Amazing food and amazing service

Very nice kebab, arrived quickly and still warm. The chicken wings were also great. Will be ordering again for sure

No salad or mayo on kebab, was just Donner meat in a Naan. Would never usually write a review but takeaways are expensive these days. Tried to let them know via the app but no option to as once delivered app doesn’t update in real time so was still out for delivery for ages after it was.

I ordered 2 Donner kebabs. 1 with garlic and 1 with chilli sauce. unfortunately one had to be thrown out as they both had chilli sauce on. Food was hot and tasty otherwise.

We o my order a kids meal and waiting nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. When it did arrive didn't even get a apology

I ordered the Turkish chicken shawarma. Not had one before. It was really nice, very tasty and packed with chicken. Would order again.

Excellent pizza and chicken shish kebab very tasty food I recommend to nearby Longridge

2 large shish kebabs. Lots of pieces of lamb but really tough. In a sort of dryish pizza base rather than soft pitta. We gave up trying to chew it and threw most of it away. The garlic bread with cheese which we hadn’t ordered was cold but after re-heating was good.

Never had any issues with these boys. Service top notch. Their Parm with Pepperoni and Jalepeno is the best meal I have ever had. Keep it up. 🫡

The chicken and doner kebab was okay the doner meat lacked flavour, and the coleslaw tasted strange, the chicken was nice, the salad was sparce there wasn't enough chilli sauce and the extra garlic sauce was bland, the vegetarian pizza again was okay the garlic bread with cheese was nice. The chicken nuggets weren't good the dog wouldn't even eat them they were very dry and went in the bin. I don't think I would order here again.

Waited for the Pizza for more than Two hours then got cancelled. Called the restaurant and they said come get your order at the shop. Don't bother ordering from them.

Mix kebab all meet dry like its old very old it's in the bin I want even give this place another chance it's q big no !!

Really disappointed never had a bad take away from here before, but this time the order was cold. I should of called but I didn't just hoping it's a one off but definitely not as good as previous orders.

Ordered for delivery 18:35 as my partner was due home around this time. Arrived at 18:10 so defeated the point of picking a delivery time which meant food was cold and not nice when we ate it.

The chicken kebab was all burnt and the mozzarella cheese pops were put in a paper bag and they was stuck to it so when being taken out the bag there was paper stuck to the food absolutely disgusting

Made an order and on the just eat app it specifically says spend over £18 and get a free garlic bread. I spent over that and the delivery came and it didn’t have the garlic bread. I called up and they said “we changed the price to £25 last week, this is the first time we’ve had a complaint” my issue is about the miss communication as it clearly states on the just eat under the restaurant that is £18 and the person on the other side of the phone didn’t care about customer service or manners

Everything was awfull the curly fries were over done so they rock hard the burger was burnt,the kebab was over done the donner meat was dry and over done it was all horrible and I won't be ordering ever again I'll stick to Geno's or wait for dominos pizzas to open in December

I didnt really like the driver since he told my son to get in his car and he told him multiple times no but he has to or else he would of never of come and delivered the food we are very disappointed

Not sure how they managed to over cook all our pizzas and serve them cold? Honestly like eating over cooked cardboard, could not get past 2 slices. The one pizza that was cooked properly was left of the order and we had to drive back to collect. At least we got an extra cold onion ring. Will not be ordering again.

Food again was great, but the delivery didn’t happen. The guy didn’t know where Chipping was, so I went to collect 😬 I arrived and collected but i did ask for the £3.50 delivery charge to be returned. He told me that it was essentially my fault as I didn’t put an order on for £20 and the next time I ordered, to make sure it was for £20!My order was £12.50 and the app added a £3.50 delivery charge, Ive no idea what he was going on about. He returned £2, which isnt the end of the world but the attitude was awful. If his minimum order is for £20, best he tells Justeats and sorts it out with them, rather then some blag about not knowing where Chipping is.

Chips were soggy and donner wasn’t nice.

Food was nice and earlier than expected but the comment I wrote re the sauce etc wasn’t read properly unfortunately. It might have been misunderstood but if you aren’t sure then it only takes a phone call 🙂

Tried to order from these jokers, order was accepted cancelled, only 2 takeaways deliver to the village, more choice in a Russian area. Never again will i give them my business.

