Always great food and good price

Food was hot and delivered really Quick . The pizzas were tasty and you could taste all the fresh ingredients. Chips and Chicken were really tasty and hot . This place is by far the best takeaway in Llanelli. And it is also great value for money .

One of the worst pizzas i have ever had6 square pieces of ham a gram of chicken this was meant to be a meat feast well let me tell you there will be more meat in a vegan restaurant than on this frozen pizza base 30 quid

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Waited at the travelodge for an hour and a half so eventually called the restaurant only to be told that they had given my order to a man who had also ordered from the travelodge. I was then met with abuse over the telephone from the gentleman when I asked what I could do about the situation. Diabolical customer service and horrendous experience. Order at your own risk!

I normally order from here and the pizzas are normally good tonight. My pizza didn't taste right. I ham a pineapple pizza, so I phoned the shop to tell them. And he was very rude on the phone telling me he had made a 400 pizzas tonight, and not one has been bad fairly upset with this shop. And I have been using the shop for a while, a very rude man

ordered a pizza meal deal which was tasted nice and was hot. However, the kebab and chips was inedible. I have never seen anything so greasy. It was like they poured a ladle full of oil on it before wrapping it up. It was so bad there was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the bag. Delivery also kept being pushed back so ended up being around 20 minutes later than the original time we were given.

Food arrived on time. Ordered a pizza meal deal which was nice and it was hot but the kebab meat and chips was inedible. It was dripping in grease. It was like they poured a load of oil over the top before wrapping it up. Literally couldn't eat a single piece of it. Extremely disappointed.

Driver went back and got the missed drinks, great bloke thankyou not many do that

Chiicken burger wasn't fully cooked neither was the chicken wrap. Ended up In the bin.

Overall the food quality is good. we have ordered from there several times and been happy with it. unfortunately, on this occasion the food was 10+mins late and not as hot as usual. still tasty.

Had a big order tonight for a party after getting recommend from my friend. food came quick and when we opened them it was nice and warm. Impressed with the pizzas the chicken donner meat was really nice and juicy. and sheesh kebab would 100% recommend. Definitely ordering again

Order was over 45 mins late so phoned and cancelled order … understand it’s Saturday night however phone call was cut short by phone being put down on me Then order turned up sent it back as unfortunately is cancelled order I’m not very mobile and to be sat waiting for order added to my pain tonight no fault to anyone.but please think about who is ordering

Usually my favourite kebab shop, but the past two orders have been terrible. One took 1hr40mins to arrive and the second one was missing half our order. When I called to let them know, I was offered a refund or for them to send out the missing items, but we’d be bottom of the queue and not marked as priority! Not good enough.

I ordered food that took almost a hour came to all most £50 and when we opened our cartons it was a massive disappointment most of the orders was wrong and it was cold and greasy and the chicken sheash was dry and rubbery. I’m sorry but u can’t call your shop the best pizza & kebab house if your food is that bad so I will not be ordering from you again untill u start improving your food and reliability thank u and good luck and hope to order from u in the future

The best takeaway for miles! (we have it delivered to burry port) Quality ingredients and meat instead of the usual greasy tasteless mush. The chicken kebab is amazing! A real 'upmarket' takeaway and our new favourite.

delivery time was fine. unfortunately the food was very disappointing, soggy chips, soggy onion rings and soggy burger bun. My partner's kebab was ok, but chips were again soggy. The chicken strips were rock hard and overcooked. I'm not fussy by any means but was left disappointed and threw the majority of it away. For the price of takeaways now I at least expect a certain standard of food quality and tonight it was well below standard. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this warranted one.

The cheese on the pizza wasn’t even melted properly it seems it was rushed, the chicken was dry and overcooked, first problem I’ve ever had with this place so I’m very disappointed

What a stunning pizza! I ordered a seafood option , which isn’t always available elsewhere. It was really delicious. The delivery driver was lovely too, really friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I stupidly ordered it to be delivered to my mother’s house 😂 popped down to get it and it was still hot and fresh . The food is just lush here I won’t order a kebab from anywhere else ! The prices are also brilliant for the portions you get . Best in the name and definitely in the food quality .

Best kebab and pizza place in Llanelli . Been a customer for over 3 years or more and I’ve never been disappointed. Remains the best value for money and food quality is always spot on . The pizzas are great and the kebabs are amazing I particularly like the pita bread it’s not the hard brick on the bottom that other kebab shops have . The calzones are my favourite they are huge and packed with filling well worth the price . 5*

Stumbled into Best Pizza Kebab House, had an awesome tasty juicy Kebab which warmed my cockles and some very generous help from a the owner who was a good Samaritan. Thank you for your help.
