Not in a location I would have any reason to go to but I popped in to pick up a Too Good to Go bag. I was really surprised with the place, it was warm, welcoming and friendly. Popped back another day for a coffee and glad I did. They have sandwiches and some lovely cakes to go with the coffee. It's a big building so plenty of space and definitely worth a visit.

Im not a coffee shop goer, but this coffee ship is near my work place and its utterly wonderful in there. Very relaxed friendly service at a good pace. Always smiling and the staff seem to genuinely like their jobs. Every time I go in I also see a pooch for a quick hello. The prices are average for a coffee shop, but the quality of product is clear.

This is a lovely cafe, the service is always welcoming. My daughter and I have become somewhat regulars here because of the atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a mango smoothie, and it was poured to perfection! 10/10 would recommend

Staff here are AMAZING. I was waiting for an appointment and needed to pump milk as I am breast feeding. With only one bathroom in the coffee shop, i didn't want to use that as it usually takes me about 20 mins. Desperate to find somewhere private, the kind ladies serving offered me their store room. They got me a chair and left me to my business, showing me the upmost respect, courtesy and convenience. On my way out i bought a granola bar - very tasty indeed. Cannot rate this place or its staff enough. Huge thanks again - you made a difficult day far less problematic than it could have been.

Always have coffee here and something to eat but please, let’s have some aircon ! Staff good too.

Love this company, and this venue by the old dock is airy and bright - bagsy the Winchester chair. Friendly staff and a good range of cakes to be seduced by.

What a magnificent setting, your expectations of a quality coffee can be as high as their high ceilings, as the place is based at a refurbished old train storage by the River Nene so a lovely spot for a stroll and 5 min from the city centre.

By far the best coffee house in Peterborough, from the staff to the drinks everything was exactly how you would want it to be. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, and the drinks are so tasty! Sinead was really attentive and knowledgeable about products- looking forward to my next visit.

Went there for the first time yesterday before the Posh game . My party of 4 enjoyed their coffees plus I loved my carrot cake 🍰. I will be returning in the future that's for sure .

Seems quite nice and the coffee is good. Weirdly the guest WiFi is password protected so not great if you want to catch up on a bit of work.

Great atmosphere in this rustic building, an amazing coffee taste and staff are very polite and friendly. The team here seem to work like a well oiled machine in the way they support each other which is evident in their outstanding efficiency. I have visited Bewitched Coffee Fletton Quays almost daily for the last year and found this is a lovely little retreat from the daily goings on in the office. I cant think of a better place to have a quality product along side friendly and extremely professional staff. Thank you Bewitched.

The best coffee in Peterborough. The Fletton quays branch has a great vibe about it (I wish it was my living room) and the staff - particular Caroline - are always smiley and friendly.

Absolutely love coffee shop we are regulars it's such a relaxing atmosphere watching people come in and out lots of space so even when busy you feel very comfortable. Plenty of options of food and drink just wish they could do jacket potatoes but it's not that kind of place, they have lots of sandwiches hot or cold, cakes are divine and with the regular staff who are friendly chatty and always busy it's defaintley my place to go. Also my dog is welcome and he loves his puppachino.

We regularly visit this little gem, it’s a lovely coffee shop. The staff are all friendly and always ask how me and my partner is. Food is always fresh and the drinks there is such a variety and not breaking the bank either on price. We sometimes bring our dog which is great and again the staff are always so kind to him. Definitely the best coffee house around

i’m quite upset as i had arrived here earlier in the day and ordered 2 drinks. one regular hot chocolate with cream which was lukewarm and a biscoff milkshake which just tasted like a vanilla milkshake. there was no flavour in the milkshake and for the price it was not worth it. I am a regular customer at Bridge street and i will continue to only go there due to a lack of communication at fletton, no greeting and moody faces. The points system which id had enough to get my drinks for free was not offered to me and due to the lousy atmosphere i just wanted to get my drinks and leave.

Arrived and chose our food. Got in line, when it was our turn to go up, batista that was serving us was waving her hand over the counter in our faces to get our attention after 2 seconds of talking between us. She took our items, as she did I asked about getting an almond croissant heated up, she said to wait while she put our other items into the register, wasn't asking a price just curious as to whether they heat them up or not. Sausage roll I had was made with very cheap Sausages, bacon wasn't great but bacon is bacon, Malteser slice was stale, and my rolo hot chocolate had foil in the bottom of my drink. Overall horrible experience and won't be visiting again. Will note the other staff we dealt with were friendly enough, just for clarity, and to not pass blame onto them.

Can't rate this place any higher the staff are always super attentive and welcoming, dog friendly, vegan friendly and overall always provide a great experience from the moment we walk in always ensuring Ozzy has fresh water and coming to say hello to him we try to make this a weekly occasion.