Had the lamb - chicken kebab and it was really good. I ditched donner meat as it always seems to dominate the content…..this is a top choice from Bella Italian

Delivery was very quick however the garlic bread was squashed, cold and tasted very little garlic

We ordered three pizzas, a garlic bread, chicken nuggets, and cheesy chips, all delivered piping hot and absolutely delicious! First time ordering from here as my mum has only just moved to Longridge but I think she’s just found her new regular takeaway. Delivery driver was also lovely and really great with my three year old daughter. Thanks Bella Italian we will be back 😋

I ordered a late night delivery, came super quick and piping hot. First time ordering from here but hopefully this isn't a fluke and the quality is consistent!

My order was not correct I asked for Garlic sauce on my peri peri chicken and it didn't have it also the lettuce was so soggy and tasted nasty.

Everything was nice but I asked for a tub of bbq sauce on my order and u gave me garlic mayo

Ordered a Pizza and Chips at 6pm to be Delivered at 7.20 pm Bearing in mind I only live 10 mins away . I rang the Up at 7.50 to ask where it was , They said they were busy . Driver knocked on the at 8 . Pizza box was flat and stuck to the Pizza , Chips , Pizza we're both cold . Never again . I should of stuck with Pizza Time miles better .

The food was great when we eventually got it. But the time it arrived was ridiculous.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had pizza 3 times from here previously they where not good but edible. This one however I had one slice and couldn’t bare to try more. Clearly use cheap horrible cheese it was trash. Thankfully ordered jalapeño poppers that where pretty decent. Not be ordering from here again tho.

They forgot my chips and the hash brown wasn't warm

Unfortunately we never got to eat it!! We ordered online for 6pm and it arrived at 4.45pm. I said to the driver we didn't want it yet but he said we had to have it as we had ordered it. I rang them up and even though I had confirmation by email that my order was for 6pm they said it didn't matter as it wasn't correct online. Apparently they've had a few like this but haven't sorted it. It went in the bin as no way was we warming a kebab etc an hour later. We are contacting our bank to sort a refund out. £26 down the drain.

Food took over an hour for delivery for chicken wings and 2 chips .. once finally arrived chicken was hard overcooked chips were hard , really disappointing usually not bad at all

One of the pizzas was burnt but the others were great and unfortunately the delivery driver was extremely rude when he arrived. He claimed he had tried to call me but I had not got a missed call on my phone that I’d had with me the whole time then he started arguing with me about what I expected him to do which I thought was completely unnecessary! It’s a shame because we have always been happy with the delivery service prior to tonight and will think twice before ordering again!

Had food from here previously which has been poor. Then tonight not even ordered and had the delivery driver banging on the door then banging on all my windows waking up my one year old and then stood there telling me I needed to pay an order which I hadn’t ordered and after 5 minutes arguing with me looked and realised he had the wrong address. Also, when I called and spoke to the manager there was no apology just ‘the driver is busy and he has to deliver.’ Then when they finally realised I hadn’t ordered just said ‘it’s one of them things’ customer service is a ZERO from this place. It was my go to but after tonight I’d advise anyone to use Genos.

Never ordering from these in the future UNTIL THINGS CHANGE, over £18 for free garlic bread, and minimum £20 order for Chipping when its 1 mile further than a £10 minimum order for Ribchester or Goosnargh, ROBBERS!!

It clearly says on the Just Eat menu, spend £16 or move and get a free Garlic Bread Cheese or Bottle of Pepsi. I spent £16 plus £2 delivery and requested the Garlic bread in the comments. When my food arrived the Garlic Bread was missing so I immediately asked the delivery driver who said that this was only for orders being over £18. I said he was wrong, and it said £16 and also that including delivery I'd spent £18 - but he just ignored me and got in his car and left me holding my food on the doorstep. Attempted to call to discuss but couldn't get through. Food was bang average but the service... disgraceful. Missing the Garlic Bread wasn't the end of the world, but to just drive away from a customer when they're trying to discount a mistake? Embarassing service. My advice, order from elsewhere.

Not from the area but used these a few times now when I stay just down the road, for me great food, one of the best in the area

My food was cold when it got picked up the kebab meat was hard and the samosas I could smash a window with they are the over cooked
