This is our "usual" place to meet up with girls, became a tradition already. Food is nice, prices are reasonable and the place is quite spacious. Big thanks to Polina for always being friendly, smiling and kind.

firstly there was no Shisha secondly they don’t even let you finish your plate, they constantly come to your table to take your plate even though you are still eating- i understand it’s super quiet but ppl don’t just go to eat, they catch up and talk. taking the plate means you want us to go. it’s super quiet i understand but that doesn't mean you have to keep eyeing us like every two seconds. i couldn’t eat in peace. every second i get stared at, it was so awkward.

Absolute rip off, how could you lie to people on new years eve that you will have belly dancers Dj and so on, but then close the bar at 11pm… absolute disgrace to customers, will never return and recommend friends not to

Me and my husband been here on this weekends and we fully loved it! The staff is a star of this place, the most attentive and caring. 10 stars!!

The food was good. My friend loved the sheesha. But honestly the service was amazing. It's actually really difficult to find somewhere that every person you encounter is just super helpful and willing to ensure you have a great experience. Was our first time but definitely not last

Staff were nice and friendly. The lounge didn't really have a vibe, pretty quiet. But for context I went on a Saturday evening around 6pm.

Sunny and Cataline best service and atmosphere possible I’ve never been to a better place with better service they’re star employees at this place and make it enjoyable.

I was excited to go here, but what let it down was two things, the food and one of the female servers. I'm not sure if it was the time of day of me attending that had an effect on the food (11pm) but the wings were bland, and the prawns were over cooked drenched in whatever sauce it came in. The only thing that i really enjoyed was my sweet potato fries. One female server acted like she was hard of hearing, and when we did get her attention, our drinks order wasn't even placed. 😒 (I really don't understand why people work in industries like these to do a rubbish job). Big up the shisha guy, he was 10/10; I say this because we picked a shisha combo that he was iffy about, and he took his time to explain that he didn't think what we chose was a good mix, so for that, thank you 🫡. I'll probably retry this place at an earlier time just to see if the food is better, but for now, no rush.

Shard’s service was impeccable, his attention to the details was perfect. The vibe was amazing, he made us feel special. I highly recommend Black Moon Lounge, it’s a place where you will have a great time with astonishing food and cocktails!!

Amazing place lovely chill area food was soo tasty alittle disappointed with the moctails but the shisha was great! Defo going back and it will somewhere I go all the time I spent £30-45pp decent night out.

Had a excellent night there. Food is good. Service is exceptional. Shisha has lot of flavour combinations. The waitress brought wrong pasta but changed it immediately after we informed her. Closes at 1 PM, but could be open a bit more since they have shisha.

It's a fantastic place to be, I go there because of such a polite staff, especially Paulina. She is kind and polite. All staff is very professional kind and cooperative. I would recommend this place to anyone for Shisha and food.

This was a quick pitstop before heading to a friends BBQ. The mushroom bruschetta exceeded our expectations. Creamy with Lots of flavour. The staff were also really friendly. Cannot wait to go back for a full meal.

Very rude staff. Not sure what the waiters name is, but he was a tall European looking man, he spoke to us very rude. The staff seem to be telling us different things and they’re not sure on rules themselves.

The waitress keeps burping, very inappropriate and not professional.

2nd time I have been here, they definitely deserve this 5/5! Customer service was on point, everyone was welcoming, kind & helpful. Food/shisha was great. Please keep up the great work. I also wanted to shout out Andrea, she always has a smile on her face and provide excellent service! Thank you always making our experience great :)

Amazing food and drinks at this restaurant. I’ve been here a few times and they food and service never disappoints. The drinks are reasonably priced especially for London and the food is flavourful. Great restaurant with good environment. food was great and the shisha is the best part. We ordered a shisha the cheif approached us suggested a shisha and boom it was the best shisha I ever smoked. I asked him for a sweet shisha he gave me that and he also gave me us a special light on the house. As a shisha lover I suggest you guys it is best place blackmoon and I would visit it once again :)

We was a group of 5 that visited the restaurant at 7pm with an reservation. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the waiter took our orders. He got couple of drinks order wrong which was rectified quickly. Then 2 main courses came out and we was waiting quite long for the other 3, only for them to be wrong dishes! Waiter put through 3 lamb shank orders instead of lamb chops and tried to convince us it was lamb chops. A waitress had to step in and solve the issue. We had to wait an additional 40 mins for the lamb chops whilst in that timeframe 2 of our friends had finished their main courses and we were super hungry. Waitress lady apologised and gave us free round of drinks for the inconvenience & bad service. We then went to the lounge were we continued our night, the Shisha was nice & service was good from the Asian brother.

