Chips weren’t edible. Could tell straightaway by looking at them.

food was awful we had mixed Donna, hardly any meat and chicken was so dry and warmish cold, the only things that was edible was the chips

food was nice but a lottle cool due to slow delivery

Unfortunately the meat was dry and chewy and both kebabs were smothered in sauce.

The food was cold and the chicken dish was still pink in the middle so we couldn’t eat it really disappointed as when we come here we always get food food and this time we didn’t :(

The food was absolute awful, the chicken was pink. The chips were cold and awful to eat because of this! Disappointing

waited 1.5 hours. the food arrived cold and most of it was to hard to eat. After a few bites we threw it out. We used to love bingols but after tonight, it's definitely put us off. Going by JE's updates, it left the store at 7.36pm and arrived at 8.30pm

Garlic bread with cheese was missing donner meat was overcooked and hard it looked like the wrap made in a rush wasnt wrapped tight so everything had fallen out in a mess. I will say this was at 1am i ordered and 10 mins later they were offline

Kofta kebab tasted ok, but portion size was very small for £10, needs to be at least twice the size to be worth it.

Awful. Dry meat, gone off salad. Some of the kofte meat wasn’t cooked properly. Pitta was hard.

The portions are enormous and full of meat! Very tasty. Ordered for ASAP delivery, it was showing 45 minutes but arrived within 15 with perfect food temperature.

Had the donner wrap with some salad it was full of meat and salad so worth the money didn’t scrimp on the amount good quality of donner and the chilli sauce was lovely and hot Superb will definitely be returning

Food came almost cold and they run out of plastic recipient so food came wrapped in paper, basically a mess.

Absolutely terrible service tonight, over an hour late then when it arrived it was stone cold and horrible. If there was an option for zero stars it would definitely would’ve been that.

Shocking customer service!!! Especially when they have been caught out trying to charge meal for a Meals thinking we did not have a menu!!

As another food place had let us down, I decided to quickly order from Bingols, as it was getting late for our Saturday night treat dinner. I called them up and they assured me that everything was fine, as they had a driver outside ready. They managed to do our food in fantastic time, along with it being delivered before bed time! Highly recommended. Thank you!

Food luke warm, item missing, poor excuses from restaurant for lateness, from order to delivery 95 minutes, should've been 50 minutes, had a message letting me know the order was on its way 40 minutes after ordering, took another 55 minutes to arrive, love these guys at Bingol, been going there for years but they've NEVER learnt anything regarding their delivery side of the business, always been average to poor, so disappointed. Will drive and collect in future..

The burger was all squashed, on route possibly, not the best quality and I couldn’t believe how much lettuce onion salad they threw on everything It was excessive. The small lamb kebab I found the lamb hidden under the masses of salad. Hummus was inside a pitta again shoved full of salad. Shame I don’t have a rabbit because it would have had a week’s worth of food

The food was so late that it was entirely cold. The restaurant was annoyed when I called and the driver did not show the slightest interest. Really awful experience throughout - waste of money.

Pizza burnt on outside while under cooked inside. Kebabs were tasty and very generously filled. Main issue was we all had bad tummy during the night. Shame as usually Bingol is excellent.

Exceptional quality food & Excellent portion size on both the Kebab wraps ( Lamb donner ) & the traditional pitta shish kebab ( Lamb ) rounded off by Excellent service to maximise satisfaction for the whole meal . I am very happy indeed, and, as you may have guessed, I am impressed.

Normally great service and food however this time food okay and clearly less. Such a shame as spent a lot over the last few months as finally thought we had found an honest decent kebab shop!

Just Eat website is a Massive Rip Off.... If I phoned my order directly my Kebab would have been £3 Cheaper and free delivery instead of £2 delivery & £0.60p service charge if I spent £10. Instead I was charged £14.60 which is £4.10 more. My order cost £8.50 and I could get an extra pitta bread & can of coke for £10 & free delivery.
