Even my children refused to eat half of the food. I’ve ate better in supermarket cafes. Burnt fatty horrible bacon, Dry eggs. Sausages burnt dry and cheap. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lovely Coffee paired with friendly Staff. Just a delight. So is the Bacon and Egg Sandwich yum. Definitely a place to go during a nice walk along the Beach

We called in today with our two small, excitable children. Such a lovely atmosphere, very clean, great selection of cakes. Teenage staff were lovely, great with the children who wanted to chat. The manager/owner was welcoming also. We will definitely call again!

Called yesterday wanted a portion of chips worst chips we have ever had dry and tasteless. Used to be a lovely place with nice food. Don't know why cafe is closed inside just kids serving now don't seem that bothered

It has social distancing policies now, making it little more than an ice cream kiosk, which is a shame. Pre-COVID it was a brilliant little cafe with wonderful cakes and ice cream. We would go there for the burgers, which are fresh made and delicious. Highly recommend a visit when the nightmare is over.

Stopped for lunch after a walk along the promenade starting in Rhos on Sea, a great cafe, a fresh relaxing atmosphere, great food, very good service, what a joy to find a place like this at the end of a good stroll along the promenade.

We often use this lovely cafe with my dad who has dementia because when it’s nice weather it’s easier for him to sit outside.The staff are very helpful and friendly.I also found out that one member of staff speaks fluent welsh.To me as a local this is very important to be able to speak my own language.Keep up the good work

Have been sitting outside in the summer and getting coffee and cakes as my partner went inside to order. Today 2nd October, at 11.30am, I decided to treat myself to lunch and a coffee, sitting outside as dogs aren't allowed inside, I opened the door to attract a member of staff to order, all I got was dogs not allowed, amazing you have let me and countless dog owners eat outside in the summer but either have changed policy or have an extremely lazy staff member who can't be bothered to take an order, even when you explain you want to place an order. You don't even answer your phone as I wanted to discuss before I posted in trip advisor.Well we went into Abergele and were welcomed for our lunch in a dog friendly cafe which was far more friendly than the experience I have just had at the beach cafe. I presume you still allow dogs outside as you sell dog ice cream. You need to educate your staff or have somewhere where you can order and he served. Very unpleasant experience

Regularly visit this cafe all the year round after dog walking on the beach for coffee and cake. It is what its name says; a beach cafe with no frills. Never fails to deliver on a reasonable cup of coffee and a cake from friendly staff. Dog friendly outside with water provided and now offer dog ice cream which my dog loves. Toilet available intermittently but does the job after a beach walk. Will keep visiting.

I always go here when I go to Pensarn, always fresh and tasty food at excellent prices, served with a smile.

A nice place along Pensarn beach. Similar to the offer cafe on the beach. Nice spot to stop for a quick bite when the weather is nice. I often stop here when visiting North Wales with my husband.

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of my breakfast. The cafe is very clean. The staff are very attentive and polite. I will definitely pay them another visit.

We visited the beach cafe on Easter Sunday and had a lovely bite to eat, despite it being busy the service was prompt, and staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were lovely and good value for money.

We called in today,,12 March 2019 for Brunch I had a Burger and a Coffee really good The Wife and her Sister had Baked potato cheese and beans and a cup of Tea, all was good and enjoyable good sized meals, will recommend to anyone, and will call again when in area.

After a brisk walk along the promenade, this little cafe looked very inviting so we decided to treat ourselves to coffee and bacon sandwiches. The staff member was very friendly and in no time at all, we had warm drinks and tasty food, at very reasonable prices. Great place!

Our family love coming to this cafe. The homemade hotpot is amazing! There is always a great selection of beautiful cakes. Lovely location and always a warm welcome from friedly staff. Highly recommended

A quick trip to take the youngest dog to the beach has found a cafè that made the hour drive worth while. Their sandwiches are wonderful and come adorned with a salad and crisps as a garnish, for less than six pounds!!! A selection of home made cakes that are mouthwateringly top quality. My visit was on a blustery dull day so a coffee stop was very welcome. Top marks for quality,presentation and a happy smiling face from the waitress. I will be back.

This is a wonderful cafe right on the sea front. We had breakfast in here yesterday morning and was not disappointed! Really friendly service too!

Friendly staff, plenty of choice and good food. Excellent salads and panini was tasty too. Loads of cakes as well spoilt for choice.

