didnt recive my order and the guy was rude kept on being rude on the phone and telling me that im not in the address that put on line when he didnt even turn up in reception and then i called him and he kept on making threats about wethet i want my food or not i payed for that food

Food not fresh and did not taste good, chicken was very dry and seasoning was not nice, rice was not fresh! Also had items missing from my order. Will not eat or recommend this place. Just overall bad cooking!

driver left my food outside whileit was raining, he didn't call the intercom or call me on my phone to let me know that the food was left outside.

Ordered shawarma meal , Chees bread and fries from here, it's came late as ice cold, shawarma was bland no any sauce, fries were cold and soggy... According to the restaurant just eat app says delivery between 15 to 30 minutes..it's took more than one hour to reach me... Contact the just eat customer service, they said they can't do anything..0

This place is a gem, a place where prices haven't sky rocketed or shrinkflation. Absolutely great value for money, I always get the fresh pizza from the bakery next door 10/10. It does get busy, and you will have to wait around but absolutely worth it. Fresh food at great value, keep up the great work. FYI £2 for a fresh cheese pizza

The shop is very excellent, the dough is thin and excellent, the young people are very kind, and the price is much better than Al-Shami pastries.

Small place cheap food and good prices, what else do you want?. The flavors were nice and the portion good £7 for a box of mixed shawarma. A good place if you're close since the food offered in the area is not great. You can tell is a local favourite, don't be deceived by the trash outside.

This is my childhood go to snack place my dad owned a unit just around the corner 15-20 years ago and to this day this place does not disappoint I always get the cheese bread with their chilli ketchup which is genuinely unbeatable.

Found this place recently. Not too experienced with Lebanese however the food is great. Fresh and juicy, especially for the salads and sides which is rare to see in many places. Good value for money when order the menu sets. My fave is 3 & 5 with extra hummus.

There were no utensils with the food, they not only forgot to add the utensils, no napkins, no straws with drinks, and the cold bread with hot food….

Cheap food. Went from Travelodge hotel. Some scary and dark area. Recommend having the food sent.

Absolute garbage ! couple of points: 1. The customer service is 0. They treat you like they are doing you a favor 2. They keep talking in their own language and keep laughing at you before attending you 3. Most of the times you get rowdy local customers who get served before you even tho you are waiting. 4. Said to me card doesn't work but I said no cash and immediately pulls out the card machine. 5. Hygiene level 0 Not expecting great customer service as it's more of fast food restaurant. But rudeness towards customers is not what I was looking for !! .. Avoid and get something better !

Manakish was so good before because it was made from a real dough, but this time they came in ready made base which is really disappointing.

Was visiting friends in the area and we ordered via deliveroo. Was extremely disappointing as many items were missing from our order. I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was just pitta bread with cubes of chicken breast. No sauce or salad. Depressing.

Brilliant, a nice Lebanese eat in or take away. The Shawarmas are delicious. They have freshly made Lebanese pizza straight out of a stone oven. All the bread is freshly made in front of you. The Pizzas are wonderful. It's a Wembley must have a try before U die. A staple of the Alperton area.

The food is very high quality and reasonably priced whilst being served only minutes after the order is made so that you are already eating by the time you sit down. The food is authentically made with real ingredients and the delicious bakery goods (like pizza and za'atar) can be seen be made in brick ovens. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet with a perfect amount of white noise so that everyone can enjoy eating and talking with their friends/ family. 10/10 would recommend for breakfast, lunch or a quick drink.

Wow..... The bakery here is one of my goto places in the area The breads are baked fresh right in front of you. I always get one cheese bread and one meat bread. Lunch value and quality. Simple yet perfect

If of the same culture or background, im sure there will b better service. If people are paying with card. Don't tell me about bring cash next time. Didn't ask what I wanted on top of my pizza it just came with veg added. Have to tell them well done depends on how you like your cheese. I like mine with a bit of colour/ char to it. Even distribution on the food would be fantastic.

Well food is cheap, taste good too, hard working people and over worked. So might not be as hygine as you desire it to be.

Excellent and authentic Lebanese cuisine. They also do hot drinks and Lebanese style Pizza. I would recommend to anyone especially the chicken grill wrap and the lamb shank with rice.

Food was average wasn’t up to normal standard, Pitta was not fresh and over all the chicken sheesh wraps were not warm, Flafal wraps were okay

The order was wrong. Food came cold. Chilli was on the food when asked not to. No lamb kebabs were given. We couldn’t eat it in the end. I normally love this place but this really was a let down.

To my surprise it was amazing. Had a grilled food from another place recently called kebabish and that restaurant should be called rubbish. This restaurants hit the spot.

Amazing food at excellent price

It's small place, but very noisy. Staff and service is excellent. Food is delicious, I've e tried lamb shank and it was delicious. Sauces has been offered, but they are not that special tbh. Variety of drinks are available, including drinking yogurt - which I'm recommending just to try.

Food Poisoning guaranteed. They dont understand english and mess you around. The hygiene level is very poor and Customer service doesn't mean anything.
