Friendly service and staff and the food is great. You have a choice of carvery or menu. But the desserts look absolutely amazing.

Honestly, we come hear quite often and I have never had a bad meal. Great service by Holly today. Great for the family with the play area .

Jacqueline was a very pleasant, very helpful, it was my 8 year old grandsons birthday tea, and Jacqueline did everything in her power to give Alfie the best time, so thank you to Jacqueline for her service. Food was very nice, wasn’t long before it came, we will be delighted to come back.

There was a nice atmosphere on arrival and we were greeted by a member of staff at the door before being directed to our table. We ordered from the menu and didn’t wait too long for our meals to arrive. My husband had the scampi which he said was nice and I had the cheese onion and potato pie. The pie was nice and the pastry soft which was a bonus because sometimes it’s really hard and difficult to cut in to. As a long standing vegetarian, I would like to see more availability on the menu and as an example, battered halloumi and chips with a side salad, which would marry up nicely with the fish and chips which is always available for meat eaters. Coming into the restaurant as a couple and being able to have the same ie fish and chips and the veggie option would be brilliant!! Overall, we throughly enjoyed our last visit to Beechwood.

Found the breakfast poor the black pudding was dried out like a biscuit the bacon was also dried out and seriously over salty in fact the whole meal was was of poor quality and there was no marmalade or jams available over all a bad experience

We were greeted by Ross at the door and shown to our table. Once sat down me and my son decided what we wanted to eat and proceeded to the bar. We were served by Kaylee, who was ridiculously helpful, answering my son’s questions. Both Kaylee and Ross asked us how our food was. Once finished Kaylee helped Harrison pick some ice cream and listened as he reeled off some cheesy jokes. Fantastic service, food hot and delicious. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I was really enjoying my Fish, Chips, mushy peas with curry sauce until I found a small piece of bacon underneath my fish. I have to say Ross was brilliant & sorted it out for me straight away and Ross was extremely professional in his approach to my complaint. Ross could not have been anymore apologetic. He gave me a complementary dessert. 5/5 for service. I will be coming back. Hopefully this was just a blip

We booked for a party of 20 and were treated incredibly well. Jaqueline was a really friendly host who made sure we all enjoyed the meal and overall experience here (she did an amazing job). The carvery was cooked perfectly (I highly recommend the juicy gammon) and was a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a family dinner.

Great food. Service from Mandy was excellent. Asked if we could have a table in a quieter area as my father in law doesn’t like it too loud. She found us somewhere to sit which was perfect for him. He had a carvery and I had a yorkie wrap which was delicious. Mandy came over a few times to make sure we were ok and chatted with my father in law to make him feel comfortable. A friday lunch time. People at work kids at school so not busy just us oldies age group so plenty of space peacefull and quiet Great grub and cheap to boot Overall 5***

We booked for a family festive meal on Christmas Eve. When we arrived our table wasn't ready so we sat and waited with a drink, 20mins later we were seated. The carvery was terrible, cold over cooked food. It had been sat out for a while. The roast potatoes were hollow inside. One of the party opted and booked a vegetarian carvery, unfortunately this wasn't ready so she had to eat after everybody else. I understand Christmas time is busy but the pub was only half full. We've been here in the past and food was much better.

As always another great visit to Beechwood farm. From the bar staff, waitresses and chefs everyone always greets you with a smile and makes you feel very welcome. We were a family of six of mixed ages and mixed appetites, we were all catered for including me when asked about any allergies which is a relief to be taken seriously. Well done Beechwood, we will be back!

Had a great time today at beechwood farm for my brothers birthday the food was great the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome the weather wasn't great but the play area inside kept my nieces entertained would highly recommend if you want great food and a service with a smile

On arrival it was clear that it was very busy as expected. We were seated at our table by a gentleman with a wave in the general area of our table so bad start but we understood it was very busy and sat awaiting a member of staff to get a drink order but that never came. Then our starters appeared out of nowhere we hadn't even asked for them, so we asked about drinks they said to order at the bar. The qué was quite long at this point so we wish we had been given information at the point of being seated as we understood this would all be table service. But we sat and had our starters. Then awaiting our main after fifteen mins we enquired about how long mains would be to be told it was self service carvery. We were shocked as our starter had been table service and this is what we expected for £250+ But we waited for the qué to go down and got that The meal was lovely and the staff smiley. The ladies doing the tables were absolutely fantastic especially Jacqueline and Lisa. Once the majority of people had eaten and gone the place calmed down but during this tough time nothing was to much for either of these ladies even with being in such high demand. I even saw Lisa walking with a gentleman unsure on his feet to dish his food for him. A lovely sight to see and Jacqueline kept popping over to our table to check all was okay after our confusion and even helped with getting our desert to take away as we were all stuffed x

Lovely and quiet after school time during the week. Service was excellent and so was the food.

