Awful food. Beef with black bean sauce was inedible. Slimy texture to the meat and sauce was sweet and glutinous. Kung Po chicken was okay. And they only take cash which is odd considering how long the business has been operating. We wouldn’t go there again.

Just order Crab an Sweetcorn soup and Fried Rice and chicken and yellow bean sauce. Which I got charged over £13 for. I got tastless, awful watery Won Ton soup. And the poorly packed yellowbean dish leaked watery sauce all over docments desite being in contaner and plastic bag. I opened the carton to find it half full of tiny pieces of chicken and a few cashew nuts and about two tablespoons of undissolved sugar in the bottom. Never again!

First time trying a takeaway from here and definitely the last! Really can't believe how bad most of the food was. The lemon chicken had lumps of gristle in the meat and hardly any lemon sauce plus the batter was soggy. The vegetables were slimy, the sweet & sour sauce was thin and watery and with a strong taste of vinegar, chow mein was just fried noodles and was very dry. It was all unappetising and it didn't tasted fresh, most likely old stuff that had been reheated. A lot of it ended up in the bin. Also strange that they don't take cards especially in these times. It's just cash only. Pity we wasted £30 of it on this rubbish.

Binfield Kitchen normally does great food but today was a let-down. Rice was stone cold and curry puffs were hard and overdone. Everything was the same colour and it was just not appetising. I also must say that it would be better if they moved to a contactless way of payments in these Covid-19 times. Everywhere else does not want to use cash and very few people have cheques today. Disappointed all round. End of the road for us and would not recommend.

Just love this Chinese. I used to love in Binfield, but moved away 15 years ago. I still drive over half an hour (each way) to get our Chinese from here, no other take-away has matched it. The beef in black bean is amazing, and the chicken satay is the best I have tried anywhere. I make the drive for the satay alone, everywhere else does the standard over hydrated chicken on a stick in a ‘bought from wholesale’ sauce, this place does proper chicken in the best satay sauce I have ever tried. I don’t get the negative reviews, can only presume they are from people without tastebuds.

First time having a takeaway from here and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews, the dishes were hot and tasty, the seaweed and prawn toast were amazing! The noodles in the chow mien weren’t to my liking but the beef in black bean, crispy chilli beef, chicken in yellow bean and the chicken balls were all cooked well and made for a great takeaway. Would return

We had a really nice takeaway from here in February and thought we would try again last Friday. I think the food must have been reheated leftovers from Thursday! We asked for mini spring rolls but were given a big greasy unedible roll. The special rice was so overcooked, prawns shrivelled up. Also the beef chow mein was awful..tiny bits of unidentifiable pieces of meat and so dry that it glagged in your mouth. Sad to say most went in the bin and we won't be going back. Actually, when you look at this place in the daylight....it looks very run down.

The duck was dry and uneatable. The diches I had where just all bland and no flavour, they must put raw peas in the omelette as they were so crunchy and hard. Spent £28 and eat about £2 worth. We have eaten from here a couple of times and really like the chow mein. Some of the other dishes however, although tasty, the met consistency is rather off putting. After ordering a beef dish, it was as thought the beef had been left to broil in a vat of water for a few days. I know beef is meant to be tender/fall off the bone but this squishy slimey beef was just wrong. The chicken wasnt as bad, but again, something was just very off putting about it.If we want noodles, we go here. The Malaysian spicy chow mein is superb.

I have lost count how many times we have had take-aways from the Binfield Kitchen and every time it is consistently reliable, and good. The meat or fish is good quality, and no hidden surprises. Like most people we have our set favourites, Chicken Kung Po is a favourite, and good and hot!, the crispy duck, whichever size you get, is more than enough to fill the pancakes. I am still 'old school' so sweet and sour Pork Balls, are my staple and they are great, solid meat.In fact, there is always enough left over from the mains to have a second meal 2 days later.Spring Rolls are particularly good.No problem recommending this take away

I've ordered from Binfield Kitchen for several years now and every single time and it is impossible not to order the chicken satay, it is simply unbelievable. I've yet to find another place that can replicate it. Their crispy duck is very nice too, including the hosin sauce which is sickly good. We tend to order an extra hosin sauce as we love to load it on the duck! This is definitely another favourite after the satay. As we generally order a good amount, we always receive complimentary prawn crackers. I can vouch for and recommend this place 100% if you are ordering either of these, the rest of the selection i'm much less familiar with (the chili beef is a little dry and weak in beef, and the lemon chicken is ok). They are sometimes difficult to communicate with on the phone as they can struggle to understand you but that makes it all the more authentic. Enjoy!

I actually went next door for fish and chips but they are "cash only" so I ended up ordering from J3. Chatting to the guy there, the place went under new ownership in November 2023, so very recently! I ordered crispy chilli chicken and egg fried rice. Although the dish had red chillies in it, it was not hot (in spice) at all, however it was quite a pleasant dish and a good portion size. Although it's hard to judge fairly on just one dish, I was only eating for me so there you go! I was not blown away by the meal but, conversely I ate all of it and it seemed better than the J3 (or even Forest Chinese before that) of old, which was inconsistent at best. My favourite Chinese is still easily Dragon House in Birch Hill, but the J3 seems better under new management.
