Bella Italia - Center Parcs Elveden Forest in Forest Heath

The children’s meals are very small even the large children’s meal. Service was OK but not the best. The wait time was around 30-40 minutes for food.

The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was very nice, and Gracie was the ultimate professional and friendly hostess. Well good.

Great family restaurant and after a couple of glasses of wine you could be fooled you were abroad somewhere. Excellent food and service from Paula who looked after us with real genuine care and experience.

Food was really good and reasonably priced. Leo, our server, was brilliant and made us feel relaxed and ensured we had everything we needed (and v conscious of allergies). Would’ve been 5 stars but we thought Dave spoke to Leo really rudely and in a poor manner in front of us which made us very uncomfortable and we had to tell him to stop as he wasn’t talking to Leo respectfully.

Christine is a very nice and lovely waitress, very funny and chatty. Do recommend the place, nice food.

Lisa our server was very friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly which was great with a little one but we didn’t feel rushed.

Visited Bella Italia at Centre Parcs Elveden and, despite the cheerful service, the meal was a let-down: my main came out scorching hot yet tasted bland, the supposedly indulgent cheesecake was still frozen solid in the middle, and the coffee was thin and watery—overall, wildly inconsistent temperatures, lack of flavour, and premium prices that just didn’t deliver value.

Lara was our server absolutely amazing.her personality was...- different but probably the best server I've dealt with and I'm in hospitality myself so takes alot to impress. food was delicious we had calamari ,mozzarella sticks, caprzzi salad, tomato bruschetta, carbonara, seabass and a meat feast pizza. HOWEVER one concern was our starters came before our drinks while we watched our drinks on the bar for 15 mins and had to ask for them then my partner ordered another cocktail and was also sat on the bar for 15+ mins so we had to ask for it, other than that the experience was perfect!!

Had lunch in Bella recently and was lovely for a table of 8 food was really quick and the sever can’t remember her name interacted with my boys and they enjoyed the colouring , definitely will be back

Omg the best service ever. Big shout out to the manager Ellice for being I am passionate about my work. Her approach and dedication was so visible that really made my day. Nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress (didn’t catch her name but she really looked like Shakira) was so attaentive that my 2 year old babe didn’t wanna leave. Overall will be back.

Great dinner! Garlic dough balls are a must, big group of us served by Lara! She was lovely, very friendly!

Our waiter Leo was very nice, polite & accommodating, as was the lady waitress (we didn’t catch her name, but she was very nice), the manager however was very rude to his staff, which was unnecessary and he clearly didn’t realise we could hear him. Learn how to treat your staff!!! Food was lovely, cocktails were amazing, kids meal was too small. Overall a great meal but a rude manager who needs personnel skills.

Very friendly staff, great lunch menu. Recommend going a monday evening, we found it quieter and less children :)

The food was amazing! But the staff member gave us the wrong bill, our bill with missing items but the right amount so when trying to share and work a bill out it made no sense untill she then re printed and then argued with us it was our fault for splitting a bill.

Food wasn't great, I expect better than an Asda microwave meal when I come here! Should be asked about the service charge and not just have it automatically added to the bill! Chairs also had stains on... gross
