Benugo, Hanover Street in City of London, Westminster

El café y el panecillo son deliciosos. Desayuno rápido antes de correr al trabajo pero aún así es increíble. ¡Muy recomendable!

Este es un lugar habitual para que tengamos un descanso de bienvenida. La calidad de la comida significa que todo es muy tentador y es difícil elegir qué elegir. Gran café también. Un inconveniente cerrado los domingos.

Buen servicio rápido y atento para un chocolate caliente y magdalenas. El chocolate caliente era muy bueno, sin embargo, el panecillo no era el mejor y no era tan suave como esperaba. Muchas opciones diferentes de pasteles, pasteles y sándwiches también. Los asientos también proporcionaron abajo tan perfecto. En una de las calles secundarias si concurrida calle Oxford.

El ambiente y la calidad del personal nos hacen volver! La gente amable y el excelente café con leche son excelentes, ¿es un placer pasar el tiempo aquí? Disfrutar ??????

Muy cerca de Regent Street, no está lleno como las otras cadenas, este es un lugar tranquilo para un descanso, con un sorprendente sótano grande donde puede sentarse y respirar. El personal no te persigue para tomar otras bebidas, pero te dejan descansar tranquilamente. Molto vicino a Regent Street, posto non affollato come le altre catene. Un lugar tranquilo por una tarifa, con una gran paloma, se encuentra en el ritmo.

4 people went for a quick bite to eat and all had lovely food! The fish finger with avocado sandwich was delightful, new for me and I will be trying it again! What I will say is about the coffee / coffee service. We wait a long time for our drinks and it wasn't exactly busy, then there was nothing special at all to warrant the wait! Nowhere near hot enough, tiny in size and lacking really. I will visit again, for the food, but I wouldn't bother with a coffee of any sort!

Took 25 minutes to get my sandwich just now. Ordered at 13.22 and not received until 13.47. Asked twice about it. Staff didn't seem to know where it was. Seemed chaotic in there with orders flying around. Felt like I wasn't the only one waiting ages. Really disappointed

Super hyggelig cafe om hjørnet fra Oxford Street. Vi fik lidt at drikke og nogle hjemmebagte muffins, som smagte himmelsk!

Non so se è una catena con moltissimi locali anche nel resto d'Europa, come altre, ma a Londra certo il numero non è alto come per caffè Nero, Pret a Manger o altre. I prezzi sono leggermente più alti , ma di solito c'è più tranquillità e si trova posto più facilmente, almeno in questo e negli altri due locali della città dove ci siamo fermati. Trovo che il rapporto costi benefici sia favorevole.

Cafes deliciosos e bolos divinos. Tem frutas frescas e bem docinhas. Delicia para uma pausa. Otimo atendimento.

Tres bon café avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. N y allez pas pour manger car ça n'a rien d un restaurant mais excellent pour vous réchauffer, pour prendre un bon café avec une pâtisserie entre 2 visite. Service rapide et personnel agréable

A due passi dalla trafficata Regent Street, consente una sosta per un the, caffè, yogurt, dolci, ecc. senza lo stress di camerieri ansiosi di liberare il tavolo per il prossimo cliente come in tante altre catene di caffetteria. Si va al banco, si ordina da bere oppure si prende qualcosa da mangiare servendosi da soli, si paga, poi scesa una scala ci si può accomodare al piano di sotto su un divano extra large in un ambiente volutamente spoglio e post-industriale che fa tanto coffee shop ad Amsterdam o locale occupato a Berlino. Nessuno vi verrà appunto a rompere se anche ci passate 4 ore ordinando 1 espresso. Ideale per chi ha bisogno di riposare piedi e schiena dopo ore a girare per Londra.

Nice ready made sandwiches., good variety and tasty. Advertised made to order, but not when we visited.

Whilst working nearby, this became a regular haunt for coffee, waiting for meetings and getting the occasional breakfast/lunch. Service can be slow, but it's generally worth it. Prices can also be a little high, but again, the food is fantastic! Lots of space downstairs for eating in.

Well made coffee, great frozen yoghurt, decent sandwiches. Just what you need when grabbing a quick caffeine injection!

Visited Benugo on 2 consecutive days and thoroughly enjoyed it on both days.The staff were very friendly and accommodatingThe quality of the food was excellent and we will definitely return on our next visit to the capital

The salads are delicious and healthy. The hot food is awesome. The cakes look incredible. It's just such a good spot for lunch. Downstairs there is a large seating area which is seldom busy, or you can sit outside in Hanover Square.

Wenn man einen Kaffee oder etwas Anderes trinken will und/oder eine Kleinigkeit essen will, ist das Benugo ein guter Anlaufpunkt mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ungewöhnlichen, aber schmackhaften Snacks im Angebot. Das Sitzplatzangebot im Untergeschoß ist dieser Lage, in dieser Großzügigkeit selten. Da die Snacks frisch zusammengestellt werden, kann es ein bisschen dauern, bis man sein Essen bekommt und man steht wartend in der Nähe der Kasse - und damit im Weg. Da könnte die Logistik besser organisiert sein.

The food is okay, prices are a little bit premium, but the main issue for me is finding vegan options. They have many veggie items on the menu that are *almost* suitable for vegans apart from the smallest ingredient! And you know that this place is vegan/veggie aware because they label their products as suitable for. It's really frustrating. EG. They use soy yoghurt for one of their pots - and very few coffee shops use dairy free yoghurt so this is pretty amazing- and then they put honey in it! Why not sub with maple syrup or agave nectar instead? Wraps have yoghurt and humuous - would taste perfectly good without the minimal splash of yoghurt. If benugo tweaked it's menu just a little, it would become a hotspot for vegan diners and allergy sufferers, food which of course everyone can eat- its inclusive of veggies and meat eaters alike.

My wife and i found this little gem purely by accident as it was recommended to us by a shop assistant when we suggested that we wanted to get a cup of a coffee. All the local coffee shops.....Costa....Starbucks.....Cafe Nero etc were all busy in the area whereas this coffee shop was nice and quiet.Its literally situated within 5 minutes of Selfridges and is based within a square amongst some housing. The coffee shop itself is raised off of the ground but it can be accessed by those with a wheelchair or a pram etc. There is some lovely sitting outside if the weather is good tea. On the menu there is all the usual things that you would expect in the popular high street stores and at the same prices too. Highly recommended.

Nice cafe in central London. Good coffee, wide choice of food and snacks, relaxed atmosphere, with ample seating in the basement.

Benugo is a nice and simple chain of sandwich shops in London, and restaurants (with other names). In the Hanover Street shop they have a nice variety of different sandwiches, ready-to-eat, and usually made-to-order (we were just too late, apparently). They also offer a variety of ready-made wraps, salads, and various cakes, muffins and cookies. They have seating indoor and some outside on the sidewalk.We had some nice sandwiches and brownies that we enjoyed seated outdoors. I can especially recommend the New York sandwich.The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Great for drop-in late lunch, but if you want your made-to-order sandwiches, you have to be there early.
