Enjoyed one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had here! Everything was perfectly made—the fish (haddock) was incredibly fresh, the chips were perfectly cooked, and the service was friendly. The whole experience was a 10/10 and truly made my day!

The fish n chips are fair but the staff constantly try to overcharge for what you have ordered and give the wrong change. All I can say is food not bad but watch what they charge you they are thieves. Yes and it happened again and I’ll say it again THIEVES P.S and the Bag of Chips portions are getting smaller!

First class fish and chips! Generous portions, even the lunchtime "lite-bites". As well as fish, Belmont Bay serves excellent fried chicken with chips. Loyalty card scheme also available. On Fridays there is a queue out the door, i.e. this place is certainly popular. Staff are helpful and polite. Have visited Belmont Bay several times and will definitely be going back.

Changed back to 5 stars since 4 years ago, but will keep rest of review for reference, as they are Probably the one of the best in the area for miles. Great taste, and that's just the chips. Try it once and you will go again. Beware of a long line people queuing up to get in, especially on a Friday night. Changed to 5 to 3 star.(4yrs ago) I went in for 2 chips and a pastry but they forgot to pack the pastry and the chips were half warm and half cold. Unusual. But had to throw the food away.

I have been a customer for this wonderful atmosphere of a shop for many years now, and I have got to say, this is one of the most devoted and most leading stores I have ate at. My mum always takes me here since I was a little girl and I have always loved the taste of the freshly cooked cod bites and the finest firm seasoned kebabs. I really enjoy the define lovely smelling chips and detailed cooking of the fish! I would definitely pay a visit! ❤️ It’s 100% worth it.

Missing items.. curry sauce and sausage in batter

Ordered a cheese burger through Uber Eats. When I chose the cheese burger it gave me the option to pay 40p on top of the price of the burger to add a slice of cheese. I didn't choose to add cheese as I logically assumed that something that was being sold as a CHEESE BURGER would, by definition, have cheese in it and that the option to pay 40p was to add EXTRA cheese. The burger arrived without cheese. How can you sell something called a cheese burger if it doesn't become a cheese burger until the customer pays extra, on top of the price of something that is already being advertised as a cheese burger, to add the cheese?!

Went here for Good Friday and wasn't disappointed. There was a (naturally for the day of the year) huge queue that went all the way outside, but that's always a good sign. The fish was simply sublime. Fresh, delicious and exactly what the family wanted. The chips were on point too. That perfect balance of crispy and fluffy. Prices are also very reasonable for London and didn't break the bank. Really pleased with the overall experience. Great job guys 💪💪

Sausauge short as per my order, but nevermind food is excellent today

Honestly writing notes for this place is completely pointless. The third time I’ve ordered and they continuously send dry chips without any vinegar despite my requests. Then on top of that when you contact them they’re rude and unhelpful. Their Saveloy is dry too.

Superb fish beautifully cooked, delicate yet crisp batter and surpassing fish in size and quality from other providers.

Food was nice and hot and the quality was great. I may have missed it, but it would be good to have the option to request sauces for the kebab and salt and vinegar for the chips.

Was craving a Cod and Chips from home but only had access to cash. The gentleman I spoke to arranged a driver to deliver me my food for only £5!!! Overall Amazing food, worth the price and I would highly recommend belmont bay to anyone reading this.

Fresh chip cod and all foods ever

UberEats order for doner meat and chips. Doner meat was a good portion and the sauces were very tasty. Chips were still hot and crisp when they arrived. Pleasant dinner and would order again.

Chips were just how I like them , fish was really nice , the batter I didn't like but my mother loved hers , she had Plaice , I had Haddock .

Still the best fish and chips shop I've been to. Been to a few in and around Harrow and will always make the journey to Belmont Bay. Chips are never stale and fish always tastes fresher than others.

Since when has mushy peas been a pot of curry sauce and a piece of southern fried as been a minute chicken drumstick . I couldn’t be bothered wasting my phone money complaining as this type of mess up has happened before and they didn’t listen then and I got disbelieved and verbally insulted then . This restaurant is a disgrace avoid at all costs the fish tasted horrible and overcooked NO CHIPS TURNED UP ,salad were tiny for £6 each absolute rip off !!!!!!! I used this place twice a week NEVER AGAIN !!!

Friendly staff and great fish and chips and loyalty card is very good idea.

This place is proper to notch chippy. Clean. Hygienic family run place. Always fresh chips no scragy bits and bobs. When I work from home ring them 20 mins before I take my break. Always on point with timing. Even sometimes I drive past there on a weekend around 10 .30 and they still open even though closing time is 10. A chippy for the people.
