Absolutely shocking staff talk to you like your nothing food is stone cold, missing items soon as mention what's missing they blame each other in the shop and problem doesn't get solved. Food is always freezing cold

Food came very late and when I tried to call them to find out what was happening they hung up on me 4 times times. I didn't even get to say anything more than hello. When the food did come ridiculously late it was ice cold. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Heaven like straight Heaven food. I went for the first time and their parmesan is too delicious and heavenly creamy. The staff talk nicely. Will definitely visit again. Best food in whole Newcastle

Complained the shop apologised and made a new pizza so have changed the rating Ordered 2 large pizzas, had some guest around had a few slices the second (pic attached) was burnt. Awful taste rock solid crust. Waste of money really wouldn’t recommend

What an experience. When walking the cold streets of Newcastle one Monday night I stumbled across this derelict looking Pizza & co. As I entered the establishment I was greeted by what some people would call a chef. After this experience I would call him anything but a chef. As this was my first trip to Newcastle I thought I would order a "Parm". I now know that this will be my first and last experience of this dish. Once the order was placed there was no seating for the waiting hungry punters. But, there were 3 washing machines sitting in the boxes which you could take a perch on. As the so called chef "hustled" around the kitchen I took a sip of my Iron Bru (the only drink that was available in this establishment) which moments earlier was sitting in the fridge next to a 3kg block of cheese. Anyway, after 15 minutes the food was ready. We said our good byes and disappeared into the night with our "Parm" in hand. I returned to my hotel to try this Northern delicacy, what I found can only be described as a slab of chicken with cheese, pepperoni and some how more chicken. This was in fact one of the worse things I have ever tasted. I'm impressed that it stayed still long enough to eat it. As I write this I am struggling with what some would call "the shits" and a stomach that feels like a washing machine. Do not visited this establishment unless you are needing to get off work for a few days.

Sampled quite a bit if their menu now, very nice. Always cooked fresh and presented well.

The pizza here is very tasty and the chicken is mouth watering so yummy with a good and fast service

Only ever get the vegetarian pizza but always enjoy it, tasty and fresh. That said payment can be an issue, most recently couldn't get a receipt as paper roll had run out.

Travelled all the way from Sheffield (2h 30min!!!!!!!) and was hungry, this came up as supposedly the best parmo in Newcaslte so decided to give it a try. Shop was empty one worker on his own didn’t have a clue what day it was took 10 mins to write our order down, then another 5 mins to get card machine working. Atmosphere all musty and oily even had oil dripping down the tv’s which meant to have the menu on. At this point knew it was a bad choice but already paid and was starving so decided to give the chap the benefit of the doubt (never again). Food took its time and once received box was dripping in oil asked for tissues and a bag because clearly not holding it like that rather go work in a garage if I wanted oily hands. I asked for sauce on top, I decided to check because I wasn’t sure if the fella understood and not to my surprise there was non on there. Told him to put it on top he’s then getting tubs out so I just let him be - clearly language barrier bless him. The cheese on the Parma was very tangy and chicken wasn’t cooked properly, the chips were too crispy and covered in the oil dipping sauce they seem to use, the salad was not fresh at all and seen him get it out of a container. Hands down worst scran of 2024 took couple bites and threw it away. Don’t usually leave reviews but don’t want anyone else experiencing what I went through - not to mention the next day. ****AVOID****

Dear all customers I understand your reviews of food but a can asure you all from. Now on this will be corrected i personally have put those back to 4 star takeaway and took all food very seriously preparation and quality of food as at standard of restaurant home made keema sauces and kabab chicken parmo is fresh and taste every day also tikka tandoori chicken is 100 💯 % fresh every day so is pizza bases so come try again you will not be disappointed

Parmo was inedible being undercooked. The cheese sauce was absolutely vile. Donner was swimming in oil, not sure the cooks know oil is for cooking and not to be used as a dipping sauce.

I had an awful experience with Pizza Co. The staff was incredibly rude when I called about my order, and the delivery was extremely late. On top of that, customer care was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to get some clarity on my order. The whole experience was frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Very disappointed!

Bloke was eating whilst cooking which is a bit weird. Pizza’s were small, definitely not 12”.

