We had another lovely visit to Bella Italia Wolverhampton today. As regular customers, we’ve always enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and consistently delicious food — and today’s experience stood out even more. The restaurant was quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The two staff members, Kim and Gee, were absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and especially sweet with our 9-month-old baby girl, Gianna. They played with her and made her giggle, which meant a lot to us as parents. It made the visit feel personal and special. We also used the Blue Light NHS discount, which we always appreciate. Thank you again to Kim, Gee, and the entire Bella Italia team for making our day — we’ll definitely be back! With appreciation, Gimson, Joice & Gianna

I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Bella Italia, and the experience was truly remarkable, thanks to Madi's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make our meal special. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Madi was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel at home. The highlight of the evening was when she surprised my son with a special birthday dessert, beautifully presented and delicious. It was a wonderful touch that made his evening extra special. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We will certainly be coming back

I had a lovely experience at Bella Italia! Our server, Destiny, was absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. The food overall was great, full of flavour and served quickly. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the tiramisu—it just wasn’t to my taste—but everything else made up for it. Would definitely come back again, especially if Destiny is serving!

I really enjoyed the service today I went out with my friends, the server destiny was really sweet she took her time and was really friendly and kind, service was amazing and food delivery was quick, food was really nice. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience at Bella Italia last Thursday, we were served by Lauren and she was caring and very accommodating of our two half families (mom date🌹) The food was delicious too! We didn't leave anything on the plates and I particularly enjoyed the vegan vanilla ice cream... What a treat!

We were celebrating my Grandmother's 70th birthday on the 11th of April. Our waitress, Roxy, was an absolute legend and a super star. She was very attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and was served at at a good pace. Roxy is a credit to your restaurant and she should be rewarded by her manager.

Was served by Lauren today and she was an amazing server. The customer service here was excellent. She recommended the mozzarella sticks, which were to die for. An amazing choice! The only thing I’d change is less pepper and more egg in the carbonara, but I’m not very keen on the taste of pepper.