The food is so tasty!!! We tried Angus Sirloin with mushroom and peppercorn sauces as well as grilled vegetables! All was cooked very well! The coctails are definitely worth trying! Special thanks to Laura for the great service!

Not sure if I enjoyed the atmosphere. Place was booked but no proper welcome or seating made available. Tables were improvised kindly but near the door, a lot of draft, not able to enjoy the place.

Food is below average, drinks are good, shisha is good For food we ordered lamb shank, spring rolls, fries, and chicken with potatoes. Spring rolls were half empty, chicken was ok, lamb shank didn’t have much flavour other than lamb having lamb flavour. Overpriced for food but drinks and shisha were good. The service is good

This is an astonishing little spot conspicuously situated along the way in Ilford. The mesmerising ambience will make you wonder if you are still in Ilford. The food is delicious and the staff are polite, courteous and helpful. The lounge is stylishly decorated with a sleek contemporary finish that will make for that perfect instergram picture 📸. There is ample free roadside parking from 5pm week days and free weekends. This is a little oasis right here in Ilford.

HALAL FOOD - Excellent environment and service was very professional. In terms of food, it was alright - steak was just steak and chicken was chicken. Nothing special and lacked flavour and seasoning.

I Came for my birthday with family and it was a lovely birthday meal , the service given to us was faultless, and everyone was super accommodating to my 2 year old daughter. Food was delicious the mixed grill was huge!we will definitely be coming back. The cocktails and mocktails were so intricate and looked like works of art 10/10.

There are no words to describe this place! I have been visiting this place for more than a year and I have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, served on time, the cocktails are excellent and the staff members are wonderful, they give time and help you to find everything for your taste. Will most definitely revisit it soon. Exceptional waiting and serving staff, bartenders on point too. Met up with friends, but hadn't managed to eat before arriving just past 10pm. Grateful food was still being served for the next hour. The chicken burger was good, with chips, and a few excellent cocktails. 👌🏼

Amazing atmosphere and decor, a slice of glamour in the east end. The food was fantastic, had the salmon and seabass, and the shisha was so smooth too. Andreea, was incredible with her suggestions, and service. Will definitely be coming back again!!

We went as a big group. The service was friendly and very professional. Even though they did not have much time to organise as it was planned so last minute they did a great job. Food was tasty and atmosphere here was lovely

Truthfully, I think the service here is one of the best I’ve ever experienced! They were so welcoming, respectful and just generally extremely lovely to us. Although we had slight issues with the menu but overall I’d definitely recommend this place purely for the amazing vibes and service! 10/10 easily! Also the piña colada is yummy!

Very tasty food with good sized portions. For starters, my friend and I shared the braised octopus and pan fried king prawns - both cooked perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood linguini for my mains, and my friend commented on how fresh the chargrilled seabass was. I've knocked off one star as the restaurant location is quite awkward to get to if you are travelling by car. Also sitting outside was quite distracting with the street activity, so I would recommend sitting indoors.

Absolutely brilliant , such wonderful staff and incredible food. There were three of us and we had a working lunch . They were so welcoming and the venue was so beautiful. We met the owner and promised we would do a review because they were simply wonderful.

Ordered the lamb shank but received lamb chops instead and the waitress realised as she put it on the table and was extremely apologetic and offered to have it corrected..but the lamb chops looked so good I decided to keep them and we even got dessert on the house to make up for it! Service was amazing, everyone was super friendly food was totally delicious, decor was sleek..will definitely be going back for my lamb shank.

Kitchen staff very slow and the food has no flavour and I mean no flavour. Reservations was for 8 mains arrive at 10:30... The chips are the best thing on the menu 😂

The food was impeccable, the customer service was even better. Great cocktail mixologist behind the bar! The restaurant itself is clean and spacious with comfy seating. Ricardo and Melissa, Bianca, Davide, Davis were amazing! The attention to detail and friendly staff have now made this my regular place.
