ordered for at 04:40-04:50 expected delivery at 05:20, food arrived at 06:00, driver took multiple orders and stopped progressively on the journey promoting poor delivery time and manners, giving a dud excuse of "bad traffic"

The food was delicious, but what made the experience truly exceptional was Lauren’s attentive and friendly service. She was great and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable at the same time. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope Lauren will be our server again. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely time at Bella Italia today, Kim was brilliant, very accommodating, took care with allergies. Despite being rushed off her feet, nothing was too much trouble! The food was great and the children's pizza was much better than the old ones (said my daughter).

We always have an amazing experience at Bella Italia, and I have to give a special shoutout to Lauren. She is incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right moments. That level of attention makes our visit so special. She is so warm and friendly with my daughter and she even lets her choose her own gelato. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

Me and my partner went to the Wolverhampton branch last Saturday for a date night, we hadn’t been before but we’ve heard great things about it! They did not disappoint!! The food was worth every penny and more!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating and friendly! One staff member that stuck out was Georgia! She was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel welcome and came over to make sure we were both happy with everything. I could not recommend Bella Italia enough. Both starters/mains were delicious, the cocktails were amazing too! Will definitely be returning.

Lauren and Gee made an impromptu lunch very enjoyable and as a family with a toddler we felt welcomed, looked after and had a really lovely time. They made a fuss of Toby (our toddler) and really looked after us. A great lunchtime.