Breakfast with Santa: Only redeeming feature is Santa knows what he's doing. He's not the most authentic looking Santa but hes clearly experienced and great at what he does. Actual event was carnage. No direction of what to do. Kids running and screaming everywhere with abandoned shoes all over the place. No parental control, staff looked like they too were surprised by Christmas with Santa and had no idea that it was happening. Actually I hope that's what happened because it would explain the general sense of cluelessness from the majority of them. Burnt toast, cremated bacon and long queues. No general sense of Christmas aside from Santa and a random cracker hurled on the table. Couldn't even get crackers with suitable kids surprises inside? Never ever again.

Busy, waited at seating area, another party came in and stood in front of us, staff member had noticed this and seated us first, this showed they cared for customer service. Long story short, had carveries, food excellent, service excellent, atmosphere as to expected at this busy festive time. Only critique was the beef was sliced a little thinly, but overall a lovely lunch...

Took the kids for “Breakfast with Santa” again this year. The kids loved it and have to say this is the best Santa we have seen and that includes the expensive visit to Brigg Farm.

Missed feelings, we normally love a Greene King, and are big supporters. But the Apple Crumble, well.

Booked a family Xmas get together here, as we came last year & thought it was really good. This year will be our last though. The service was shocking, no direction or instructions, no help. Meal was booked for 12.30 & we didn't get our starters until nearly an hour later. We pulled the crackers & asked a waitress (who was stood doing nothing for most of our time there) if we could have a bag to collect all the cracker rubbish off our table...she literally just gave us a bag then went off to stand doing nothing again. So we cleaned up. We had no instructions on how we get our carvery course (the previous year we had been given tickets) I asked the doing nothing waitress who didn't seem to know. The servers behind the carvery section told us...we needed the hats from the crackers on in order to get a carvery...quite a few had been ruined by kids playing or chucked already so we had to scramble about trying to find some. No apology from anyone for not telling us sooner. After that sorted, food was nice. Service again poor. When we paid the bill the guy behind the bar made a mistake redeeming all the deposits to one family so had to wait whilst a 1 year screaming outside until 2 other members of staff tried to sort it. Again no apology. Felt like you've really let yourselves down in terms of service standards this year. Last year i think even management came over to check on us being a bigger party of 15. So yeah sadly you've lost a customer (or 15).

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is lovely. We had a Christmas set meal and the table was set with tablecloth and crackers, all very festive. The prices are excellent too.

A party of 20 booked the festive menu. All meals were lovely and managed to get them all out together. We weren't rushed to leave our tables so a lovely relaxed and fun night had by all. Thankyou to all the staff that served with a smile on their faces. We will definetly be returning thanks again.

I really enjoy our trips to Beechwood farm food is great. It gets very busy on a Sunday and parking might be a bit tricky.

Came to beachwood farm today about 5pm on Sunday I was pleasantly surprised by knowledgeable young lads on the bar she knows her drinks the carvery I had with my wife was below average spuds hard lack of selection in the veg gravy was watery i asked for the manager and this man came over all I wanted to do is tell him how to improve when he finally came to my table I was watching him when the staff member told him I wanted to talk to I watched him probably go for a cig ten minutes later he finally came with a chip on his shoulder and very arrogant towards me and my wife I asked him what was his problem all he could say was what did I know about food I know a far bit as I’m a trained chef and just wanted to treat my wife I will never go again

Lovely visit today Sunday 24th November. Even though we were early Beth and Ross got us seated in such a quick time which is appreciated with our small children Carvery was amazing and kids meals came out within ten minutes so credit to kitchen team too We will definitely come back again

Brilliant evening overall, absolutely amazing food. Staff were very lovely and patient, Ellie was very helpful on the bar with her extensive whiskey knowledge. Atmosphere 4/5 as hoovering was started around 9 where we were sat when food was still being served till 10. Would 100% recommended to anyone who wants a good hearty meal, in a nice venue and an overall good time.

My wife and I nearly always choose Beechwood Farm for carvery in Grimsby/Cleethorpes. It never disappoints. The food is fantastic and the serving staff was great! Tonight we met a newer staff that we had never seen at Beechwood. Kaylee was outstanding, I would not have expected anything less. 😁🙂

For the cost of breakfast and drinks, the food was very poor, hash browns had no flavour just tasted of oil. The sausages aren't very nice at all and overcooked, the bacon you've got to dig around for the right pieces.
