Biblos staff behavior not good. And let to give me food.

Absolutely delicious fresh and filling

Absolute garbage ! couple of points: 1. The customer service is 0. They treat you like they are doing you a favor 2. They keep talking in their own language and keep laughing at you before attending you 3. Most of the times you get rowdy local customers who get served before you even tho you are waiting. 4. Said to me card doesn't work but I said no cash and immediately pulls out the card machine. 5. Hygiene level 0 Not expecting great customer service as it's more of fast food restaurant. But rudeness towards customers is not what I was looking for !! .. Avoid and get something better !

Was visiting friends in the area and we ordered via deliveroo. Was extremely disappointing as many items were missing from our order. I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was just pitta bread with cubes of chicken breast. No sauce or salad. Depressing.

Brilliant, a nice Lebanese eat in or take away. The Shawarmas are delicious. They have freshly made Lebanese pizza straight out of a stone oven. All the bread is freshly made in front of you. The Pizzas are wonderful. It's a Wembley must have a try before U die. A staple of the Alperton area.

This place exceeds 5*! Been a favourite of mine because it has stayed tasty and consistent all these years about 15 years+! The pizza from next door fresh bakery ir the chicken sharwama all 10/10! Cooked to perfection! Good value for money Also had this as a takeaway - well packed and tastes great! Can't recommend this place enough, beware can get busy and take a while to get your food, but worth the wait and every penny!

The food is very high quality and reasonably priced whilst being served only minutes after the order is made so that you are already eating by the time you sit down. The food is authentically made with real ingredients and the delicious bakery goods (like pizza and za'atar) can be seen be made in brick ovens. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet with a perfect amount of white noise so that everyone can enjoy eating and talking with their friends/ family. 10/10 would recommend for breakfast, lunch or a quick drink.

Wow..... The bakery here is one of my goto places in the area The breads are baked fresh right in front of you. I always get one cheese bread and one meat bread. Lunch value and quality. Simple yet perfect

If of the same culture or background, im sure there will b better service. If people are paying with card. Don't tell me about bring cash next time. Didn't ask what I wanted on top of my pizza it just came with veg added. Have to tell them well done depends on how you like your cheese. I like mine with a bit of colour/ char to it. Even distribution on the food would be fantastic.

Well food is cheap, taste good too, hard working people and over worked. So might not be as hygine as you desire it to be.

Excellent and authentic Lebanese cuisine. They also do hot drinks and Lebanese style Pizza. I would recommend to anyone especially the chicken grill wrap and the lamb shank with rice.

I have been ordering from Biblos Restaurant in Mount Pleasant Wembley for many years. Cheerful and Pleasant Service. Good Quality Lebanese Food. Reasonable Prices. Excellent Service. I keep going Back to them.

Food was average wasn’t up to normal standard, Pitta was not fresh and over all the chicken sheesh wraps were not warm, Flafal wraps were okay

Disappointingly, all the wraps were cold, as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. They were like the meal deals from Supermarkets.

Missing items and wrong drink sent called restaurant one person said they forgot to add the missing items, they passed me onto another person to speak to from the restaurant who said they sent the items and the driver stole it.

Ordered through Delivero, their Manakish are the tiniest I have ever seen (10") and the humus is so bland with no seasoning or olive oil!

The order was wrong. Food came cold. Chilli was on the food when asked not to. No lamb kebabs were given. We couldn’t eat it in the end. I normally love this place but this really was a let down.

The manager of this hotel, Gabriela, is very rude and tries to harass the customers sent by the council

To my surprise it was amazing. Had a grilled food from another place recently called kebabish and that restaurant should be called rubbish. This restaurants hit the spot.

Amazing food at excellent price

It's small place, but very noisy. Staff and service is excellent. Food is delicious, I've e tried lamb shank and it was delicious. Sauces has been offered, but they are not that special tbh. Variety of drinks are available, including drinking yogurt - which I'm recommending just to try.

Food Poisoning guaranteed. They dont understand english and mess you around. The hygiene level is very poor and Customer service doesn't mean anything.

Nice lebanese joint. They do authentic lebanese breakfast pizzas called mena'eesh. If you like spicy go for the harhura which is tomato based. Also they have the kofta one which is my favourite. Other options they have are spinach and cheese.

Stood there waiting for 10mins asking to be served and no one served, they saw me waiting and no one took the order. Poor experience and service. Seems they preference their own people over new customers and those who don’t look and speak like them as they took the order of those who came after me.

Worst place ever! Saddest thing is it actually tasted decent but it’s not WORTH IT‼️‼️ Me and my and my wife have been in sever pain after eating food from this place, probably the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced, at least my wife is better, Im still here dying! 🤮🤮🤮

This is probably the furthest thing away from shawarma. The shawarma arrived cold and had to warm it up in the air fryer. Then comes the taste, I had many shawarmas in life, in the UK, in the Middle East, but this was by far the worst I have had. Normally there is garlic sauce or tahina or some sauce to give some flavour but there was nothing there. Really disappointed

Small restaurant, very busy place and popular with the locals. Food is good and looks like it is freshly prepared on site. Due to its popularity, there is a bit of a wait after ordering, so be prepared for that. Their sandwich wrap are good, especially their falafel one, good size portions and good value for money.

Authentic and fresh Lebanese food cooked with care. Amazing taste , good portion size and reasonably priced. You can either take away or can have it there.
