I’ve been to many similar restaurants, but this one truly stands out. The food here is absolutely delicious! Their service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and polite. I’ve been recommending it to all my friends and family.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Best Persian kebabs I've eaten for a while. Only a few tables so you need to time it between mealtimes so there's availability. My only complaint is that it's very far away 30 miles each way but well worth the journey!

Been a regular customer of this shop but I got to say I’m very unhappy and disappointed as unfortunately the quality of food has become extremely poor even though the prices keeps going up! Ordered a Momtaz kebab ,surprisingly the portions of salads and sauces got smaller,they put less rice now,Kebab was all burnt and the chicken tikka was dead dry!it was not worth the money I paid for all at all!thats it,im done with this place and would never come back here!

Food quality is okay. Not much flavour. Staff should work on being friendlier and handling customers. Awkward position to order and stand around waiting. Also prices are too high for the area and what you’re getting. It’s not a restaurant.

I go here because the food is yummy 😋. The majority of the food is grilled. They have a nice variety of meats that you can pick, its normally served with salad and rice, I also get chips on the side. The food has an authentic taste. Not the usual; over compensated with spices. I definitely recommend it. Let's not talk prices because who ever liked a cheapskate, however it doesn't break the bank either. Go and check it out!!!

I took my children and family there yesterday to have a meal. We ordered 4 koubideh meals with rice and 1 Naser Shah meal which is a skewer of koubideh and lamb chunks. The size of the koubideh kebabs were so small, thin and faty with not much taste to it. The lamb chunks was not marinated and was a bit chewy. The steam rice was not fresh. Very disappointed with the quality of the food this time. I had food there before and had take aways, and I should say the quality of the food was much much better before compared to what we had yesterday. Somagh on the the table was not good and we could not use it. It needs refilling with fresh ones. The table came after us was served before us and the time took for us to have the food on our table was too long. The music was too loud for a small area. I suggest you playing a soft music with no singing rather than playing loud Homeyra songs! I hope you take this as a constructive feedback and improve the food quality and services. Thank you

Food is very tasty, but with No menu card available on table, it’s difficult to order. Staff has issues with English language. Cleanliness needs improvement. Overall a stuff environment. Tables, cutlery needs cleaning and improvements. Staff and overall management needs training. An average restaurant with good food .

I tried BBQ village for the first time today. I ordered the mixed kebab with rice served with salad & sauce. The kebab was cooked over charcoal and had a nice flavour. My favourite part was the BBQ tomatoes they were roasted to perfection and were delicious. The service was provided was very good. My only issues were the rice was reheated in a bowl in the microwave, I would prefer freshly cooked rice and also with it being a small restaurant it is very cramped inside.

Lovely fresh food cooked on a charcoal BBQ. Delicious and great value. The sharing plate is great, the lamb is particularly good.

Though the space is very limited to sit, but the taste definitely compensate for all the weak bits. If you are a BBQ lover this is definitely a place for you.

Went 2 days in a row. I eat this kind of food all the time and my usual spot is in wilmslow road (curry mile) but this place just absolutely has become my number one spot. I eat at the chicken spot next door quiet a lot and wanted to always go to this place as I usually see people waiting in line to get in here. First visit it was really busy and they told us straight away food will take 30 mins, oh boy was it worth the wait. Quality of meat is top notch, succulent, delicious and perfectly presented. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Recommend: Yes Go again: Already did and will continue to do so!

Not great. Kobeda was small and service was rude and aggressive. The place was smelly like some kind of rotten meat.

This is one of my favourite hidden gems in Manchester. Technically more like a takeaway but there are a few tables with chairs inside so I always eat in. The staff is hard working and efficient. I love the variety of food on offer, mostly grilled. Sure that I had better quality meat in other more expensive places but when you compare with the variety on offer, the quality/quantity/price ratio, haven't seen anything that matches it. Love the rice, chips, lamb, etc., and usually everything is served with a proper salad. I don't live nearby but usually try to go once a week.

This place used to be absolutely amazing! Best Persian food around! We went yesterday after not being for a while and we were massively disappointed. The salad wasn't cut up properly and was in massive chunks, massive rings of onion throughout (We had chicken wraps so big chunks of salad aren't exactly easy to eat) , the chicken had gristle through it and didn't taste half as good as it used to and if I'm honest, it had no taste at all and the chilli sauce was definitely lacking in chilli. Unfortunately, I think we'll be giving this place a miss for the foreseeable future.

Best Kobeda I have had. Went back the next day and ordered a three kebob Kobeda, that's how good it was. Definitely will make this a regular.
