Biddys Bar & Bistro in Belfast

Myself and a friend popped in for a meal tonight whilst waiting for our kids who were at a concert. The staff were so friendly and great craic, you could have the banter with them. The guy who was serving us was brilliant. The food was delicious and the portions were spot on. I would definitely recommend Biddys to everyone in Navan, Co. Meath!! 😂 😂

Bar staff are absolutely amazing but they should get paid until everyone is gone and the bar is clear as it’s not fair if they have to clean up for free. But honestly couldn’t recommend this bar enough as they are all so kind

Very nice and very friendly Asked for a chicken burger with salad bacon and cheese came back with a chicken burger 1 slice of tomatoe and a leaf in it For £22 nah not worth it

It's a cute wee spot upstairs. We rang ahead to book a table as we had 3 hungry kids after swimming and were told to come ahead so we got there and ready to order pretty much straight away but we were told we had to wait 15 mins to order 🙈 was kind of annoyed but the 2 ladies were very friendly so that made up for it. In fairness we didn't have to wait longer than 15 mins which was my fear. Food was out with us pretty fast after ordering. The kids had the goujans and I went with the burger which I have to say was veeerrry greasy. I did have to pat it down with a few napkins to soak up the grease. My hubby went with the chicken stack and he said it was delicious. All in all I probably would come back but I'd leave the pram as we had to go up alot of stairs. I do think it is value for money and kids got colouring sheets and crayons to distract them before food. Also love that they bring the kids meals before the adult meals. Hate places that bring adult food first cause you can't eat until the kids come out anyway 😅

Fantastic family well run business in the heart of the community. Always go above and beyond for their customers. Really good with kids always have a lot of time for them. Would definitely recommend if I could give more stars I would.

Had a lovely family meal, Sunday dinner was great, couldnt fault the food anytime we've came. The service was also very good, a special mention for the waitress Terese who was very friendly and attentive. There was a slight mishap lol & Teresa quickly resolved this with a laugh and made sure we were looked after. Would recommend :)

Went on Saturday evening (pre booked) with a group of friends : great service - very friendly & welcoming - food was great, all plates were cleaned! Not much choice foe veggies but Manager sorted this and everyone was very happy. Recommended and reasonably priced.

Waited a while on food, but was worth it to get beautiful roasting hot food.

The 3 course lunch menu is unbelievable, I struggled with the 2 courses, had to put the desert in a box to take home, I swear to god, the quality of food and the price just doesn't add up, absolute bargain

Fancied a bit of Christmas lunch today 22nd December. Went to biddies and my partner and I were not disappointed. The food and the service were second to none. Excellent.

Always come here for a family dinner one of the cheapest places with great food servers have now started recognising us as their sticky toffee pudding is unreal & the price doesnt break the bank compared to Darcys in Belfast this place beats it any day

Couldn't fault it. Food was reasonably priced.. Staff came to the table multiple times to check if everything was okay and if we needed anything! The food was also very tasty! Will definitely be back without question. 10/10

Last time we were in Biddys for food we had to buy soup to get a drink (during one of the lockdowns). This time the food was sensational, my only small gripe would be that the caesar salad could have had grilled chicken instead of fried but lovely all the same. Decor and drinks were great too!

From the moment we opened the latch on the door you could sense the homely atmosphere. Kind friendly & helpful staff. We ordered the special which was Fish Pie & I can honestly say we’ve never tasted a nicer one in our lives, it was full of fresh delicious fish absolutely amazing scrumptious 😋. We would highly recommend Biddys. Wonderful experience can’t wait to go back 👏👏👏👍

Foods went downhill since last visiting a few years back. Had the soup which was tasty. For the main, I had tempura chicken. There was very little chicken and what I did have was very dry. Others on the table had steak which was dry and couldn't be cut. Service was pretty good

Went for Mother's Day so very busy and a long wait for food to be served but well worth it. The food was excellent. Had melt in the mouth roast beef and the Pavlova was to die for... 😋

One of the worst bars in Belfast. Pretty dangerous and rough. Everybody wants to fight in it, and there are often a lot of fights in it.

Lovely atmosphere. Very family oriented. First class very reasonably priced menu. I recommend the roast beef dinner.

Had a hen meal for 16 people on 13/11/21, the food was delicious, the staff could not do enough, the dj played great music, the whole night was amazing, thankyou ❤

Have been here a few times, would take my mum every year for her birthday. But I can safely say I will not be back, the only good thing about my visit was the waiting staff. They were super friendly and helpful. So called manager wasn’t. Clearly plates before we were all finished. And to top it all off i got served a piece of chicken that was off and still pink!!! Chefs excuse was a “vein” in the chicken. It tasted off and no one should be served pink chicken!!! Unfortunately the food did make me ill, so be ware when visiting!!

The food was top notch and the service was exemplary.

Beautiful food as always and great prices. Always good for a nice lunch with lots of options on the menu there is definitely something for everyone. Thought their covid precautions were great lots of clear signage hand sanitizer before entering the restaurant and temperature check completed (only place i have had this done recently and I thought it was a great measure) we felt extremely comfortable eating here. Staff are always friendly and the service is amazing. Well worth a visit.
