Beechwood Farm - Dining & Carvery in North East Lincolnshire

We enjoyed our meal the food was good but I did have to tell the barman that the glass was dirty (soapy marks not dried properly) come on crew don't let the standards down

Great staff. Always friendly. Always clean. Food is always great and never wrong even when special request are needed due to allergies and they always get it served really quickly which is great. Regularly go here with and without the kids.

We had the carvery meat was lovely carrots rock hard yorkie was dry and hard as well as the broccoli stalks and the meal was only luke warm NOT HOT.

A super tasty carvery from beechwood farm, we were visiting whilst staying at Laceby manor resort, have to say the food was cooked great the selection of meats was awesome, and staff were super helpful when asking for assistance. Recommend to anyone wanting a top notch carvery that doesn’t break the bank.

We have just had the most beautiful food we booked a last minute party of 70 and they couldnt of been more hospitable,thankyou so so much jacueline,beth,amy,karen,ross,grace,bobby,and everyone behind the scenes what a team xx we will always have our get togethers with you from now on 😁😍😋😋😋😋💝

Impromptu visit this morning, whilst we were on our way to Grimsby. Seated fairly quickly (table for 4), decor was lovely inside. (A lot fresher than our local Farmhouse Inn that we regularly visit). Staff said it was breakfast buffet only, nothing off the fixed breakfast menu could be ordered. No explanation for that, nor could we understand why as they've got the items already cooked, it just needed putting in a bread roll. The coffee machine was also out of order! Anyway so we queued for breakfast, and because it's all you can eat, my boyfriend got himself a fairly healthy sized portion. And the gentleman queuing behind him kept making snide remarks etc about it. He said something to two members of staff stood near our table, they both looked over at us and made some comments which I couldn't hear 100%. Then it felt like we were the subject of all conversation with other staff after that. As something would be said, and they'd all look directly at our table. Not a nice feeling at all. Everything on my plate was barely warm so I just did not enjoy my breakfast whatsoever. My boyfriend however polished off his entire plate and his only complaint was his beans were cold! I assumed he was oblivious to what was going on but when we discussed it in the car he did feel a bit awkward with everyone looking at us all the time.

We came here for a leaving get together for our friends and we had a wonderful time. The food was lovely and the service too, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice happy atmosphere and they were very accommodating as they let us have two areas to sit in. Thankyou so much. Especially to Jacqueline she was really nice to us all. Love from The Roddy Family.

I ordered via just eat for a Sunday carvery today 20th April 2025, from beachwood farm. What I got was a cold dry meal with burnt black roast potatoes. On calling beachwood farm I got told by the manager that he'd have a word with the chef and just to claim some money back from just eats because they delivered it, when I asked what about the meal he wasn't bothered and had a don't care attitude absolutely no customer service what so ever, I will never again recommend this reaturant for delivery meals

atmosphere is lovely, not too loud and not too quiet. came for a carvery for my birthday and they did not disappoint, however the carrots were quite hard. definitely reccommend the refillable soft drinks! :)

If only I could give a zero star for our experience here yesterday. Absolutely awful, the carvery was dry and awful, The lady with blonde hair was rude and clearly in a bad mood, other staff were more bothered about going round tables pressurising customers to give good reviews. This seemed forced. This is the 2nd time the food has been dry and looked like it had been sat there all day

Went for breakfast recently staff was gossiping about customers ignoring the one what waiting to be served calling them and the manger a very nice lady called Karen the food was great when we finally got served in conclusion food great staff not so much update went today very confrontational staff member greeted us on arrival service was terrible won't be returning attitude problem

We went in at 11:40 ish on 05/04/2025 with my family today, very rude staff member greeted us at the podium, staff in general were gossiping more than helping guests.

Visited for Mothers Day, food was so nice. Really enjoyed our meal. Received a £10 off voucher for our next visit in April.

Treat night was amazing! Food was brilliant, the customer service was absolutely lovely, everyone was so kind and so helpful! The staff are so lovely. All round my visit was 10/10!

I am giving one star for a certain male member of staff, When we first arrived, he came over. we were sorting our table, and a young girl came over with an issue. She spoke to him, he didn't even look at her, just raised his hand and put it in her face. She was in a bit of a panic, of which if he had taken a second to look at her face or hear what she had to say, he would have known this. She tried to talk again and he put his hand to her face again. By this point, I was getting annoyed at his behaviour, and I told him to please deal with the young girl he turned snapped at her asking what she wanted she explained that a family was complaining he said he would deal with it and dismissed her with a wave of his hand. We were shown to a table, and on a couple more occasions, I saw this male member of staff talk to the young staff disgusting. It's a really busy place on a Sunday. I understand this but absolutely no need for his behaviour!!!

Called in for a carvery, the food was not edible, cold, soggy roast potatoes, undercooked carrots and cauliflower, staff not interested when we returned the food uneaten. Will not be returning.

Lovely food Since the renovations the portions seem smaller, And the Eton mess was just ice cream with to many strawberry's and hardly any Meringue, Saying that we still enjoyed the meal, And will come back at some point

I have been here 3 times now. One for drinks The other two for food. I do keep coming back. Carvery is lovely and there is three options in size. Some times the veg on potatoes and parsnips are a bit darker then I would like. But still taste ok. When ordering carveys and a child's dinner. Ask staff how long the foods going to take. As one time we had gone up for Carvery and by the time we had eaten are food the child's dinner came out. However they do have a goods kids area so it was fine. They do cakes to go. I would recommend booking. Staff are friendly and when thinks go wrong or service is slow. They are appollogetic.

