First time ordering from here tonight, just wanna say will be ordering again, the buffalo chicken tikka tray was lovely and well worth the money, also I don't think I've had a better pizza in a while. Nice to know people care about what they cook. Top job 👌👌👌

Ordered due to a friends suggestion not realising how far out we were for delivery. Our delivery driver was so kind still bringing it to us despite being outside the range. Food was absolutely amazing & will be going back (for collection this time, I promise)! Thank you for your kindness & quick service x

I've been in the UK since September 2023 from Australia. I've had multiple pizza places locally but I keep ordering Ben's. My family is Italian back home and Ben's pizza is the best taste and style, it's so close to my favourite pizza back home. I have never had stuffed crust before and I'm the biggest fan!! Every order I have had has been fresh, pipping hot, ready/delivered quickly, NOT GREASY!! the mozzarella sticks are a must as well as the chips with grated cheese. Best potato chips I have had here in the UK. Highly recommend Ben's Pizza and the staff, they're so lovely.

Rang a collection in couldn’t hear the man properly and asked him to simply repeat the order so was correct he got very clever repeating ‘why’ when come down to the shop and confronted him he blamed it on signal yet was obviously trying to be clever won’t be coming here again.. ever!!

The pizza wasn't nice was bland and had little tomato puree on. The ribs were even worse never seen ribs look so dark and unappetizing. To round it off the delivery driver did the usual rooting round in car for two mins fobbing me off saying didn't have enough change. What a waste of money.

Great takeaway. Food is always nice, wouldn't go anywhere else. Pizza is always well made as are the kebabs. Would highly recommend

I was very disappointed with my chicken kabab. Very poor quality food. Would not recommend.

Waited over 1 hour and 35 minutes phoned up 3 times for them to say they've not got the order. Absolutely rubbish will never use them again, Monday night as well. Give us 10% discount on next order, which is an insult. Don't use these shambolic outfit.

Waited 90min for a cold pizza to be delivered - 1 min drive from the takeaway. Delivery time was a let down, pizza was ok - might have been better fresh. Threw food in bin. Was cold. Chips with cheese sauce was mostly cheese sauce running out of a plastic bag with soggy chips. Not sure if they have changed management but they have gone down. Won't be ordering again. I was trying to support local business but will go Deliveroo next time I'm afraid.

Just had sweet chilli chicken pizza, garlic bread with cheese and onion, cheezy chips, onion rings, absolutely A* love this place hardly have take out but Ben's is my go too came early which was perfect for the hockey game we was watching thanks guys x

Order from here all the time and the food is quality. Also the kitchen is clean and open for you to see as your food is cooked.

Well I’m not from around Rotherham and only work up here but fancied a pizza for dinner, what could I say, fantastic, one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had, loads of toppings and not just a few like some other top companies, taste was out of this world , I wanted a pizza but a bit different to what is on the menu and he did it no moaning, great food will be defo go there again

Poor quality customer service. Paid for pizza, garlic bread, side salad - had it delivered but they forgot the salad. Rang back and they said they would add it to our order for free next time! Tried making an order a month later and they wouldn’t honour the free salad - we are talking a couple of quid! Always been loyal to them but never again. Menu has gone down hill too, quality of pizza is nothing to shout about.

Ordered a chicken shish kebab absolutely shocking,I paid 7,50 and got 6 pieces of chicken it was covered up by the bread I have never had a kebab so shocking in my life,phoned up to complain and the woman was no help what so ever,I will never order again and will pass this on to everyone I know

Terrible service. Terrible food. Avoid. Waited 20 minutes for a chicken wrap with salad and mayo. Got home and it’s four little pieces of chicken on a dry wrap. No salad. No sauce. What a waste of my money! Thanks a lot.

Had good experiences in the last here but ordered a 14” pizza last night but it was awful it was about 40% crust around the bottom of the slice, won’t be ordering pizza again.

Ordered Greek salad .. chips with grated cheese and my partner ordered a cheese burger meal with side of onion rings and it was by far the best takeaway we have had in a while .. quick on delivery too would 100% recommend 👌

Ben's pizzas are delicious and full of flavour. Toppings are generous and varied never been disappointed by the delivery always hot when delivered.

Normally really good, however, ordered early tonight and the whole order was cold. Burger dry & cold Fries as dried and cold as probably 2 days ago old food. Pizza vegetarian, bland and cold, asked for jalapeño and garlic - nothing, tasteless and had to warm in microwave, thrown away three quarters if not more, what a waste - never order from here again ever

Probably ordered from here far too often. The food is delicious and delivery has always been prompt. Generous portions, if you don't believe me, order the dough balls!

I usually order Barros Pizza, but today my wife decided to order from Ben's Pizza. We will never make that mistake again. The pizza was bland and the crust was very tuff to chew and mostly black on the bottom. The BBQ wings were also over cooked and very tough. We also got cannoli's for desert. The cream tasted very granular and did not taste good at all. The cream also didn't make it into the middle, only on the ends. Can't believe we paid $50 for this trash!

The menu caters for all, I like the chicken kebab, it's wrapped in thick foil with salad separate in box. The burgers are enjoyable and garlic bread. We pre order before we collect from shop, there's spaces outside shop to park car.

Stay away from here unless you want to get ill. All the food tastes either undercooked or is drowning in oils and fats, leaving them inedible. They received a 0* hygiene rating a few years back and its no wonder why.

Ordered, nothing arrived. Rang and they were very rude told me it's on its way. An hour later still nothing. Disputed not getting an order, no refund and no food. My order was for over £30 I feel like they stole from me. Would not reccomend.

First time getting a pizza from Ben's... Thin and crispy really was thin and crispy, not had a pizza this good in forever... Best pizza in South Yorkshire and the staff are absolutely lovely!

