Food was 45 minutes early which would have been great had the food been cooked fresh. Dry burger and cold kebab, chips were the only half decent thing. it's a shame, food used to been decent from here but in the time since last ordering ~6 months ago quality has gone massively downhill.

Plenty of food but kebab meat was tasteless not be ordering from there again

by the time I ordered it and got table ready it was hear and it was really hot

Calzone was discussing was full of watery oil literally pooring out and making the dough soggy I had to bin it

We’ve only ordered once before this and it was fine but the order today was terrible the pizza was doughy,the cheese was horrible,kebab meat was cold and tasted under cooked and was very grey,could not eat it so won’t be ordering again.

Ordered at 18:30 rang back at 19:30 to be told 10 mins 20:00 phoned and explained we had work in morning so wanted to cancel order and the phone was put down on us... rude... never had a problem with these, their food is spot on but I won't be using them again as their customer service seems to have gone downhill. Uk pizza is gonna have us back as they are loyal to their customers food great and they look after their customers.. end of rant😁

They need to cut their pizza more, good job I have a pizza cutter

Order was never delivered. Phones restaurant 2x to be told it was out for delivery & then to phone again and say they never received the order. Socking service

There was a delay due to a printer issue (from my understanding) but once the restaurant notice they called me and were very apologetic. The food arrived approx. 15 minutes after the phone call as promised, it was hot and absolutely delicious 😋 the milkshake was a really nice touch as well. ☺️

Delivered over an hour late and delivered the wrong pizza, which was abysmal considering we paid extra for 2 extra toppings too which isn't cheap. Garlic mushrooms over cooked. All Food was cold and soggy.

pizza dint have no toppings on they was all in the box! the cheesy chips was flat cold wouldn't feed this to mi dog fair to say I won't be coming here again if a want to eat slop id have ordered prison food!!

Asked for no cheese on my calazone, came smoothered in cheese... about 5 pieces of filling in the calazone that wasn't cheese... lost count how many times you've got my order wrong... can get the order wrong but you don't get the F**ing price wrong though

food dry and clearly not freshly made to order. half cold half hot. all meat dry which shows not fresh. delivered within 15 minutes of order and is 6 minutes from my house

Pre ordered and arrived early, everything was warm and perfect so filling too. Definitely order again.

Absolutely vile ordered chicken tikka wrap didn't even arrive with contents advertised on menu apart from hard dried out chicken barley able to stab a fork in without brutal force just ate the bread in the in end contents emptied out in the box then the bin after partner had kebab and that was also appalling

The food is nice, good quality, portions are generous and it’s not usually very greasy all things considered. The delivery time is always out, every delivery I’ve had has been within 20-30 minutes. Milkshakes are awesome! Chicken wraps are fab.

Got a hot and spicy pizza, and got one piece of pepperoni…

the chicken burger was excellent, however my partners garlic bread was burnt but cold with just a splot of garlic butter no care or standards.

Extremely greasy, soggy bread with burgers and overall taste was just poor. Missing cheese on chips as specified on order and toppings on order that didn’t ask for

salad was great, donner kabab with pitta was small for it's price and didn't see an option for it to come with salad. definitely not worth the £7 i paid.

Food was freezing cold. Delivered early so would have thought it would have been warm. Calzone was dropping out of box due to the grease. Cheese hasn’t melted due to chips being cold. Usually nice from here but this was horrendous.

The packaging was wet and broken, for first moment I think to ask for replacement, however I was starving and decided to take it. I ordered calzone pizza, end off was slightly broken that's why juice from inside popping out and destroyed packed. Overall I put 5 star 🌟 because calzone was delicious and one piece of chicken very tasty definitely recommend to everyone and forgive you this broken packaging. See you again for definite

the food came and it was freezing, we ordered 2 chicken wraps but couldn't eat cos it was that called so the tortilla wrap was rock solid... the chips was like they've just been taken out of the freezer and chucked in a tray

Food late and cold. Kebab meat was tasteless and went in the bin. Delivery driver was very polite tho and apologised for lateness. Won't be ordering again.

the stamps you collect they refuse to do. Absolutely pointless. £10.58 voucher they point blank refused to honour cancelling my order even though it was above it can't get through to just eat to complain don't bother

The order was late and unfortunately the order was incorrect. Tried to contact the restaurant / take away but no response to 2 phone calls or an email!

Both pizzas wer all mushed in the box and only managed to salvage 4 pizzas of the margarita and 5 of the meat feast. Not edible. Looked like the whole meal had been dropped on the floor.

I order regularly and have never had any issues but yesterday I ordered a pizza and fries. Both of which were burnt and the fries were also like cardboard as if they had been recooked from the day before. . From usually very satisfied to very disappointed. A waste of my stamp discount and it went in the bin.

Food came with no sauce, overdone and dry as a bone. Usually a solid choice though.

I Ordered a mix Donner tray and a pizza, when delivered the pizza was missing, I called the shop and they had it back out to me within 5 minutes. The food was lovely, the Donner meat was delicious. Really enjoyed it and would definitely order again!!

Ordered food at 19.26pm & it was delivered at 19.40pm. The burger wasn’t cooked & the chips were cold. All went in bin, 🤦‍♀️

Disappointing.... ordered a special kebab. was very greasy. I think the shammy kebab and the lamb shish were deep fried, as was the chicken tikka. Didnt seem freshly cooked to me, re heated by dropping it all in the frier I suspect. Salad was lettuce and onions only. Naan was actually nice, but I won't be returning

Pizza had excessive amounts of cheese, was soggy and tasteless. 1 slice and binned rest could not salvage any of the pizza.

Whilst inside the takeaway waiting for my food I witnessed them take fried chicken and re heat it in a microwave before sending it out for delivery. No care taken. I had to wait for my pizza to be re done as it was sent out incorrectly. Pizza didn’t taste as nice as normal and had stomach ache all day today

Firstly, delivery is always amazing. The order is always correct and delivered earlier than expected. I like the food and the options, they’re happy to adjust orders to suit our taste and always spot on. Recommended

Ordered 2 lots of cheesy chips, they’ve just arrived with about one grated bit of cheese on each, never normally have an issue from here
