Service was excellent, greeted with a wonderful smile. All their gelatos are made on site, if you are on your way to Chester, stop at Frodsham and treat yourself to one of their delicious gelatos, I highly recommend the trifle and strawberry flavours.

On a family holiday trip from California. We stumbled upon this beautiful place. We were looking for some dessert and couldn’t have been more pleased with this little gem of a shop. The gelato is top-notch, and the waffle cones were delicious. We found fresh and unique flavors created for the holidays and the staff were incredibly friendly and refreshingly personable. We felt a lot of love was put into this shop, and the incredibly delicious products sold there. I would Highly recommend going out of my way to visit again. Thank you!

the gelato is lovely i honestly cant find a fault, but customer service is not great there, i was met by a really rude and disgusting employee, she asked very personal questions that i didnt find comfortable answering, when i stated this she grew enraged and barraged me with nasty comments, i shall not be returning, good gelato though.

Sunny spot for a beautiful coffee and slice of cake. Lovely friendly service and the coffee was heavenly. The ice creams are amazing ! But we resisted. And the added bonus was a lovely clean toilet.

Oh my god, the Battenberg ice cream is unbelievable! So delicious and they also have an amazing choice of other flavours too. Would highly recommend a visit any day of the year.

Love going here for ice cream and coffee. The ice cream is scrumptious and lots to choose from. The staff are lovely and always friendly and will go out there way to help. I have been lots and the coffee and cake are really good to. Love that they have takeaway tubs to take ice cream home for special occasions. Nothing bad to say 100% go and try.❤️

We visited on a cold Sunday afternoon for hot drinks and cake. Staff are friendly and the place is really nice. Clean tables and lots of selection. We even drew pictures and hung them on the wall 😀😂 We often come here and its always really nice. Soon be the weather for milkshakes and ice cream

Been here on multiple occasions and never been disappointed! A wonderful atmosphere and the friendliest staff around, not to mention the food!! Gelato was absolutely out of this world,😍 some really yummy and funky flavours. Lots of options on their menu to chose from and a reasonable price too. They even do doggy gelato which our pups LOVE🥰would recommend this place to absolutely anyone, will definitely be back soon!!!

The waffles were good but not worth a 50 minute wait and poor service. The staff who brought our food and drinks were very polite but the person who appeared to be the manager spent most of the time talking to another table and apologising to them for their wait whilst completely ignoring us. Had we not paid beforehand we would have walked out and gone somewhere else. This was such a shame as we had been looking forward to trying this place for a while

The owners are so lovely I admire going here. Best desserts I’ve had. I love the waffle with Belgium chocolate and salted caramel icecream. See you soon we will return. Even better they do doggy icecream

Popped in with two dogs and family. We had a lotus biscuit sundae, banana smoothie and a chocolate curl waffle with maple syrup. All very delicious, will definitely come again

Upon visiting a friend in Frodsham in Summer 2021, I was introduced to this delicious ice cream parlour. Now every time I visit Cheshire, it’s a must. The staff are really friendly and the locally sourced ice cream is to die for. I highly recommend the Ferrero Rocher and Cherry flavours. 5 stars.

I have visited this ice cream, cake and coffee shop on a number of occasions, the staff are very friendly,the coffee is Lavazza coffee which is really good. The gelato is all made on the premises. I went for the pear and almond tart with ice cream which was excellent, Really relaxing

Called in on Thursday after a trip to the market. Lovely tea (Tea Pigs). Started chatting to the assistant and she was very friendly and encouraged me to sample some ice-cream flavours. Tried the Blackcurrant and Liquorice and also the Treacle Toffee. They were amazing! Can’t wait to go back and buy a full-sized Blackcurrant and Liquorice. Impressed that most of the ice-creams are gluten-free and they have gluten-free cones and sell gluten-free cakes. The assistant told us they going to be selling more snacks soon including paninis. So glad we called in.

Came upon this ice cream parlour when we arrived in Frodsham. It offers great original flavours, substantial portions for a reasonable price. Been back today before we leave

Have wanted to try this ice cream shop for sooo long and the ice cream was lovely, but why or why did the girl who served me have to maintain a long conversation with a very loud ( and clearly known) customer behind me ...who incidentally had no mask ! I know about their evening plans, their fake tans and much more but my order was forgotten midway ! Friendly enough and lovely ice cream but as someone who spent ten years working in customer service please note that it’s customers first, however late in the day it is !
