Best bite you should do something with your outside canopy it is a disgrace put it right before it falls on something or someone.

Spent 30mins and £31 on and order to get back over to Ashington and realise the order is wrong to be told we will give you a discount on your next order yeah ok so what are the 2 people with nothing to EAT gonna do ? , oh just come back, we lived in Bedlington for many years and used this shop virtually every weekend and spent a fortune well such a let down

There pizza made me violently ill the next day literally

Not a good pizza. The base is basically just thick half cooked bread with cheap cheese, barely any ragu and low quality ingredients. Chicken kebabs are nicely cooked with good amounts of well cooked peppers, onions and seasoning. Chilli sauce was well weird - loads of (I think) chopped onions and was more sweet than spicy. 1 star for atmosphere given the drug dealers hanging around outside the whole time. Not the businesses fault I know but hardly made me want to come back. Just felt dodgy.

I can't rave enough about Best Bite! Their pizzas are absolutely mouthwatering and have the perfect balance of flavors. The garlic bread with cheese is a game-changer - it's the stuff of cheesy dreams! Not only is their food top-notch, but the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm a regular customer now, and will never go to dominos again. Whether it's a family gathering or a quick solo meal, Best Bite Pizza never disappoints. I highly recommend this place to all pizza enthusiasts out there!

Never had a bad pizza from best bite, used this pizza shop for 30 yrs. The only downside to me is they use a lot of tomato base but I just ask them to put less on and they do that. Deliveries are always on time. The free garlic bread is a good bonus aswell. Prices are perfect.

Got about 10 slices of kebab on my pizza and was cold

The pizzas are ok,but for some reason they don't do proper chicken tikka for kebabs,shame really cos it would make for a better kebab.

Great food, great service, best pizza since I was a kid! Delivwries sometimes take a little longer than expected, but the idea is still warm and delicious, so its worth the wait!

Always great food, and good service. Would have been 5 stars but with them not taking card in store or being accessible via just eat or Uber etc it means more often than not I can’t order from them as I don’t carry cash. Can’t fault the food though.

Hit and miss. Sometimes food will be decent, other times they might mess up your order. Last time I ordered to collect and was told to pick up in 30 minutes. Got home and the food was cold. A hand sanitizer and plastic screen was installed but staff weren't wearing gloves or masks (written at time of COVID-19 Pandemic). Been coming to Best Bite since I was young however I feel that it has gone a bit downhill in terms of customer service and food quality.

Used to eat from here regularly, last 3 orders of 'within the hour' have taken at least an hour and a half, have all arrived stone cold, and the time we went in with our cold food we were called liars... Unfortunately will not be back, this used to be the best pizza place around

Love the food here! Especially the kebab pizzas. We come all the way from Blyth to get them.

Food is nice from here however service is terrible. Whenever I order food for delivery no matter how big or small my order is takes around 1 hour 30mins to 2 hours . However if you were to Collect you can get it within about 20mins. I live about a 5min drive away from the shop so don't understand how it takes so long.

Use to be a regular customer with best bite when we lived in bedlington now were living in Blyth checked to see if they deliver to the area and they said yes up to 5 miles they told me with increasing delivery charge understandable not an issue with that had 4 or 5 orders with them over the last month and tried to place an order again to be told they won't deliver it because the manager has said it's inconvenient even tho they advertise delivery well beyond the distance to my house how is this acceptable customer service

Delivery man is a total miserable man that delivered mine tonight would of got a tip if he werent like this lanky bloke think yous need to sort them out . Otherwise pizza was lush as always .
