Service was great, food was great, value is great. If you ever have any issues the man on the phone is polite and was quick to fix any problems. I ordered a drink thinking they had it (my mistake) and they still sorted me out. My go-to takeaway.

Kebab meat was seasoned with Indian seasoning which was not made clear when ordering. Food looked like it had been shaken around and was all over the place, terrible presentation. 4 cubes of chicken in a £11.99 kebab. Chips were nice. All delivered with no napkins or forks so we had to eat with our hands as we had this at work. This place will go on the do not order again list.

The worst kofte I have ever had. Overcooked.

Looks can be deceiving- when my order arrived it didn’t look amazing - the onion rings a fries a little soggy but then the miracle happened - no sooner did I transfer the contents of the take away packaging to the plate when they crisped up. Initially I thought the amount of chicken in the kebab was a bit measly until halfway through when I realised each of the perfectly cooked and delicious pieces were 4 times the size of anywhere else. Amazing food, amazing value - perfect!

It was absolutely rubbish. Meat chewy and dry. Poor salad. An hour to prepare and deliver from just up the road. Would never order from here again. I didn’t know a kebab could be so bad!!!!

The kebab meat was absolutely lovely. The taste and quality of the ,eat was very good and the portion size was generous. However, the biggest compliant I have is probably that there wasn't enough salad to balance it out. The chips were ok.

To be totally honest that was the worst Turkish food I’ve ever tasted in my life had no flavour The meat was hard and dry The rice was dry and the salad was disgusting Would never order from this restaurant again total waste of money The food was extremely bland 2/10 I have never tasted Turkish food like this before horrible.

A large shish chicken kebap ended up as a massive box of chips and 4 pieces of chicken - for 10 pounds. My salad had 1 slice of tomato.. would not order from there.

Absolutely disaster first time ordered here the kofta and chicken shish was burnt couldnt be eaten although i had ordered it for my child. Delivery was fast i can only rate the delivery driver for coming quick

Usually good but this time the food took quite a long time to be prepared and sent out (fine, it's Friday so I understand that part) but then the driver wasted 15 minutes going to the completely wrong address and took a further 15 minutes to get to me so the food was cold. Tried blaming the postcode even though it was correct on the receipt and I've never had this issue with any other driver.

Ordered for 6 people for less than £40! Food was amazing and no grease with the kebabs like other places do. Fast delivery. Only criticism is that asked for no salad on a kebab and it has salad but hey ho. Will most definitely be using again 👍🏻

Ordered 3 x combination kebabs. Food was cold when arrived. Chicken very dry and donner was old. Chips also cold. Portion size not worth the money either. Expected better.

ive had cheap kebab before and got what i paid for. this was more expensive but somehow SO much worse in quality. the portions are a joke, the rice was just boiled rice, not like actual turkish rice at all, everything was dry and the sauce was just put in one spot on the kebab, not spread over or in a little pot. never ordering here again, food was barely edible. great delivery time though.

Food was late so the Adana went cold and dry. Couldn’t eat them. Asked for extra sauce and salad but they failed to add them. Very disappointed

Phenomenal food. The kebab and peri peri grilled wings are superb.

“Best kebab I’ve ever had” the missus said. My own regret is I didn’t have any physical cash to tip more. Glorious as per.

Lamb Shish was so over cooked, dry, tough, the pita bread was dry as a bone and no juice from the meat left to moisten it. Salad was pitiful, mixed salad leaves dominated the salad , a bit of onion and some red cabbage, one slice of cucumber - definitely the worst kebab I've had, it went in the bin. Don't waste your money.

This place has never failed me yet. Decent food, decent prices AND they pay attention to the order notes. Has become my go to place for a while now.

When it came to order sauces I ordered the chilli sauce Thinking it’d come separate Anyway chicken shish & pitta bread was covered in chilli sauce a total put of & also Salad was tiny Really tiny

First time order with Balman and I’ll definitely order again. Fairly priced and tasty food! My order requests were taken care of and the delivery guy from Balman was super friendly and gave me a free extra drink after what I ordered was sold out. My only request is that they offer two choices of sauce with kebabs not one. Other than that everything was 5 stars!

A go to for my kebab, could do with a bit more meat as more salad than anything but on the plus side tasty!

Cheap stores give a better packing. If I wanted a wrap I would have ordered it. Give the bread and sauce separately. By the time the order arrived the bread and salad were wet and soggy and mushy. I ordered a large kofte. The sauce was poured on the kofte on top so it was too spicy and the kebab below it didn't have any sauce so was very dry and lacked sauce. Will go back to the places that know how to pack for delivery

Came with Pepsi not Coke (hate crime) and rice had vermicelli in it, making it unsuitable for the coeliacs

Food was very nice 👌 The portion however is very disappointing, the regular was very small. Paid £9 for meat and chips which was definitely not worth the price. Maybe they need to reconsider their portions

I ordered a chicken shish meal for £10.50, very tiny meal. Approx 5 piece of chicken pieces that was very dry.. very dissapointed. Wish i read the reviews.

Food was late, salad was old and food was cold and soggy where it had been sat in a bag for too long.

I've been ordering from here for a couple years now because the portion sizes were really really good and and the quality and prices were really really good. However recently I'm not sure what's going on the portion sizes are poor its not really worth the money anymore. The burger meals are so small they are like kids meals. It's made me 50 50 about ordering from here again unfortunately.

Disappointed as delivery came 35 minutes late and food was cold today.

My drink was wrong I ordered Coke Zero and got Pepsi. The wings were undercooked but chicken kebab was good.

Best chicken shish I have EVER tasted.. juicy & packed with flavour, so I was heartbroken that it was also the smallest ‘large’ I’ve ever seen & with barely any salad.
