Christine was our server tonight and she was absolutely fabulous - talkative and friendly and we all very much enjoyed her service. the pasta served has been pretty low quality but pizza and milanese were very nice.

We were served by Christine at Bella Italia. She was a wonderful host to us right from the start. The food was outstanding. I tried the meatballs which were made in this delicious tangy sauce. Best meatballs I ever had. For the mains I had the sea bass which was also delightful. I struggle with desserts due to dairy intolerance but on Christine’s recommendation I tried the vegan cookie dough with icecream and it was mind blowing. I was pleasantly surprised that a vegan dessert could taste this good.

Can’t recommend Christine the lovely lady that served us tonight. Made the whole evening so much fun while looking after us so well. Really went the extra mile to make our evening special.

We dine here as a family everytime we come to center parcs as the food is great but the service is always incredible. The young manager at the door and our server Kayla went above and beyond for our family. Highly recommend 👌

Cicely was extremely friendly, helpful but above all patience with our large group. She demonstrated outstanding customer service, especially with our young children, which made our visit a great experience.

Pretty decent food, chicken wings (bbq) really juicy, vege pizza was good too... They had run out of all the fizzy drinks though.. Kids meals are your usual fried, pizza, pasta mix.. Our server Christine was lovely and attentive.

Our waitress Christine could not have been more helpful and made it a lovely experience for each of our party of 5. It was the hottest day of the year and we were continually provided with fresh jugs of water without having to ask. The food was great and everyone cleared their plate. Well done Christine and Bella Italia Elveden!

Lovely meal, served by Christine. Food was cooked well, service was quick and friendly. Quite warm but we were moved a bit further away from open kitchen when asked which was fine. Altogether one of the better CP meals we've had.

Dined in for my step sons 21st birthday. Service (Paula our waitress) was superbly attentive, polite going above and beyond for us. Food was delicious, plenty and very reasonably priced.

Great service, great staff great food

We were a table of 8 and every meal was terribly made. Some pasta sauces were runny, no seasoning or flavour. They tasted ready made. We were told the carbonara could not have the bacon removed as it was already in there indicating it was a ready meal and it tasted like it. We come to Centre Parcs every year and we have seen the food in Bella Italia decline and after yesterdays meal we will not be returning and dining elsewhere. It’s a disgrace to charge those prices and provide those meals. The food was so bad we opted not to get a desert.

Came up to Centre Parcs with some friends on a day pass and had an absolutely amazing lunch at Bella Italia. Everything was fabulous from the service provided by Toby to the food that was produced by the kitchen. Would definitely return in the future.

Lovely big family meal for 11. Everyone enjoyed their food. We found drinks very expensive particularly soft drinks that you can buy cheaper in the park market. Shame there is no real play area for the children as its such a good menu for them. Christine was brilliant as always. Giving us recommendations and boxing up the babies dinner when she fell asleep before it arrived.

We attended Bella Italia 4 times last week during our stay at Center Parcs. The meals were all delicious and the service was absolutely wonderful. In particular, the manager Simon, Jakob, Becca and Christine made our evenings especially enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best experience at Bella Italia. Our server Becca was lovely and very attentive. We had the pepperoni pizza with garlic crust and bbq chicken pizza which were both amazing. The strawberry lemonade is also highly recommended and a great option for those that don’t drink. We also had the cheesy doughball stack and affogato which were also delicious. The perfect start to our holiday.

I have been coming here for years and gotta say it's not as good as it used to be. I don't like the service charge as the food cost enough as it is. If the service is good I'd rather leave a tip.

We have been going to elveden center parcs now for 9 years bella itallia is by far the nicest restaurant there and what makes this place for us even more special is the service paula is a amazing lady and really goes above and beyond she remebers our family and when we was new parents and very protective she came and asked if she could take our son to get aome ice cream from the old stand that was there and from that moment is when i relaxed more as a parent we have just walked back from a amazing meal and we chatted with paula who even remebers where we sat 6 years ago she is a credit to center parcs and to bella itallia amazing personality and such a great lady many thanks the small family

We booked dinner at Bella Italia whilst away for a long weekend at Center Parcs Elveden. Our experience was great, the food was high standards with fair sized portions and service was very quick for a large sized party. The overall experience was made extra special with a very lovely, polite and professional server, Cicely!! Cicely dealt very well with our large group made no errors and made us all feel very welcome. Great food but Cicely made our experience!!! Thank you Cicely from all of the Wilson ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