Visited this café whilst renting a property nearby. It is still as good, if not better. Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. You can ask for a slight adjustment to what's on the menu and you will get it. Love the omelette and salad and bacon and sausage batches and the milky coffee is extremely good. Always busy, which shows how good it is! Will definitely continue to visit.

Lunch was 2xWelsh beef and ale pie with chips which was delicious. Granddaughter had - Nutella sandwiches! She was delighted because the crusts had been cut off. I had a vanilla milkshake which was really good. Could do with cushions on all the seats though....

Go there most days when I'm at my caravan in Pensarn . The roast dinner's are good value The all day breakfast is also very good . The meals for children are very good . When my grandchildren come down they always want to go there .The staff are very pleasant .

During the season spent a visit every other Sunday here with my wife our grandchild and pet pooch . Absolute haven, great service, reasonably priced and the staff are brilliant. Couple all this with the stunning views and location it's a real gem.

The burgers at this café are so tasty, always served on a fresh bun. My dog is so hooked on their sausages that he refuses to walk passed this café.

Called here for coffee for us and chips for the kids. Kids enjoyed their chips while we enjoyed our coffees and the sea view....perfect!!

Good place to get out of the wind or rain and have refreshments. If waiting for a train good to get out of the cold. Good bacon sandwiches, hot chocolate etc for walkers.

at the end of a long walk coffee and cake were necessary. So glad we stopped here, it was really reasonable prices, large caramel and apple cake and cream, custard slice and two filter coffees cost just £7!!! Recommend this highly.

Sister cafe to Pantri Bach which is a few hundred yards along the seafront, this cafe is smaller but just as nice. It serves light lunches and snacks and amazing cakes.Locals tend to go to Pantri Bach for a lunch and come here for coffee ( or tea) and cakes , one of which is usually big enough to share.!

Great place for a meal, Under &.00 for a roast dinner, or Scampi & Chips service can be slow at times but the food is cooked to order so it is always fresh.

Food ok for a chip shop, thought a bit on the expensive side for some of the dishes. Worth a visit but don't expect too much of a fancy place! Nice staff :)

Had to come over to Abergele, brought our 2 dogs as well and decided to take them a walk along the front. Well this little cafe looked too inviting to miss, and we were right. Great service, friendly staff, great tea and coffee and vanilla slices to die for. Open we are told most of the year, except mid Dec to End Jan. Will use every-time we come over.

Looks dirty, weeds all outside, tables and chairs look awful in need of tlc. Tea tasted like it had been stewed for three days, I don't take milk and wasn't given an option, "sugar and spoons behind ya" All in all dreadful

The food here is typical cafe food, well cooked, all hot, friendly staff and good menu, its no wounded this place is so busy. Nothing glamorous or pretentious, just well cooked food, great value for money.

After walking around the nearby town or along the cycle path this was a welcome stop right on the sea front. It was very popular with seating both indoors and out. It serves the regular seaside fayre - chips and ice cream but also has a very enticing range of delicious cakes and pastries. I went back there twice as the cakes were so good. The staff serving were also very pleasant which made it feel a welcome place to be whether alone or in company.

Walked the wrong way and came across this place by mistake, so glad we did the food is delicious and freshly prepared. Good value for money

Out for a walk whilst on holiday with the family dived in here to escape the rain what a nice surprise table service and free WIFI so we could come up with a plan B for the day

Called in here whilst walking along the coast. Friendly staff and well used by locals. Extensive menu but I just opted for a pot of tea and beans on toast. This came quickly and was much enjoyed. Great simple cafe.

We are regular local customers and love everything about this cafe,from the hard working,efficient & ever so friendly staff to the variety & quality of food,drinks & wonderful cakes served up.The waiting time is really minimal.The outdoor seating area is a real bonus in dry weather.A real favourite.

Had the full English Breakfast and what a breakfast it was. Best breakfast I've had in a while.The staff are nipping around like ants they never stop. Friendly atmosphere, well worth the price.

Unfortunately, my experience was poor because I ordered a coffee that was served far too hot. Obviously, coffee is supposed to be hot but this was served well over what I consider to be a safe temperature for consumption. I burnt my mouth which has still not healed and had to wait over half an hour before I could drink the coffee. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth - literally.

