Bayview Cafe in East Riding of Yorkshire

Visiting Bridlington for the day. Called in for a coffee but ended up having steak pie lunch. Superb. Would highly recommend it. Staff very cheerful and helpful. On the way out went through the museum, very interesting. Beautiful views over the bay. If you're ever in the area, you should make a visit.

Wow, what a find. If you are looking for a spacious cafe to sit and look at the beach and harbour this is it!! The food looks home cooked and it is such a nice open space to sit and chill. I had the home made pie which had a lovely crust. The cakes were all tasty looking and great value. There is even an old fashioned museum shop to look round. I cannot rate this highly enough as a place to view Bridlington and get away from the crush. Check out my pictures. Also try t. Lemon drizzle - very tasty.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We had the meat pie which was spot on. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cafe is lovely and clean.
