Great food, service and ambiance. ❤️. We really appreciate the friendly staff of Bentozo! Their boba lychee is so good.

We were very impressed by the quality of the food. The signature roll, katsu chicken in signature sauce and sushi platter were all absolutely delicious.

I’m staying close by and came across the bento place by accident. The food is so nice and a generous serving, so I’m very full. 私は近くに住んでいて、俄然そのレストランを見つけました。だから、お腹がいっぱいです。ごちそうさまでした。

As other reviewers have noted, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and delicious, fresh food! It was served quickly but was still great quality. I shared the set meal with my husband - a katsu bento, special katsu donburi, miso soup, prawn katsu, and mochi - for only £25 which in this day and age is a fab deal! Wish we lived closer so we could come again 😩

Really impressed with all the food we ordered. All piping hot, fresh and so tasty! The portions were really generous too. Great friendly customer service from everyone who worked in the restaurant. A real gem which we’re so pleased to have discovered and I have no doubt will become a firm family favourite.

Arrived literally just before they were closing after lunch but was still greeted and kindly served. The food was delicious, healthy and fresh. We had the teriyaki steak. Can't wait to eat there again. Highly recommend.

Spider rolls were the best I’ve ever had The soft shell crab was so crispy . The staff were very friendly and even made some funny jokes as well.

Tasty bento boxes and sushi, just like in Japan! Lovely staff too, will definitely be coming back here many times in the future.

Nice Bento in Southdown Harpenden , Bento is delicious and has many choices. I will recommend it to my friends. Nice to try .

Really enjoyed our group meal of sushi and bento. Thoroughly recommended. Chicken teriyaki was great. Sat outside in the last of the summer.

I never do takeaways but BentoZo in Southdown has changed my world. The menu brings Japanese food to your table which is welcomed and can be a healthier option. Food was hot, freshly cooked and well presented. The portions are large and positively delicious, offering boba tea to accompany your meal. This is a family run business, with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Personally I could eat there every night!

we get the salmon and tuna bento every Saturday now, the quality of the food is absolutely excellent and it is a very welcome addition to the Harpenden food choices.

Just the best lunch ever! The food is freshly cooked and mouth wateringly yummy, the flavours outstanding and it's fabulous value for money. And the staff are first class. We loved the bento boxes! We tried the Signature Chicken Katsu and Teriyaki Salmon and both were out of this world - I'm dribbling now just thinking about them!! They also contain lots of little taste sensations - we especially liked the small helping of seaweed. We also tried the Japanese ice cream which was different but delicious with a sort of jelly casing. We were huge fans of Ting Ting and her family when they ran Offley Oriental and are absolutely delighted we've found them again. Quite seriously the best Chinese/Japanese food we've ever tasted