Carvery was delicious - no hard carrots here! Chef carving the meat was polite and the meat was all cooked perfectly. Drinks ordered via the QR code came very quickly.

This is our top favourite place to eat in Grimsby. On Monday, my wife and I brought our friend to eat with you for her first time and she was very impressed with the quality of food, the lovely atmosphere and the amazing coffee (her favourite thing in the world) Grace was absolutely amazing she is always so polite and out going when we come here and always makes us feel welcome, as does Ross and the manager (forgot her name sorry) I always feel like I can stay at Beechwood and never rushed. The food is so delicious and a good variety for each taste bud. Thank you Beechwood for a really nice morning after quite a tough weekend 10/10 for everything ❣️went again for a carvery today (7th March 2025) where service was again great with the most friendly carver giving really decent sized portions of meat at the carvery had a top laugh with the best girls thank you again ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED xoxo

Me and my family regularly eat at Beechwood Farm, whether for a regular meal or for a birthday. Having the play area is great for keeping the kids entertained whilst we eat. Service is always very good, especially Jacqueline who always goes out of her way to make us welcome!

My Husband and I dined for the first time at Beechwood Farm this afternoon we found our seating area very cosy and relaxing, staff were very welcoming background music was nice and not too loud. We chose to have the carvery which was very nice and lovely amount of veg to choose from, and a nice bottle of wine to share. We would definitely visit again and recommend.

Good service, delicious food, all around is clean and tidy up. Sometimes it is busy, but if you are planning some special meals, then better book the table early.

First visit to this carvery. Had been recommended by a friend. Four of us went for Sunday roast and were very impressed by quality of food, staff and restaurant. The price was also very reasonable. It was absolutely packed with people at 5.30 pm on Sunday, glad we had booked table in advance. Will definitely be using Beechwood Farm whenever we fancy a roast in future.

Had the chicken escalope; fries slightly cold but the chicken was succulent and beautifully coated. Others had a breakfast, burger and mixed grill, all of the family agreed this is the best meal we’ve had in a couple of years. Staff are wonderful, all smiles and ready to help regardless of the issue.

Ok for just a drink but the food wasn't nice at all. Waited 20 mins for horrible cheap sausages, overcooked and burnt cauliflower wings. Salad was mainly leaves and no roasted peppers as it said on the menu. Would not eat there again.

Food was exceptional, main menu (2 dirty burgers, NGC menu for a coeliac, vegan ice cream for a milk allergy, puddings were absolutely amazing) however the 90 minute time limit was a letdown. Took 30 mins to get food which wasn't an issue but then took 20 mins for puddings after we finished, left us still eating pudding with only 10 minutes left. Understand they were very busy, and they were crazy busy, service was great, polite, smiley, pleasant, just the 90 minute wasnt really enough when 50 minutes of it is waiting on an order. You also have this 90 minutes to pick what to eat and go order, probably needs to be longer.

There was a nice atmosphere on arrival and we were greeted by a member of staff at the door before being directed to our table. We ordered from the menu and didn’t wait too long for our meals to arrive. My husband had the scampi which he said was nice and I had the cheese onion and potato pie. The pie was nice and the pastry soft which was a bonus because sometimes it’s really hard and difficult to cut in to. As a long standing vegetarian, I would like to see more availability on the menu and as an example, battered halloumi and chips with a side salad, which would marry up nicely with the fish and chips which is always available for meat eaters. Coming into the restaurant as a couple and being able to have the same ie fish and chips and the veggie option would be brilliant!! Overall, we throughly enjoyed our last visit to Beechwood.

Found the breakfast poor the black pudding was dried out like a biscuit the bacon was also dried out and seriously over salty in fact the whole meal was was of poor quality and there was no marmalade or jams available over all a bad experience

We were greeted by Ross at the door and shown to our table. Once sat down me and my son decided what we wanted to eat and proceeded to the bar. We were served by Kaylee, who was ridiculously helpful, answering my son’s questions. Both Kaylee and Ross asked us how our food was. Once finished Kaylee helped Harrison pick some ice cream and listened as he reeled off some cheesy jokes. Fantastic service, food hot and delicious. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I was really enjoying my Fish, Chips, mushy peas with curry sauce until I found a small piece of bacon underneath my fish. I have to say Ross was brilliant & sorted it out for me straight away and Ross was extremely professional in his approach to my complaint. Ross could not have been anymore apologetic. He gave me a complementary dessert. 5/5 for service. I will be coming back. Hopefully this was just a blip

Great food. Service from Mandy was excellent. Asked if we could have a table in a quieter area as my father in law doesn’t like it too loud. She found us somewhere to sit which was perfect for him. He had a carvery and I had a yorkie wrap which was delicious. Mandy came over a few times to make sure we were ok and chatted with my father in law to make him feel comfortable. Thanks Mandy for great service.

We booked for a party of 20 and were treated incredibly well. Jaqueline was a really friendly host who made sure we all enjoyed the meal and overall experience here (she did an amazing job). The carvery was cooked perfectly (I highly recommend the juicy gammon) and was a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a family dinner.
