I get sent here by my whilst in at work in the metro centre to bring her things she likes donuts the last three times they’ve been dry like a dusty piano in an abandoned hotel not worth the money and some one them have fancy icing and decorations to look at nothing inside but a dry tasteless baked donut atleast I won’t be getting sent there whilst at work anymore she has had the biscoff one the homer and Cookie Monster all were dry apart from the icing this isn’t a weekly thing it’s random it’s over the last 3 months

This place has the best doughnuts/ cookies/ filled cookies/ cookie pies I have ever tried.

wouldn't bother going here as the desserts are dry and have no flavour, not with the money majority of staff are rude and unfairly let a young girl with a positive attitude go from working there with no reason even though she was an excellent member of staff with the excuse "there's no reason just came to the conclusion we don't want you here" disgrace

Excellent variety and a yummy selection of cakes, cookies and pies. The place wasn't where Google maps said it was I ended up finding it in the middle of the metro centre. But anyway the stuff here was great. Not over the top sugar levels but still tasty and interesting. The young lass serving was really good and the level of choice was good. Would try here again if I was near.

During my first visit to the Metrocentre, I saw the cookie cakes on display and knew I had to try one. The lady that served me was very pleasant and the Biscoff and Bueno cookie cake is delicious. It's a shame I'm not a local otherwise I'd definitely be back!

Metro Centre Batch’d was lovely there was such a lovely lady who went 10/10 asking if I was a student so I could use my student discount. Brownies are so good and delicious and different season stuff.

Lovely staff informed me about a student discount which I didn’t have a clue about and overall the nice person that served me was very friendly

Friendly staff, great cakes and nice coffee. The shop is quite small (4 tablets) but you can normally get a seat as most of the business is takeout.

I always visit Batch’d every time I am in the metro centre, the treats always taste and look amazing and reasonably priced for how massive they are! The staff at the stall are always friendly and helpful I can’t wait to get my freebie next time now I have all ten loyalty stamps!

Travelled down to newcastle for a trip for my partner and i’s anniversary and came across the stall in the metro and the cookie monster doughnut was incredible!! so much so i came back before going up to Scotland to get a box of 6 for my family back home!! hope we can get them in scotland!! 🫶🏻

Just been with my son 25/07/23 around 19.00 We got a selection of goodies which were absolutely beautiful I put the time and date because the lady serving us was lovely, very chatty and very knowledgeable about the products and the business. Will definitely be back.
