Asked the driver not to press the doorbell but to phone when he arrived. He pressed the doorbell three times before phoning and woke up my sleeping partner.

Honestly shocking waited over 2 hours

Order placed 8.30 and never received until 10.30! Had to phone after found said delivered on website but company couldn’t find order. This however for 5/10 mins on phone for them to locate. Promised it would be made and sent out immediately. Never received order for 40 mins later and was freezing

it was fineapart from asking not to have hips and they were included again

I loved the pizza and the other food. Made me full

was fine except that I asked for no chips or naan bread and both were in the box

I will say A.H.4.U back in 2020 was a fantastic place to eat..... But I unfortunately have to state that there food has gone down the ladder I ate from there about November 2024 and had all my memories of how there food tasted back in 2020 were smashed to pieces I thought I found my forever takeaway for double skyscraper cheese burgers and I was real dissapointed in there food and there customer service as I picked up my order in shop and felt like they didn't want me there and I felt over charged for the very little I got it's such a shame and there loss

Food great as usual. Also warm and not cold like others by the time you get it.

We used to use another local for pizzas and last order was a stone cold waste of money. this order arrived early, absolutely piping hot and tasted great. pizzas were great, lots of toppings, nice crispy base, the pizza deal great value for money. Staff also noted the request to leave a specific topping off so thanks for that! Really pleased!

Chocolate fudge cake with cream tasted like spiced onions it was rotten

Said the delivery was completed at 2 am but It was never delivered still waiting and it’s now 2:10 am

Didn't like the pakora as tasted as though it had been sitting for a wee while. Which isn't like this when ordering. Curries and pizza is always amazing

usually great but when delivered said we pwe £3 for stuffed crust... I've had multiple orders from here this has never happened, luckily had cash as I never no.... maybe fix your online ordering system to fix this when ordering the double!

I just bought 2 pizzas from here. I will say the delivery was a good time but when i received my pizza’s this is how they looked. The driver couldn’t get away quick enough telling me he either carried them wrong or he dropped them. Not great, if we hadn’t been really hungry we would have called to have him come collect them again. I think you should maybe stay to the drivers to be a bit more careful

Phoned up to explain that there was 2 large hairs found between my teeth when digging into my burger, staff seemed to think this was okay, not understanding the gravity of the situation, hair shown below.

Not hot enough to eat plus wasn't many chicken tikka, not enjoyable, also give me half a tub of spice onions not full one 😒🤔

They will take your payment, not carry out the order, then deny it on the phone while shouting at you. Best avoid this one.

Last time we got the wrong topping, this time no stuffed crust despite paying for it. Food is good, just rarely get what you order.

food was ok, not worth the money as they charge way more than other restaurants in the area, especially the chicken pakora it was 90% batter and the very small amount of chicken was extremely dry

i usually order without the veg as i’m physically unable to eat them due to eating disorders but i forgot and thought it would be fine as i could pick it off but there was so much i spent more time picking it off than being able to eat it but if there wasn’t an overload of veg it is normally a 5 star

order was incorrect there was cheese on my chips it ruined my meal

Food was freshly made, the Greek Pizza tasted delicious and the staff seemed extremely pleasant.

Delivery was fast and food was lovely. Still hot and lots of it.

Specifically asked for only white cheese on my doner hoagie as I am allergic to cheddar. When it came it had cheddar in it, couldn’t eat it was put straight in bin. Gutted :(

Absolutely shocking service tonight from a takeaway we have used for years! Ordered through their website 50mins late phoned to check as payment was pending guy on phone was rude and arrogant said no order placed so your not getting your food! They have now lost a loyal customer as will never order again

I got a cheese nan and chips and cheese the nan is freezing cold the chips are driping with grease .. soggy chips makes me feel sick i binned the lot i cant even take a pic its all out the back in the bin

Ordered ben and jerrys got haagen dazs , got garlic mushrooms but the tub was basically empty ... Mixed pakora had small chewey dried uo bits of chicken

Food always arrives nice and hot. Hard usually to pick somewhere where all the family like the food, but always know if we chose Aladdin. Some prefer pizza or curry or pakora so always a good mix and food is delicious

Ordered, was here within the hour. Just what you need after a late shift and noone can be bothered cooking. Stuffed crust veg pizza is AMAZING 👏

Shockingly bad service from this place. Used to be good and give you nothing but cheek on the phone. Ordered last night and got served tripe. Tried to help someone with a disability order today and they gave nothing but ignorance and cheek. No understanding from these folk. Avoid at all costs.