Worst takeaway shop I've ever visited. Staying in the Holday Inn Express across the road so went here for some food. Guy tried to overcharge, when I pointed this out his attitude changed and he seemed angry. The portion of chips & donner meat I was served (for £6) was absolutely ridiculous. It was the container you'd get for a small rice from a chinese takeaway, with about 5 chips and a few slices of donner meat. Don't usually ever leave reviews but this place is absolutely horrific

Ordered food and came with a massive mound of pickled cabbage. Leaving it inedible. I called to rectify and they’ve hung up me twice. Ignoring some of my calls. The guy cooking insist it was on the side. The purple colour of the parmo disagrees

Pathetic delivery service and very poor food quality!

I have been going to this place for years, but my last expertise was awful. Items on menu not available but they think its ok to replace a 1.5ltr drink with only 3 cans for a family meal. You gave me chilli sauce which was actually bubbling it was so far out of date. Then once I complained you didn't care and did nothing to resolve the situation.

Don’t understand the bad reviews, because the food at pizza and co is always 10/10, they are chicken parm specialists and you can just tell when tasting that everything used in the food is fresh, very nice spot and I highly recommend. Also very clean

Very bad service, I ordered two pizzas and it took a long time then when I called them, the guy started to look for the order and then he said I just seen it now cancel it if you want.

Pls don't order masala chicken and chips from here. Had really bad experience and really upset ordering from here. I ordered masala chicken which said to be come with chips, onion and peppers.what I got is full of chips with heavy unwanted masala only. Chips weren't cooked enough and there were no chicken, onion or pepper. Hardlygot two small chicken same to the size of two chips. Too bad.they charged 7.90 for this

I ordered food for my family and the chicken parmos were raw and pink in the middle totally disgusting behaviour on the telephone aswell attitude from them and the management very disrespectful towards a customer who orders all the time aswell I am very shocked from their behaviour towards us on the telephone just be careful when you order from there as the foods also greasie aswell poor delivery service also please understand were I am coming from as it was the children also eating the food I am so angry that they didn't show any remorse towards me or my family alls they kept saying was come to the shop and collect your fresh food we have no transportation to get there and I don't understand why a establishment like that can still go on when they have such terrible attitude towards customers on the telephone please avoid at all costs if necessary i hope for their sake no one ends up with food poison especially the children😢 😡

Ordered margarita pizza and 2 chips - we got fries which were freezing cold (I’ve had better frozen) and a warm margarita pizza which had such a hot spicy taste we couldn’t eat it - gone way downhill since we last used them the chips used to be beautiful from here, will not use again

Only order when they have the £10 offer, Monday to Thurs and its a bargain...food is always piping hot if u go to collect.

Outstanding😮‍💨 pizza paradise with a side of kebab heaven.

Absolutely appalling place, kebab was dreadful, the salad ( if you can call it that) onions and lettuce literally thrown on to the kebab. The meat looked like it had been passed through a pencil sharpener,.was warm at best. The portion of chilli sauce was just a spoonful, I'll starve next time I'm doing rail replacement work, just utter shocking, avoid at all costs

All ways somthing wrong it's the parmo was diffrent and wasn't even the right one the kebeb on the pizza was burnt nobody makes mistakes loek that so I am guessing it was done purposly

Ordered pizza for delivery, promised several times that it would be delivered. Over an hour and still no pizza delivered. Rang several times. Eventually cancelled order for refund. Poor service, communication and sadly will never order from them again. Will be informing all friends and family. Couldn't cancel, had to wait. Totally disgusting service.

Hands down, the best Donner kebab and chips in Newcastle, go for the lamma dabba and you won't regret it!

Portions are definitely quite small, but the food was pretty good. I wouldn’t particularly recommend mostly because of the price but I also didn’t have a bad experience like most of the other unfortunate reviews. Might be beneficial looking for another place if you want a takeaway but if it’s your only option it’s not the end of the world lol

The food is disgusting, portion size when it comes to chips is a joke. Got a kebab wrap and didn’t even put salad which was asked for so it was just a wrap of meat. The donner and ‘chips’ well it was a joke literally 10 chips…

The worst thing ive ever seen, a £6 kebab smaller than a can of pop. The 9 ½ chips i got were also stone cold. Can was warmer than the food.

Asked if they done lamb sheish and not sheik the guy who served me (who didn't have a clue what I was talking about).after consultimg with someone out of sight assured me it was fine. Guess what I unwrapped a doner kabab when I got home. Never again.

This place is a micky mouse show i ordered a pizza few days ago. Someone on the other side of phone, was making weird noises like they were straight from the amazon jungle. Today I ordered a pizza, and got told it would be done in 10 minutes I turned up at the takeaway 20 minutes later, they never even started to cook the pizza. When I asked why its a bit delayed, the person over the counter got very aggressive. I won't be using this place ever again!!!

