Beefeater Grill in Hillingdon

We stayed at the hotel next door so went here for breakfast. Staff were great, very polite, friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and plenty of choice. All allergies catered for, our daughter requires gluten free and this was not a problem at all. We were given allergy folder and provided gluten free bread. Thanks for the fantastic service👍

I was very satisfied with service I was provided today for our group. It was very busy the food was good the waitress Beth gave outstanding customer service spoke politely too.

Extremely good customer service. Only breakfast open at the moment but opening for lunch today. I was served by Jade who was extremely friendly and gave a great service. I was served quickly with a tasty full English breakfast that was tasty and cooked how I asked. I will definitely return.

Waiting for breakfast on Sunday was quite busy notice to members of staff Jaden Mags ran around trying to do a lot to cope with the rush taking to the table ordered my breakfast turned up very quickly cooked well still very busy in the restaurant decor is a bit old but the two stars of the visit of which I saw is Jade and Mags they were doing their best they're usually going fast method for the sales could've done with moor staff working

Don’t bother adding beef to the nachos, just over a tablespoon added.Dips were very small in size. The biggest disappointment was the ribeye steak. The flavour was minimal but the cooking was shocking. I had a ‘flap’ of meat under which the meat was raw - I pointed out to the manager that this is a safety issue. The chip portion was small and the mushroom was swimming in grease - possibly deep fried (oozing in fat). However the waitress, Demi, was wonderful. Prompt service, helpful, kind with a big smile. She almost made everything ok again. The manager recognised the steak cooking was incorrect and refunded that.

The food was tasty, our server (Tanya H) waw amazing, polite and helpful. We were sat facing the chef, which I enjoyed, until I saw him wipe his nose with his hand, put his fingers in his mouth (looked like he may have been biting his nail) and then touched the top of the burger bun which was going out on my plate! Brfore our food was brought to us, a manager came and asked what sauces we would like and I mentioned to him what I had witnessed. He went to speak to the chef, who, from what I could see, denied doing any of the things I had seen and gestured that he uses the tongs. I was asked what I wanted doing with my food. I said I wanted new new bun at least as that was what he had touched. The manager went back to tell the chef to get a new bun for my meal and he just swaps over the plates and sends my original meal out to a different table! Shocking behaviour on his part. It was such a shame as everything else was great.
