Not as good as it used to be .They are also charging for a carrier bag without asking if you want to pay for it.

Nice fish & chips, probably 7/10. Ordered medium fish which I would class as a small. Still hungry after my meal. Overpriced compared to other fish & chip shops in the area. Certainly not value for money.

Always enjoy an excellent fish and chip from this chippy. One of the best in Hull. 5 stars

Fish was brilliant, crispy and fresh. Chips were also really great, not soggy. Staff were helpful and prices are very reasonable!

Great service very friendly staff and so clean. Curry sauce wasn't to nice but food was. Got an upset tummy but like I say think its from the sauce as food is always lovely from there.

Had sausage chips gravy and scraps, tasty food, friendly staff pleasant atmosphere. Its a pleasure to pay them a visit

Overly priced for not much value in quantity

I was on my way back to the premier inn after a days work in Hull, Just had a fish special, chips and fish with (curry, peas, gravy, beans.) I fancied curry, everything was hot and delicious. Friendly chatting staff made me feel welcome, talked about their cooking and food with pride. I would go back if I’m in this neck of the woods again. Mick from Radcliffe. Bury.

Last 2 visits things missing off the order today just messed the order up again.Got to be the most unreliable chippy ever. Food is not that good anyway,never again off to Endike

Staff are amazing always up for a laugh really nice food i think they are the only chippy that sells real spam in their spam fritters. Recomend 100%

Got sausage and chips 3 times, with some extras. Great sevice, excellent food as always . Best chippy arond greenwood area in my opinion, great value for money. Eould highly reccomend

Decided to swing by after hearing good things about this place. Now normally, I have to really, really, really, REALLY fancy chippy and I wasn't really fancying it. IF I had of fancied it then I would have been even more disappointed than I am writing this review. Over priced for below average food. A chip butty with gravy... £3.60? Next joke. Fish and chips special with curry is what I ordered... What can only be described as a fish finger, chips and beans is what I got in the box. All in all I spend £18.40 on three meals. I could have gone to Jolly's and fed North Hull for the same price. I'll try again when I do fancy chippy and hopefully I'll see more value for money.

This one's a real gem that has slightly disappointing open and close times but brilliant food. The fish and chips are always just right!

Love this place, the staff and the food...they have stayed open during covid and i have been able to collect a meal every week for my uncle, cousin and neighbour whilst they were stuck inside their homes (due to being vulnerable and not able to go out) 👍

Wasn't open at 11-30 today and another customer turned up and looked through the shutters. Lost two customers at least. I won't come again if your not open as stated.

Very small portions! I've used this chippy for a few years but no more, biggish lady served my daughter tonight whilst I waited in the car and she was very offhand and this isn't the first time either. Skimpy large chips, no scraps and didn't give her chance to season with salt and vinegar. Finding a new local now! Amendment, we did ask for scraps and the lady wrapped so fast and never asked if we wanted salt and vinegar but thanks for the reply

Large fish was more like a small to medium size, I was still charged for a large fish. There excuse was they said it was the largest that was caught and sold to them😂😂 Sorry your a great chip shop probably the best around here, but your taking the piss with excuses like that ...