This cafe is always full, always brimming with traditional cafe smells....coffee, chips, toasted sandwiches, soup and roast dinners to name but a few. Come rain, wind or sunshine it is a warm and welcoming haven. All the customers are friendly to each other and the young waitresses work extremely hard getting the orders to the tables promptly. Along with all the traditional eats on the extensive menu there are always some unusual, up-to-date specials too. We had cranberry, bacon and Brie on a Panini.........really yummy! The beach stretches into the distance in both directions and there is a small child swing park near the cafe. Can't fault it.

Serving traditional meals snacks and drinks I always get warm welcome at Beach Cafe. Must be one of the busiest cafes along this stretch of coast. Always plenty people dining. It's a gem right on the beach.

After a long drive we called in for a coffee and a toasted tea cake. Coffee came in a large mug and the teacakes were hot and dripping in butter. Yummy what more can I say. They also offer well cooked and reasonable priced meals.

A small simple beach side cafe.However the service is great and the food superb.A great place to call in on when you're peckish after a stroll.Watch out for the seagulls,they are rather large, perhaps they enjoy this cafe to !

Good food served by friendly staff at surprisingly reasonable prices. Indoor seated area is clean and comfortable, along with plenty of outside seating for takeaway.I have been using Beach Cafe for over fifty years and will continue to use as my cafe of choice whenever in the Rhyll area.

Visited many times, eaten lots of different meals, none of which has disappointed us. Family of four with teenagers who were equally as satisfied (says alot).Very satisfied and staff excellent.

Right on the beach with a car park next to it, this cafe is perfectly situated. Great for an ice cream, a bucket and spade, a walk on the prom or a sit down inside or out. Staff ate friendly and the black and blue burgers are good. The home made cakes are excellent particularly the custard and cream vanilla slice. Toilet available.

Called in late in the day, had a decent quick beef dinner, not restaurant class but not restaurant prices either and very filling. Staff are very friendly and quick service. Also had all day breakfast there in the past, very good and perfect hangover cure

I am quite cross if I'm honest. I ordered a bacon and egg barm to take away. It was £3.50 which I thought was quite expensive. It did arrive quickly (perhaps a bit too quickly). When I opened the box the barm cake looks dry. When I tasted it I was right the barm was dry and tasteless, the bacon was dry and I think had been precooked and reheated in the microwave. To end a terrible snack the egg yolk was hard!! So all in all not a very good example at all of how a bacon and egg barn cake should be and for the price quite outrageous. As you can imagine I won't be going back there again.

A grey day but nevertheless found a cheerie welcome by the sea. A yummy selection of homemade tempties - and friendly, helpful owner/staff. We were only looking for somewhere to have an icecream looking out to sea - we found it - and will be back.

Came here for afternoon tea and cake. They had all sorts of delicious looking cakes didn't know which to have!Staff were delightful and there was a lovely feel to the place. Seating area outside with gorgeous views out to sea.

Been here several times and have always found the staff to be very pleasant. Bit dissapointed today as we had a 20 minute wait for one pannini and there was no-one in front of us. Also think the prices had gone up compared to winter time. Otherwise probably one of the best cafes on the front, clean, welcoming and a good variety.

The food here is delicious and the stuff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food here and the prices were also very reasonable. Great place to kick off your day.

I had a walk on the beach on a very cold day in December from llandulas and entered the warm cosy cafe which was full I only ate a cherry and apple crumble with custard which was perfect and took me back to my school days I loved the crumble and certainly visit again and sample some other food

This is quite smart inside and has a great range of cakes and serves a very good pot of tea. We were pleased to find such a place open on a windy November Monday morning. there was a lot of activity in the kitchen as cooking preparations were made for the lunch dishes. The server was very friendly , also like the way she helped an older couple with their tray. It was quite busy and deserves continuing custom. A perfect spot for a warm-up after walking on the beach, also plenty of free parking.

We walked to Pensarn from Rhyl with our 3 children who were very hungry by then. This was a lovely welcoming cafe with big tables for us to fit round comfortably. The food was homemade and tasty and the desserts were really outstanding. There isn't much to do in Pensarn other than walk back but we were very glad we found this gem of a cafe.

I visited here on a glorious spring afternoon and found the cafe to be friendly, offered a good menu and there were plenty of seating areas outside. The hot drinks & pastries were tasty and the Snickers cake was very yummy. I can't wait to visit again!

This is a better than the average beach cafe, the menu is really good, paninis, baguettes, jacket potatoes, burgers (but not the rubbish type) there is always a special too, there a good array of cakes to choose from. This is worth a visit the staff are helpful and pleasant. We pop in most days when we go to the beach.
