Bella Italia - Center Parcs Elveden Forest in Forest Heath

Excellent food and brilliant waitress Christine 🩷

Visited Bella Italia at Centre Parcs Elveden and, despite the cheerful service, the meal was a let-down: my main came out scorching hot yet tasted bland, the supposedly indulgent cheesecake was still frozen solid in the middle, and the coffee was thin and watery—overall, wildly inconsistent temperatures, lack of flavour, and premium prices that just didn’t deliver value.

Lara was our server absolutely amazing.her personality was...- different but probably the best server I've dealt with and I'm in hospitality myself so takes alot to impress. food was delicious we had calamari ,mozzarella sticks, caprzzi salad, tomato bruschetta, carbonara, seabass and a meat feast pizza. HOWEVER one concern was our starters came before our drinks while we watched our drinks on the bar for 15 mins and had to ask for them then my partner ordered another cocktail and was also sat on the bar for 15+ mins so we had to ask for it, other than that the experience was perfect!!

We had a wonderful experience at Bella Italia thanks to our amazing server, Kayla! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and hope Kayla is our server again!

Omg the best service ever. Big shout out to the manager Ellice for being I am passionate about my work. Her approach and dedication was so visible that really made my day. Nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress (didn’t catch her name but she really looked like Shakira) was so attaentive that my 2 year old babe didn’t wanna leave. Overall will be back.

Our waiter Leo was very nice, polite & accommodating, as was the lady waitress (we didn’t catch her name, but she was very nice), the manager however was very rude to his staff, which was unnecessary and he clearly didn’t realise we could hear him. Learn how to treat your staff!!! Food was lovely, cocktails were amazing, kids meal was too small. Overall a great meal but a rude manager who needs personnel skills.

Very friendly staff, great lunch menu. Recommend going a monday evening, we found it quieter and less children :)

The food was amazing! But the staff member gave us the wrong bill, our bill with missing items but the right amount so when trying to share and work a bill out it made no sense untill she then re printed and then argued with us it was our fault for splitting a bill.

Food wasn't great, I expect better than an Asda microwave meal when I come here! Should be asked about the service charge and not just have it automatically added to the bill! Chairs also had stains on... gross

Really good food, the kids menu was perfect for our daughters. The adults lunch menu tue-thurs was really good value. Christine was a lovely server who made our lunch fun. My only negative was just how cold it was because of the opening door

Don’t bother coming here in the winter. Absolutely freezing as the restaurant is situated in a large atrium which isn’t heated. Absolutely ridiculous design. Whilst the servers were attentive the food was very slow to come out. Overall not a fun experience as being freezing whilst you’re eating isn’t fun.

Christine our waitress was amazing, very attentive and apologetic when our food was taking a while to arrive, Christine kept checking in to make sure we were OK. She was also fabulous with our children. The restaurant was clean, food and drinks were really good, we do always find it VERY hot in Bella Elveden Forest which is a little uncomfortable but the food always makes up for it

Our waitress Christine was great and had a great sense of humor.i had tirasamu for desert witch cost 7.50 and i thought it was a complete rip of for the money it was small dry and came on its own with no cream or ice cream etc .For the money they are charging it should look appetizing at least .

We were served by Cicely and we had an amazing night! One minor issue with one of our meals but it was rectified incredibly quickly! Love coming here when we visit Center Parcs, can’t wait for the next trip!

Typed this post as we were waiting for our food to arrive. Appalling service...takes forever to get anything. Portion size is fit for babies and toddlers. Wait times for food to arrive at the table is so long that food is already cold, doesn't help to hide the lack of taste !!!! I recommend they consider Tesco Value or Asda Essentials for a better flavour in their pasta!!! I had forgotten why we stopped going to Bella Italia long ago...a much needed reminder and hopefully I won't forget to avoid this dreadful diner next time (ever).

Christine our server at Bella Italia today (26/12/24) was absolutely brilliant. She was the epitome of good table service and wit. What a pleasure it was to be served by her! The food was good and the service even better with banter and wit.

We have family (six people) lunch here reach time we visit CP Eldeven. We head great server Christine today, she was kind and friendly. Helped us with the order and was very helpful.
