very good food, owner was super welcoming and nice!

It was honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. When we arrived to the restaurant to have our iftar and told them we made a reservation, they proceeded to get mad at us for no reason and said we didn’t reserve. Then when we showed that we did reserve at iftar time, they gave us a table outside that was extremely dirty. Then they just completely left us alone for the next 20min and didn't give us any water or dates to even break our fast. Every time I’d try to call the waiter over I was ignored and they seemed to be in a rush. The excuse was that a group of people who had booked at 7 came early and wanted to have iftar which was at 5.44 so they proceeded to go get them a table from another restaurant and immediately gave them water and dates and took their order. When we finally managed to get a waiter to come over the first thing i asked for was water and dates and then told them our orders. They then took another 10min without getting us anything so I called another waiter over to get us at least water and dates and they came back with just water, saying that they had run out of dates. Mind you, we have already waited 30min to break our fast while people who were waiting to get a table behind us were immediately given dates and water. Then they finally got us our soup, and then some hummus and then other 15min pass and they get us some halloumi and batata harra. Keep in mind the table is still dirty, there are no plates, no forks, no spoons, and no knives. I call over another waiter and ask them why we have no cutlery or plates and why the rest of the food has not been placed. He apologizes and says he will get right to it, spoiler alert he doesnt. Then, I call over the manager of the place and repeat the same thing and he apologizes and goes to get our food. Then he says that will get a free dish for us to eat even though I told him not to. We didn’t end up eating that dish because we didn’t like it and then when we finished our food he got us some free baklava to eat. When we were done and I ordered the bill the manager came back to apologize and I chastised him for the poor hospitality and service. He said that he removed some things off the bill, this turned out to be only the water and what’s ironic is one of the dishes we ordered which we did not get was on the bill and of course we made him remove it. He kept apologizing saying it was his fault and that it was the first day of ramadan and to be forgiving and that there were a lot issues happening, so they were essentially unprepared. Honestly, this is not an excuse we were very wronged and my friends who were not arab who came to eat with me were shown the worst display of Lebanese hospitality I’ve ever seen. بهدلتوا الضيافة اللبنانية. أشرفلكون لو ما فتحتوا لهل مطعم "اللبناني".عيب عليكون You put Lebanese hospitality and culture to shame. Never recommending or coming back here ever again.

Had the pleasure of having breakfast and lunch at this wonderful restaurant Beirut the meat and chicken was so tender and delicious. The starters was so good as well. Will definitely come back soon Insha’Allah

We miss Lebanese food so much and this just hit all of our cravings. The staff are all nice and very friendly. We went on Valentine’s Day and surprisingly they have table available. Will come back here again and highly recommend it. Mixed grill and the Mutabal were my favorites.

I have only recently discovered this place through deliveroo so haven't been in the restaurant but the food is excellent! I never write reviews unless asked but the food is so good it made me want to go out of my way and write one. The meat kebabs I have had and I am very fussy with food. So highly recommend!

The food was amazing and authentic coming from a Lebanese person! I would recommend the kebe with Laban as well as the knefe for desert, The tabbouleh salad was also one of the highlights of the night. Mohammed was especially kind and genuinely welcoming. We felt at home 😄

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- RUDE MANAGER - AVOID GOING there if you are a harrods staff I went to the restaurant for lunch today, I ordered the lunch deal menu, some humous and pitta bread to start with a diet coke to drink. I assumed the bread and the humous will arrive first as it's a cold started while my main course was being prepared , unfortunately everything came at the same time The restaurant offers discounts for employees around the area (Harrods staff) After asking for the bill, the manager brought just a regular bill , when I asked for the discount he started having a funny attitude saying the bill was already discounted (but not signs of this discount anywhere in the bill) then I asked him to show me where is the discount shown. He grabbed the bill from the table and upset went back to the till just to remove 1£ from it. Since I didn't want to argue anymore with him, I paid £30 and left. He took the payment and just walked away being clearly upset by situation. What I dont understand is why they offer discount for us as employees if they not gonna give anything at the end. To all the staff at Harrods I would simply avoid going there. There are another alternatives around the area Or if you do go, check your bill , otherwise you end up paying normal prices.

The best Lebanese restaurant in London out of three experiences, classy treatment, and a warm welcome to us. Our order was hummus 10/10, Kabsa 10/10, mango juice 10/10, tabbouleh, very delicious, and fresh hot bread, fresh, and also when they served it with a frying pan, it melted in the mouth, delicious. The food was amazing, we really enjoyed our meal. It was my first time and Muhmmad was such a welcome dude. He offered us some on the house food. Can’t appreciate him more when he offered us baklava and mint tea as I was having cold. It was so soothing for my throat. 😍 Highly recommended.

Ordered the mixed grill, the chicken was nice and juicy. The minced lamb skewer kebab was a disaster. It was so dry and all you could taste was parsley. The lamb shish were not seasoned at all. Usually I have lunch at Al-Arez nearby but this was rated higher than that on Google reviews. A bit of a disappointment. The waiter didn’t ask me how the food was like he asked a lady before me or I would have told him the honest truth. Not work £32 with a coke and service charges

Came last night with family and was the worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Baby chicken and lamb cutlets came so burnt that all I could taste was burnt meat. Meat was so dry that it was borderline inedible. They give you a few small pieces of baclava at the end so you feel embarrassed to ask for the 12.5% service charge to be removed. Based on the other reviews on here I didn’t expect this place to be as bad as it was
