The Ladies at Bean and Baked worked hard during lockdown to keep everyone well supplied with their home-baked cakes. The brownie box was well packed and promptly dispatched and made a delicious treat during lockdown. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you!

Visited recently with a friend, enjoyed tea and cake. Staff are friendly and welcoming, menu is good, cake was absolutely delicious. Lovely place, only downfall is it's quite chilly in there, but we will be back!

Wanted to try this new eating place and have a cup of tea. Was so impressed by the cakes on show, we decided to stay for scrambled egg on toast and drool at the 6 inch high coffee and walnut cake. It is a long time since I have seen such fabulously decadent cakes. Beware, do not go if you are on a diet, because you will not be able to resist these wonderful creations. The staff are very welcoming and the tea is in a pot, with lovely cups. Very nice atmosphere. RECOMMENDED

New but already impressed. Great social gathering space with great menu, CAKES and good selection of drinks hot and cold. My group will be holding all their Team meetings at this great venue. Huge car park. (As you pull into the car park its on your right hand side)

33 Lower Hall LaneMonday lunchtime, ordered the Chicken, Bacon, Lettuce & Bacon toasted wrap, plus an Americano. Wrap took an age to arrive (they warn you about this!), and they may have actually overlooked my order until reminded (!)..worth waiting for, double the size I expected, very tasty. Cafe is at the front of a community church, although you wouldn't guess (not 'churchy' at all, more like 'hipster' in style, and family-friendly), very nice toilets, too. They also host monthly events such as Craft Club, Chess Night, book swap, & American Coffee Morning (for Americans in Walsall - no kidding! Making Walsall great again!) Was only in town for half a day but didn't see anything else to compare with The Table's decor, ambience and menu.

27 John StreetCalled in this morning for a bacon sandwich and got a perfect one. Thick bread and loads of bacon. Wrapped to keep warm. Spotlessly clean, pleasant staff and great food plus the ability to sit in. Will definitely be calling again
