We had our works Xmas party it was a really good evening. Great food, good price drinks too and a disco.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the food was great, plenty of choice and really large portions. All the staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Aston Hall Hotel hosted our wedding in July this year, they were amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Our wedding planner Angela was brilliant, she was always on hand to help and advise. We can’t thank everyone at Ashton Hall Hotel enough!

We had a wonderful weekend here for a family wedding. Our room was very nice . Excellent weekend catering and food great.

Lovely room and a great location for weddings, the food was beautiful.

Disappointing second stay. Melton room not clean to BW standards. Full of cobwebs with stained carpet and damaged/marked walls. Shower room also dirty and needed attention.

Fantastic service. Levi and staff were absolutely fantastic. What a great family meal we had. Food was 5star.

Came across this hotel by accident and glad I did. Only stayed the one night but what a lovely place and great surroundings. Was put over in Darcy House. Very peaceful, great for a good nights sleep. Plenty of parking too. Short drive off the M5 Jnc 31 so ideal if like me was travelling north and stopped here en route. Shall definitely use again.

Was actually at a wake. Small buffet laid on, very pleasant.

Venue for my daughter's wedding. The place is very picturesque, fab rooms, but the best thing was the staff who were ALL amazing. Very helpful and friendly.

The hotel and the service are spotless: from the location - in a huge park perfectly maintained year round yet close to M1/M18 - to the spacious clean warm rooms and excellent kitchen and bar. Have visited a lot of hotels for business and pleasure and this one goes to the top of the list.

This is one of the best Best Western Hotels I've stayed at. Aston Hall Hotel itself is an absolutely gorgeous place. I booked for one night and visited the Sheffield Arena and it was around a 15 minute drive. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist. She was so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean and tidy with lovely views from the window. The breakfast was equally as nice with lots of continental choice and set out beautifully and a good choice from the menu for a hot breakfast. The breakfast waiting staff were very helpful and welcoming. All in all a fantastic nights stay at Aston Hall and will most definetly be visiting again.

Time for acquick update following 2 other stays here. Rooms in the hotel are on the whole of a very generous size, there are 2 smaller rooms in the D'Arcy suit that are smaller. It can be an interesting tour to get to the numbered rooms in the extension, access from the 1st floor via reception or the ground floor at the rear of the building. Stayed here for 3 nights with work. Very comfortable room. Slept very well. Good sized room in the Darcy Suite. Well-appointed room with everything you need. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant was well presented very tasty. The breakfast is also very good, buffet for some items, hot food is all cooked to order. There are vegetarian options available as well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.

Change your night staff in the bar rude and aggressive man with all guests. Appeared to not want to do his job Improve the standard of breakfast

Myself and my daughter went to Aston hall on the 30th march for my nephew's wedding.Couldn't fault the day it was amazing we booked a twin room for one night very pleased with the room all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Aston Hall Hotel is under the umbrella of Best Western Plus, located in the Worksop area of Sheffield. The grounds even in the winter months look impressive and the views over the hills is stunning. The hotel function rooms echo everything Aston Martin, so us car fanatics can relate to that. The rooms are spacious with lots of space for living out if a suitcase, there is a comfy clean bed which is comfortable for sleeping in. The bathroom is functional with a powerful shower and clean areas. The breakfast is varied with cereal, pastries and the full English which is cooked fresh, there is no buffet breakfast here. The one downside is no gym for us active people, there is access nearby but you have to leave the hotel area, other than that a great hotel

The place is lovely, the staff/service are good. The drinks are stupidly overpriced.

Hi all, I stayed here for business, (my first visit), very nice staff at reception, bar and check out etc. Really nice food, plenty of parking and convenient for the motorway I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting. Period hotel. Tastefully extended. Very large room with good wet room. ( very helpful for me as I have a prosthetic leg). Breakfast very tasty too. Friendly staff. Warm welcome. Function rooms looked good too.

Bought a Mother’s Day table and ordered beef and it was raw , I asked for it to be cooked and they brought it back within 30 seconds and said it was cooked never coming again horrendous food and there was bones on the salmon starter

I've been at this hotel a lot (30+ days) with another 30 days this coming year and always find the staff friendly and helpful from the reception desk to the event and kitchen teams. Some rooms are much better than others and the layout of the building is quirky, but overall I always enjoy the stays. It's not too far from Sheffield station in an Uber (half the price of a station cab). Only downside recently is that they have gotten rid of the gym, which for me was a vital part of my stay there to help exercise after running a days training Beautiful location and grounds.

Would bot recommend. Booked for 2 nights and the meal on our first night was awful , the chicken burger was burnt and tasted it . We have 2 rooms and. Either of the rooms were replenished with tea etc and the beds weren't even made . Just a bag with towels hung on the door

Just off the motorway so location is great. Our room was massive and finished well and had fab ensuite, tea and coffee facilties and a very comfortable king size bed. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs with salmon, my favourite. We had a party on site which was well catered for. A fab time and a good price for what we had.