Portion size was terrible. The chicken had had a slimy sauce texture to it as if it had been previously scraped off. Usually a regular but it's been disappointing to see it gradually go downhill. Last time I'll be getting anything, after 20 yr custom

Delivery wasn’t left outside when I asked for it to be. The guy phoned me then had an argument with me outside my front door about why he couldn’t leave it outside because I would’ve complained when my food went cold, waking up everyone in my house which was the reason I didn’t want him to knock or ring the bell. Food was good though.

Hi, i ordered this a good week ago and cancelled my order because it was the wrong adress and i still haven’t received my refund. I would like my money back.

Cheeky staff… foods extortionate for the quality… go to Taj or chargrill much better and both are cheaper

Poor order tonight. Usually always have same thing. Kebab not the same. Chicken not nice, bits of paper stuck to it, chips soggy, garlic mayo not nice - binned most of order.

the food was inedible, the pakora was overcooked, the pizzas where sloppy and undercooked wasted £40 on food we couldn't eat.

The order delivered was completely wrong. Tried to contact about it but apparently closed before the listed closing time and still no response to my refund request.

If I could give less than one star I would. Tonight I tried to order a delivery to which JustEat malfunctioned on their side and said they were closed. I called up to try and get the item sorted as it had taken my money to which I got abuse down the phone from staff. I was told “it’s not our problem, it’s yours!” down the phone, to which I tried to explain the predicament that I am now in as it had taken my money and they were so rude down the phone to me. No customer deserves to be treated like this. My advice is never order from this establishment. This is not the first time we have had issues with ordering from them and having dogs abuse from staff.

Worst experience ever cheeky people and not even got my food

Ordered donner hogie before going to work, waited over an hour causing me to miss my train therefore making me late for work only ordered as I had no food at home. For me to find the food left at my door ice cold without anyone even bothering to knock at the door. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Baked potato was hard and green and freezing cold too much cheese

Donner kebab was average very,very spicy sauce ,place was mobbed with about 8 workers and still took half an hour to get my food but staff were sound place looked neat and tidy all the food in the front fridge all looked fresh ok place

Was phoned 10mins after order was placed to check it, confirmed the order and was told it was being made. Cut forward to an hour later and 15mins after it was due to be delivered, phoned shop to then be told that it wasn't made/sent because of an issue on my part with the type of pizza which was left as plain w/ stuffed crust. Why did no one phone from the shop after already confirming the order that there was an issue?? Was then reiterated that this was my fault and I should specify basically.

I started to enjoy this meal until someone in the household interrupted my nice tasting session. i think i would have enjoyed it more if i was sitting my car that will soon be taken off of me or my house that was handed to me. also i had mayo, big mistake . should have had tomato sauce but hey ho i’ve made mistakes my full life

Spicy chicken was horrible this time and very little (if any?) sauce on the hoagie - completely different to the usual. Not in any sauce, just dry bits of chicken. So disappointed considering the high price.

didn't deliver my food, despite claiming twice to have delivered it. tried to call twice, didn't take my call either time.

I've ordered food twice which I had to throw out because it was delivered after I left for work even though thr delivery should of been here well before.

Food was delivered to wrong address and I had to wait an extra hour . I was told the take away was extremely busy and there was nothing they could do speed it up .

food is awful, pizza stone cold, mozzarella stick severely undercooked and like rubber, pakora and chips soaking in condensation and soggy absolute waste of money. better ordering elsewhere especially with the prices they charge. Will not be ordering from here again

alladins are always on time or early and never ever had problem when ordering from them

put in item order, food to be left in porch space. food was left outside, and was soaked by rain by the time i got it. pizza was soaked and inedible. video evidence taken if needed.

Asked specifically on the phone for no mushrooms and it had mushrooms. Not chicken kebab meat like advertised. Pizza wasn't hot. Always order from here but disappointed tonight.

Stone Cold, then had the cheek to ask for more money for delivery and quite frankly completely ruined my whole evening. I have never ever had such a culinary disaster of an experience