Second time I've ordered and the food was amazing, the pizza was hot and really tasty one of the best I've had. The chips from here are great, crispy but fluffy inside. Always delicious and delivered on time.

OH MY ĎEAR GOD!!! I have just witnessed food worthy of 3 Michelin stars. I have just been for the first time and ordered a 3 mix kebab with chips and cheese and the meat was seasoned beautifully, the most tender lamb and chicken I can ever remembering tasting. I never leave reviews but my conscience made me. Superiority. Well done Ben's

Gave me and my friends food poisoning. Pizza base was doughy and undercooked. All 4 of us had the runs / vomiting within 12 hours of eating from here. AVOID!!!

How have we only just discovered this place !?!? Great tasting, well cooked food. Pizza’s are amazing - the dough is lovely & light & toppings generous & tasty. The chicken-tikka kebab? OMG, incredible..... Time to chuck away all the other take-away menu’s.

We have used Ben's Pizza in the past and I had forgotten how mediocre their pizzas are. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, large, pepperoni and a Mexicana. Both were burnt, dry, flavourless efforts. The base was black, and the toppings meagre. Will not use again!

Can’t understand the bad reviews , always had beautiful, tasty pizzas from here , , checked out all take aways during COVID period to see which was safest and this for me was the best, for amount of staff in the kitchen to cleanliness during cooking. My favourite pizza is sweet onion pizza with a cheese stuffed crust.

Ordered 3 meals to be delivered and all the kebabs were inedible. Swimming in oil so much it had seeped through the flatbread and all over the salad. Chicken was reheated not fresh and rock hard and bone dry and covered in chilli sauce which we all said we didn't want. Chips ordered with cheese had a tablespoon of cheese sauce poured on top not grated cheddar as stated. £6.20 just for a handful of frozen chips with cold sauce on. Homemade coleslaw tasted of sour milk. 2 of us have been in the bathroom all night and are extremely unwell. Reporting them to the relevant authorities after reading several very similar reviews.

ordered two hot wings and garlic bread. the hot wings was not as used to be. the garlic bread was awful, too dry and hard too chew. nothing like a garlic bread.

Awful, ordered a pizza got home and my little girl found plastic in her pizza. When inspected a lot more found. Took back to the shop and no apology just money back.

Ordered the grilled 100% chicken breast kebab.... wow it arrived and was clearly sheish meat with tikka marinade poured overtop . The chicken was yellow underneath and red on top. Straight in bin and order placed at 007 for a proper kebab

I have driven past this place for years and always wondered what it was like. We had an assortment of meals delivered (late) and our findings seem to pretty much match up with the sentiments of all the previous reviews. Pizza - Very nice! stuffed crust was not to stodgy and the tomato base had a nice sweetness to it. Burger - Chilli burger in this case means chilli sauce, not chilli con carne as most other places do. (always read the description). Kebab - IKEA kebab, comes as a kit, put it together yourself. Pasta - King prawns were just prawns. not a lot of pasta, enough oil to run a lorry for a month. I was expecting food like I had in Italy, this was as far away from Italian as possible Conclusion: Delivery - Don't believe the time they quote. Pizza - you'll probably love it Burger - greasy but passable Kebab - Tasty but you're not going to hold it in your hand Pasta - Avoid like the plague.

Order from here for agers ordered tonight but tonight was awful told us 45min took 1.30 minutes they rang us to say the couldn't find our house to I then explained where it was then they said okay we will be 10 min I said well will my food still be warm they said es they will sort it then they brought it was freezing cold Soggi then open my kebab up to be covered in chilly sauce when I never asked for it and salad when I did not want that either will never order from them again! Need to get there timing skills right and orders!

Had a few deliveries over the past few weeks. Always piping hot and really quick delivery times. The food is really tasty and good value for money. We had an issue tonight where the pizza was delivered on a different base to what was requested. This was rectified in 15 minutes with friendly professional service! 5* for the food, service, delivery and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Used Bens for pizza and sometimes Dominoes. Always had good pizza from here so surprised to see a bad review. Sometimes it can take a little while but other than that all good, would recommend

Ordered a pollo e broccoli (chicken and broccoli pasta dish) as nice as it was, there was no chicken in it. Plenty of oil though 😳

We’d had a pizza from here a few weeks ago after enjoying the sun sitting outside the Dragon’s Tap - I’d ordered a really hot one with lots of jalapeños on. These had obviously been tipped out of a jar as the pizza tasted of nothing but vinegar. How much effort would it have been to slice or chop a fresh chilli? Giving Ben’s another try the other evening we got a Ben’s Special and a Margarita. Absolute rubbish. The special had synthetic cheese which doesn’t break down when you chew it, horrible tasting squares of ‘ham’ and loads of other stuff of poor quality. 90% of it went in the bin, and my other half was ill during the night. If you tried to pass this stuff off as pizzas in italy you’d wake up with a horse’s head in your bed! Never again.

Well we have orderd here for a very long time we orderd tonight and omg there was so much oil in our pasta 10mins after eating it I have been sick and feel very unwell the amount of pure oil that was in 2 dishes of cabanora pasta you could cook 6 chicken dinners with it I have never felt so unwell after eating a takeaway as I do now all I can taste is oil in my mouth and feel very sick!

Wont be ordering from here again. I collected the order and when I opened it up at home, the order was wrong. The extra large kebab with a 'flat bread', this was not a flat bread it was a pizza garlic bread! How do you construct a kebab with a thick pizza? Also we paid extra for jalapenos in the salad of said kebab and suprise there was none! The calzone was really dry this time for some reason (we were regulars at this establishment). Take my advice and order from domino's or Pizza Hut so at least you'll get a decent standard for your hard earned money.

Good service, well-done food. Staff are pleasant. Pasta in bread bowls is a revelation.
