An item was missing from our order but I understand that mistakes happen. We rang and they quickly sent out a replacement. Food is always 10/10 and arrives hot

Last 2 meals have been very disappointing. Gritty texture in the Nann bread, meat chewy, only 6 small pieces of meat in each dish even in the chef special dishes. Starter tikka meat was like tough leather and the king prawns inedible. It's a shame as it used to be so good.

Fantastic! Jalfrezi was one of the best I’ve had. So happy to have found an Indian takeaway that is such good quality after trying a few others that were really disappointing. Simply put, my meal just filled me with joy! So tasty, delivered hot despite us being a 15 or so minute drive away too. Will be ordering again!

Glad it was early better that than late however didn't get the right naan breads that we ordered so paid for something that we didn't get rest of meal OK but had better from there

Portion size isn't what it used to be, the lamb was overly chewy that we didn't end up eating it, not worth the price in my opinion. It come on the colder side and they forgot my rice, which meant by the time my rice came (which was cold), the rest of my food was freezing. I won't be ordering from here again.

it was spilled all over the bag. some were unbeatable. I have photos the chicken tikka massaala was in the bottom of the bag with all the pickle tray. ended up with rice only.

Probably the best curry house in Chesterfield/Bolsover. Quality is ALWAYS spot on, always on time, very nice owners. 5*

Curry was beautiful. But the added extras let it down. Bought a pickle tray only 3 tubs half filled which is not good value for money. Mint yoghurt was way too minty. And no lime pickle. Apart from that. Was good

Had from here a few times always been good, total opposite last night the balti just tasted old Luke warm and just not nice. Same as the special rice all of the veg in it was old the rice just seemed to be warmed up from weeks ago

Not good when there's a hard object in the balti I ordered which dug into my gum. Also tinned mushrooms instead of fresh in the balti. Won't order from here again.

We’ve used this takeaway shop for years and never had problems. This time the driver couldn’t find our house. He said the sat nav took him to our road but there’s no number 56. If he’d actually looked he’d have found our house. It’s one road. Then when I rang he started naming roads on our estate to which I said they were on our estate. After trying to explain to him, which he didn’t listen to, he said he was going to leave and I’d have to get a refund. I convinced him to come back after he said he was leaving and directed him toward our house. He followed my instructions which was very difficult as he wouldn’t listen to me. After I directed him to the house he said I didn’t know the area and the roads on our estate weren’t on our estate and blamed me for not finding our house. We’ve lived here for 3 years yet because he wouldn’t listen to me he said I’d lied to him and directed him wrong. He was clearly under pressure from the take away shop to get back in time for more orders but that not an excuse for the way he spoke to me and how involved I had to be to get it delivered. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

My order took 2 hours to arrive, had very limited contact from the restaurant. I didn’t receive an item I had ordered and my curry was requested mild and received a very very spicy curry that was not edible… normally very happy ordering from here was very disappointing

Absolutely delicious food and excellent value for money, from my experience you generally get what you pay for but not In this case, my usual favourite is nearly double the price and leaves me feeling ripped off increasingly often with delivery times, surprise portion size reductions and random recipe changes (when you order again because you enjoyed the previous one!) This is my new favourite, thank you!

The worst curry I think I've eaten. Having read good reviews I decided to order from Bengal Regency, whoever has left a positive review has the wrong place. The Prawn Butterfly starter was as bad as anything I've ever tasted. The main was ok, but the bread wrapped in a plastic bag was soggy and tasteless. Never gain.

First time ordering from this restaurant. I would order from there again. However, the lamb was a bit dry on the inside, but it didn't take away from the meal too much, but tender is best. The menu is very good and easy to read and understand. And the prices are cheaper to some other restaurant.

Food smelt and tasted bad rang to complain got told they used a different curry that they got from the fridge! Considering its meant to be freshly made. Said to let them no for free order next time no refund. Guy on the phone couldn't care less Been using this place for over 10 years will not be using again

Ordered food at 5:30, deliver was due 7:10, got a text saying due at 7:25, food finally turned up at 7:50 no notification to let us know food would be this late.

Food tasted amazing and good quality but small portions for curry and some arrived came cold. The order was a long wait assuming it was busy and then it Still arrived abit later then delivery time and when you have children waiting for a couple hours is along time.

Poor service over all I ordered my food at 7 and it estimated delivery time to be between 815 and 835 at 845 I called the restaurant and asked where our food was to which they said it was out for delivery I waited 20 minutes and still no food so I called back and they then told me the driver left 5-10 minutes ago to which I can only guess they lied to me after the first call the food then didn't come until 925 which is over an hour after the initial estimated delivery time if they would of been honest I wouldn't of minded because the food was nice

I usually collect my food from this restaurant, food quality is always great quality, hot and tasty. No problems at all. The delivery service is all wrong. Food delivered 2 hours after ordering is pretty shocking. Myself, my partner and daughter would have been prepared to wait the hour, that’s why I ordered. So after almost 2 hours the driver arrived, no popadoms in the bag, two minutes later a knock on the door, delivery driver saying they going to fetch the popadoms, 10 minutes later and half of the food eaten popadoms arrived. Very disappointed to be honest. I would like a refund at least for the popadoms and pickle tray it was left at the end due to popadoms arriving late. If they can’t cope with the volumes , customers should be made aware of longer delivery times

It was a little late to estimated time but was worth the wait,we all really enjoyed our meal.

Food was delivered on time to the app notification, however, it was barely lukewarm, such a disappointment.

Food actually really good, and they did keep me up to date to let me know it was running late (4 times!) but to order at 6 and get fed after 8 is simple unacceptable.

We used to order here all the time food was cold even with the price increase. The nan bread was like cardboard. Wasn't worth the extra money.

Never on time. Was already disappointed in wait 60-85 minutes. But then to wait an extra 30 minutes is ridiculous! If you can’t cook enough, stop taking orders. What happened to getting a curry within 45 minute?