Great quiet café, nice food, and lovely coffee. Take advantage of it not being too busy. It's out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Great for kids and pets.

Firstly, Paulina has been a super star in her dealing with me as a customer & the “London Fog” combination of tea she suggested and made up for me was ridiculously nice 👍. Loved premises and cheese+mushroom toastie too. One of the best (possibly the best) experiences at coffee shops I have ever visited! Thank you Paulina!

It's a really nice and peaceful cafe. Even when there are a lot of people, it doesn't feel too crowded and noisy. They don't play music too loud unlike most other cafés, so I go there fairly regularly with my friend with ASD because the music doesn't overstimulate them as much. I also like the quiet. The staff there are very nice and friendly and I love that they are pet friendly, I have taken my dog there one a day trip a few times and she loves the puppuccino ☺️ the drinks are nice and decently prices, although they seem to often run out of vegan food options.

Excellent coffee, snacks, tray bakes and pastries in a fine old listed railway shed. Formerly part of the old Peterborough East railway station the building provides a spacious ambience where you are warmly welcomed by the staff. Dog friendly too.

Lovely place, very cosy. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Have been to Bewiched in Bridge Street and Rushton Lakes, and I have had many home deliveries from Fletton Quays, but first visit to Fletton Quays in person. Food is always delicious, and the coffee is amazing. I hope Bewiched Coffee keeps on expanding as it's simply the best.

Went there yesterday and the two ladies behind the till were great. Friendly and had a good chat. They didn’t think I was weird because I only drink water. Great atmosphere, the City Centre was loud so was good to get away a bit. Thank you.

We stopped on a Friday morning with our dog and baby. My partner has a passport office appointment and it was the perfect space to wait, grab a coffee and the fact it was dog friendly was brilliant for us too! Just 2 mins from passport office too.

When we went to this cafe, which we didn't know was there we had a nice relaxing coffee and piece of cake. Staff were really friendly and happy to chat with us and others who spoke to them. Lovely environment. Would definitely go again when in the area

Beautiful venue in a tranquil setting and perfect location. Best friendly service I have ever received in any other coffee shop. Bewiched coffee stand out from the rest. Place order at the counter and your order is brought to your table. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will definitely return again. Carry on what you do best customer service. I was asked what milk would I like for my coffee I requested semi-skimmed; milk options offered were skimmed or whole milk. Skimmed milk is tasteless and I'm diabetic did not want whole milk as far too much fat in it.

The best coffee in Peterborough! Super creamy, milky foam on a Vanilla Late makes your day so much better! Perfect customer service, super friendly team always smiling and happy to help. It’s fairly easy to do good coffee but not easy at all to do good decaf. As someone who loves coffee but can’t handle caffeine I know this. Decaf Coffee served at this coffee was delicious it’s also the kind of place that I could sit all day. Fabulous.

Very nice indeed. Coffee was excellent, smooth and tasty. Perfect pit stop if you are having to visit the Peterborough Passport Office. Right next door to the Bittern Multi Storey car park and 3-5 mins from the Passport Office.

Lovely cafe tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were there on Saturday. It may be busy during the week with the council office next to it. Very spacious inside and love the decor. A great place to meet up with friends.

The best cafe in the fletton area (probably Peterborough). The team are always friendly and fully accomodating! The atmosphere is light and welcoming. Ideal for a casual coffee, an informal business meeting or working from the cafe.

I recently moved into a nearby office and now get a lunchtime coffee one or twice a week. Good service and very nice coffee in an old converted building that's been attractively renovated.

A serendipititious discovery when we went to the Passport office in Peterborough. The cafe is just next to the Sand Martin House multi storey car park. High ceilings, rustic brick walls and a huge room with well space tables with excellent coffee and a decent choice of sandwiches makes this a great place to sit and pass the time. Plenty of character and the huge coffee bean roaster and grinder in the corner adds to this. Clean toilet although unisex + disabled friendly. Service was very pleasant, the coffee was good and we saw quite a few people who were obviously working in the nearby office drop in to pick up their on- the- go coffee before work. Would have loved to stay longer but had to get to our appointment.

The best coffee shop in Peterborough. Staff are friendly and helpful. (Could do with a couple more "winged arm chairs") as they are the most comfortable ever. Lol. Great place for Mum and myself to go and chat.

Superb coffee and even better cakes. Alongside this, they’re a helpful and caring collection of staff. I lost my headphones in the cafe and they have found and are returning them to me free of charge despite the fact I live in Milton Keynes! This is beyond expectation for customer service and I can’t thank them, namely Michael and Jess, enough! :)

Such a lovely Coffee shop and a little gen just outside of central Peterborough. I tend to meet friends and business colleagues for a great cup of coffee and cake and a lovely chilled vibe from the hussle of town. The staff are always very friendly and the company is independent so love to support.