I ordered the cheese Bomb BBQ burger. It had hardly any cheese, was smothered in BBQ sauce and the beef tasted and had a texture like eating leather. The one star is for the chicken goujons which were nice but have to say that’s the worst burger I have ever tasted and I’m 5,6 and weigh 17 half stone. I know what a burger tastes like and that was not a good burger. I paid £15 I’m going to have to head over to McDonald’s after my nightshift now.

I haven’t thought that their pizza will be that good!! It was so delicious that to my experience here in Newcastle it is one of the best pizza i have ever tried! My first choice next time when i want some pizza! Thanks حسيب الله for your service.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Dry as a flip flop, couldn’t have made enough saliva in a year to digest it. On top of that, no sauce or salad provided. Why offer it as a PAID item when you’re not going to send it? It’s not something that can just be forgotten. The process is quite simple, you read the order slip and provide what is written on there. It’s clear the idiots here lack comprehension or are just far too lazy to do their job. Disgraceful takeaway, choose anywhere/anything over this place. Hope you get closed down.

Fast service even though the lads were busy after 1am. Soon as I gave my order he bolted to cut the kebab and get me sorted out!

Such a disappointment, wish we hadn't bothered. The kebab, their MEGA MIX SIZZLER - Guessing I got the overcooked dry edition. Tiniest portion of salad in plastic packaging, a bit shredded lettuce 2 half sliced of tomato, half a slice of red onion and sweetcorn. Not a good start The kotfeh, even the cat wouldn't eat these was like eating a pepperami with the wrapper still on, well overcooked. The chicken looked tasty but oh my, how wrong was I dunno how long it had been kept warm but was dry as sawdust inside definitely needed some sauce. Oh ye that will likely have been the tablespoon of garlic sauce I was provided? You can make far better chicken in an airfryer with a decent marinade! And to top it off store bought "garlic naan" - not a bit of garlic in sight, suspect they were the ones from costco. Plain naan wiped with butter does not constitute a garlic naan. And this was a tenner!?!?!? I've had kebabs for a fiver that were vastly superior (and bigger). Biggest waste of a tenner in a while, its not often I bin food. The pizza, we got the veggie one. I normally. Make my own neapolitan or detroit style at home but didn't have the ingredients so we ordered here. I'm sorry but if you're gonna use frozen bread bases for your pizzas it should be stated on the menu. Base aside the tomato sauce had a rather strange taste, veg seemed fresh tho so at least they got that bit right. I did try to leave feedback in ubereats but appears the only feedback it would let me leave was for the driver who did nowt wrong. Most of the kebab went in the bin, we ate 3 slices of the pizza and the chips were straight disappointment Didn't realise it was possible to get simple takeaway so wrong. We won't be going back to this place. Will be sticking with Teams Pizza Masters from now on, their kebabs are fantastic, well tasty and fresh ingredients, always well cooked. Oh and for a tenner you'll get a kebab on a PROPER Naan bread that will likely feed a family of 4 hahah!

I ordered a 12" pizza with Peri Peri chips. The base was crisp yet soft and the cheese was melted perfectly. Honestly it's almost as good as the Pizza Hut pizzas. The chips were nice and you get a decent amount. My only complaint would be that the drinks are over priced. Food hygiene rating of 4

Food wasn't nice at all. We forgot to order chilli and garlic sauces. Called up & spoke to someone and kindly asked for him to add them and we'll pay the driver. Completely refused to do it for no reason. Baring in mind. We had spent £15 and the sauces cost the company about 10p. Never again Pizza&Co.

Don't bother wasting your time here. They got the order wrong, multiple times, overcharged, and the simple order took over 35 minutes to complete. The guys don't understand English, so there's no point trying to explain yourself. There's far better places out there for a better price

Ripping off orders a kebab and it came with only 11 chips in a tiny try with kebab meat and my garlic bread was stoned cold and when I rang up to complain the bloke was so cheeky thinking it was acceptable never will I order from here again

It’s not possible to give zero stars or even minus stars oh here so this is the lowest I could give. Why? Worst pizza ever, base not properly cooked and very bland indeed. It’s the first time I’ve ordered here so it might be a one off, but as I won’t be ordering anything ever again from this place, I’ll leave that up to those the still eat here. Sorry guys but you really dropped the ball with my pizza tonight, it was disgusting.
