Big Bite Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

Food was poor regular customers normally the food is OK so we complained and was told not to order from there again by the person on the phone and then banned off their site

we get a 12" munchy box with no chips every time we order but the last 2 night the order has been wrong sent the wrong size box with chips and no extra cheese on the pizza i rang bk next day any asked what was going on and to make another order she said i ordered the the bigger munchy box with extra cheese but forgot i did not want chips lol the boss told her to give me extra chips with my next order fgs I DO NOT EAT CHIPS i ordered again and still wrong order fgs no half and half pizza just ham and pineapple and what do you know there was chips rang bk again she said she did not here what i said that is why it,s 3* i would of given 5* but not for this service

Looking at the last review on here, I was a bit wary to try this place, but we got the calzone kebab pizza and quarter lb cheese burger. They were the best we've ever had. The pizza in the 2 star review looks like a cheap frozen shop bought pizza. The one we got was loaded and really thick. Plenty toppings. I cut it in half for the photo

We have used your shop for ages and told our friends how good you were but over the past few months had far too many really bad pizzas to stay loyal to you now. We were all starving so ordered the meat feast which was burned and hardly any topping on. The cheese was just a hard burnt rubber layer. Sorry but taking my business elsewhere.
