver who moaned at me when he got here that he wouldn’t get any of it. Said my house was too far away and to remember his cash tip for next time 😂. Some patter! Won’t be back!

Ordered a chicken burrito and I got a chicken burger. Ordered a pitta and got 1 massive bit of yes tasty chicken in a untoasted pitta bread. Chips are plentiful but OK. This place used to be pretty good. Wish I didn't pop in and I don't know if I would go back. prices are up and food quality is way down

It is a fast food restaurant but too nearly 30 mins to get food, had a spicy chicken burger and it was soggy, peri curly fries were so salty that four of us couldn't ear them. The feta cheese salad had loads of water at the bottom of the bowl. Won't be visiting there again even if it was free.

Ordered 630 for a 1915-1935 delivery. Still not arrived by 8 chased order to be told on way. Driver called to say in area and would be there soon still not arrived by 855 called restaurant to be told bridge closed (not true) do I want to cancel. My children now have to go to bed so have missed dinner. Asked to cancel, told need to do it on app to get refund. Cannot find how to do this. Please can I get refund as soon as possible. Friday night ruined.

waited an hour and a half, said would be delivered by 7.25pm, status changed to "being delivered" at 7.25 yet didn't appear until almost 8pm (we live 10mins away). chips/wedges/onion rings were soggy and cold. only plus was free chicken wings and they were lovely. used to order regularly from here but definitely won't be back. it's expensive so have higher expectations for service =(

We were surprised to see the ' restaurant' had a 4.0 review as that did not meet our experience. The peri curly fries were so salty they were inedible, the salad had a cm of water in the bottom of the bowl. The chicken burger was soggy and I can't even describe how vomit inducingly bad the taste of the mango and lime dressing for the chicken.salad was. Staff polite and friendly, very clean inside. For a fast food place our food took 30 mins to arrive.

The appearance is not the most prepossessing but don’t be fooled: the inside is pretty good for a fast food establishment. Service is friendly and efficient. Chicken burgers are tasty - as good as Nando’s. Location is handy if you are heading into Glasgow from the Highlands. Weekday pricing is highly competitive. At weekends it’s fully priced - I.e. £25 for two people.

Chicken strips are misleading. Was expecting the crispy ones rather than just little slices of chicken. Needs to be more clear on menu as wording is very similar

Stopped by here while driving through town. Checked was good but their spice level was way too hot for their ratings. Add 2 chili levels to all your orders.

we came here today for some lunch to take away and we’re served by Jayden. Her attitude when we went to her till to be served was awful. i asked her if i should use my black rooster loyalty app code before or after i told her my order and she said she didn’t know. she clearly didn’t care. i told her my order and so did my friend but her tone towards us was shocking. we waited for our order and were asked by anther memeber of staff what number we were but jayden didn’t even give us our receipt so we didn’t know which he made clear was an inconvenience to him. i went to get my food and jayden gave us a very dirty look and looked me up and down. the horrible customer service from here ruined our experience and expectations here and we are not happy at all

As a party of 6 wee enjoyed a range of dishes which everyone enjoyed. Well done.

I ordered cheese & sauce with my wedges, they came dry. The Vegetable calzone also came with next to no sauce, totally dry. Food was still very hot but the lack of sauce ( especially when ordered ) meant the food was subpar

I was enjoying a meal when I spilled my drink. I asked a man behind the counter Usman if I could have napkins to clear the spillage but he threatened to attack me with a brush and started chucking chips at me chasing me out of the restaurant and down the street.

I cancelled my order over the phone due to road works and still have been charged.
