Very friendly staff and great coffee and milkshakes

We popped to this area for chips not knowing that Bewiched was here! Lucky for us as it's my kids favourite 😂 it was my son's birthday so extra reason to buy all the treats. We didn't realise it was almost closing time, but Sylva and her lovely colleague were soo wonderful. Sylva welcomed us, chatted to my children, didn't mind that we took a few minutes to choose. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to and really made our day.

Good oat milk latte, double shot so you can taste the coffee, lovely staff and dog friendly too.

Went in on 12/04 at around 4pm and received such incredible customer service. There seemed to be one lovely lady working (blonde hair, maybe 20-30), she greeted me as soon as I came inside and promptly took my order. As someone who has been a manager at a coffee shop I must commend her upsells as she asked if it was a large and if I wanted any syrups, it is clear this comes naturally to her as it was not at all in a pushy way. She finished my order and asked if I wanted a spoon as I had ordered a cup of cream as well as a coffee, very thoughtful of her but I declined politely explaining it was for my dog! Her smile grew wider and she beamed as she quickly grabbed a jar of treats and began decorating the top of the cream. I found myself walking out of the store with a huge smile on my face and in a better mood. I have never been to a Bewitched before despite a few being close to me and I must say after such a pleasant experience and tasty coffee I will definitely be visiting again! The lady that served me is a true credit to this company and to her store, she is customer focused and radiates happiness. It is clear to see she takes pride in her work as the store was immaculate, the coffee was tasty and she had the businesses best interest at heart. The lady may not have been alone as I was only in the store for a short time so there may have been someone who was on a break or in the stock room but if she was alone I salute her for tackling it so well. I hope management are able to figure out who this lady was as she truly deserves a huge thank you for being such a brand champion.

Lovely coffee shop with nice selection of quick lunches. Service really friendly and helpful, and the place is really clean and well looked after. Coffee great and milkshakes get double thumbs up from teenagers!!!

Enjoyed a lovely coffee with my nan and children, nice and clean and very friendly service. Coffee was a perfect temperature and great artwork, the children's milkshake and hot chocolate was perfect.

Excellent service and friendly staff

Being a mostly home worker, this place is a great refuge from being cooped up. Only a short drive away, I like to come and work from here for a few hours some days, with a coffee, breakfast role or cake! The staff are super friendly and attentive, coffee (decaf) is great, and the general atmosphere has a nice buzz about it, and not too loud so can comfortably join work calls without having to keep going in mute! A vital part of a great community 👏🏼

Absolutely outstanding service from Silvia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made my visit even more enjoyable. Her passion for coffee truly shines through in every cup she makes. The cappuccino she crafted for me was nothing short of perfection—beautifully presented with delicate latte art and an incredibly smooth, rich flavor. It’s rare to find someone who takes such care and pride in their work, and Silvia does it effortlessly. She is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be returning for more of her exceptional coffee and service!

Best coffee and always served with a smile

Arrived to shelter out of the cold, large family gathering had taken over majority of the seating. Young lady by herself was nowhere to be seen when we arrived but appeared after a few minutes from the back. The counter was a state with old cups/food wrappers and spilled grounds etc. Decided to push on regardless. Ended up with 3 coffees a hot chocolat, toastie and "Nutella" slice..... Cost was exorbitant and the food sub par with the Slice being anything but Nutella. Staff mopped floor areas no gloves, played with their phones then served without washing hands. Overall I'd be reluctant to return based off of this experience.

We love coming here, we come every week, sometimes twice. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Great place for a coffee and a bit to eat. The staff are all super friendly as well (Nicole even goes to the effort of putting nice little messages on the coffee to start the day)

Absolutely ignorant, rude and unprofessional staff. Was waiting 15 minutes on the till and no one even tried to ask what I would like to get. Left this place without coffee and with bad mood!

Always here with Jasper! I usually go for the large iced coconut latte-poured over with vanilla. And he goes for the pup cup! Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Area is always clean. Highly recommend

Popped in for a quick coffee with my sister, Jake was incredible! His customer service was 10/10 and the coffee was beautiful.

Amazing coffee with a fantastic experience! People working their are very nice and friendly. Jake who was the barista who made the coffee for me and my friend was a handsome and professional man, I would definitely and strongly recommend for anyone to experience this coffee shop especially when get treated by this gentleman.

By far the best coffee shop I've ever visited!!! I came in to do some studying and Jake the supervisor was very helpful and friendly, after serving my coffee he offered to join two tables together to create a better study space. He also offered water and came over to have a general chat. This quality of service I haven't really experienced in other coffee shops before. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Absolutely love this place located in the heart of a new housing estate & easily accessible from local main roads. A very cosy atmosphere with indoor & outdoor seating offering a wide variety of snacks, cakes, sandwiches & a fab selection of coffee drinks & shakes. Bewitched Coffee is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the cozy ambiance makes it a perfect spot to relax. I had a great conversation with one of the staff members who shared similar interests. The tea I had was delicious, and the place has a cool vibe. Definitely a five-star experience!

Visited and tried again, the milkshake was nice and service is always friendly and helpful between all the staff. Very nice how dog friendly they are.

First visit this morning, I had a beautiful latte, made just right! And a warm, flaky, very tasty croissant.Friendly, smiley , attentive staff .I sat at a table outside and enjoyed a chat with a couple at the next table. The piazza outside is lovely with lots of seating for the different restaurants, very inviting , it has a holiday feel.The seating is very comfortable , the decor is very attractive and the loo ,with fabulous tiling ,is spotless. My first visit of many. Thank you Back yet again! You simply have to try the Salami, cheddar, ham panini !!! It's heavenly!!!

Fantastic staff. Drinks are very good. Milk shakes excellent. Food was very nice. Only problem is there is only 1 member of staff on . He was brilliant. But means drinks etc take a bit longer than they should. A+ for his efforts as just after we came in (6 of us ) four couples came in .

Went in there today with my friend Lisa( first time for me going in there) came away from there feeling very happy we chatted lots to the lovely manger and her partner and the drinks were lovely will definitely be going back in there 😊

Such a lovely place to visit. I go often with my two children. The staff here are wonderful they really make an effort to engage with their customers including the littles and they go above and beyond to make it a welcoming friendly space. Spacious enough to get in with the pushchair, so would also he suitable for wheelchair users. Thank you for another wonderful visit 🙂

The place is immaculately clean with a nice ambience helped by the colour scheme and all the wood. Spur of the moment decision for a milkshake, we ended up trying the Lotus Biscoff with cream. Not the best we’ve had but nice nonetheless. Probably could have done with being a touch sweeter? (maybe the cream toned down the flavour). Will try another flavour next time we’re in the area.

Staff very friendly and kind, willing it to go above and beyond when we came in with a dog who is sometimes nervous around people, the manager had made him feel at home and the coffee was amazing highly recommend to those just looking for a good coffee and those with dogs.
