The hot chocolate was quite sweet, rather than the usual taste you expect from most retailers of similar quality, however I understand this is more personal preference. However the Pumpkin Spice Latte was subpar at best. It was not “pumpkin spice flavoured”, but just a latte. The two girls who served us were polite and pleasant, however the majority of the tables were unavailable due to many left glasses, however, it was quite busy, so this is understandable.

The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed my cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and my millionaires shortcake and the peppermint herbal tea I had today,I have been there twice this week,we are in holiday on stoke on Trent.

Food was lovely and hot and the sausage rolls are amazing

Didn't have one of my muffins so they gave me complimentary pastries 5* for customer service love going to there shop but will definetly be order in every now and then aswell

Quite often grab something to eat here. Always plenty of space. Good choice of cakes. Good coffee.

Stopped here for a bit of lunch during a shopping trip 🛍️. Plenty of sandwiches, toasties or panini's to choose from to eat and a good selection of delicious muffins and drinks. Plenty of tables free and a quick and easy lunch stop.

The woman serving was miserable . No friendly welcome. The coffee was luke warm bit tue muffin was delicious

Staff are absolutely amazing & can’t do enough. I’m always greeted with a smile & they’re super friendly. Food is always spot on & they make the best lattes in the shopping centre! Always my go-to place

Went bbs hanley with my wife today, very happy with the service and the food was great, really good coffee, the woman on shift couldn't do enough for us, will definitely be back

Been going here for years. The staff that I aee have worked there for years too and they are lovely, despite having to work extremely hard due to a recent change in staffing levels. I feel sorry for them. The company obviously doesnt value them and I'm considering boycotting for that reason.

The service was shocking I was stood waiting Foever asked for a cheese and tomato toasty and she said she can’t make me food because she is cleaning her cooker out even though it was a 1 hour and 30 minute to closing and the cooker looked like it was fully functional it was a girl With red hair and tattoos.

Ford was all great but the homemade sausage rolls were to die for best I’ve ever had thank Xx

Coffee was a bit bland on the day we visited at the Potteries Centre compared to when we normally visit the one at Affinity Staffordshire. As with everywhere prices have gone up recently, you don't get much change from £20 for two drinks, muffins & stroop waffles.

The staff here are amazing and always go above and beyond. Three first time I came here, I had my autistic sister with me and the guy was so patient and friendly with her. I now come here so often that they actually have my drink preference memorised. I often use a walking stick too and the staff always make sure to bring my order to the nearest table for me so I don't have to worry about carrying everything. 1000000/10 would recommend.

They have a good selection of muffins, freshly made lovely, and good coffee too.

There toast is just warmed up not good. And the latte is so so. wouldn't rush back.

Could have packed better, it’s food so I was expecting more tan just a paper bag with 3 muffins inside without protection

Never leave negative reviews but when ordering from your table you have no idea if the items are available and if they aren't then you can't exchange you have to place another order, not sure how you would get a refund on the original order. Staff could be more personable, I felt like they were paying us to eat there😕

Went into bbs today 12th september after 2pm, not many in, was told to sit on the outside the cup was only 3 quarters full, used to be a great coffee shop & well run but sadly it has changed, not friendly and have no interest in customers. Needs new management like it used to be.

The young girl Charlotte was amazing today, on her own and was very busy, such a polite young lady. Muffins are delicious. Thankyou.

Not a great experience today ordered 2 toasties and drinks toasties not toasted enough and the fillings not hot enough we were very dissaponted in the quality for the price we paid just over 15 pounds. We won't be going again.

Must admit only came here cause my usual coffee place was packed, so in the end had a salted caramel muffin which was lovely but had an iced salted caramel popcorn cappuccino and to be honest it was like drinking dish water no taste what so ever so weak.......sorry.

Came quickly but only one chicken fajita flatbread arrived, not two, so one person had to do without their food.

The food and drink is good, the staff are brilliant. Nice little seating area as well.

Staff member was ok. Hot chocolate was spilt onto the tray when she slatted it down. The hot chocolate tasted mediocre but wasn't offered cream to go on top. Cookies that we all had were tasty if a little overcooked.

The coffee was seriously good. Lots of seating.

Ordered our food and then they left us for over half an hour. Came over to tell us they didn't even have what they sold us. Fuming because we were hungry and they couldn't be arsed to tell us or even make our drinks. Friend ended up ordering another muffin, it was dry and super dense. Won't be going again.

Probably the best coffee in the shopping centre. Can be a little pricey, but the drinks and food are definitely worth it. Staff are always really friendly and polite, love coming here for a quick lunch.

Asked for no rocket on baguette and it came with rocket on it. Hot food was cold

Nice but sandwich was missing pesto on a tomato, mozzerella, basil & pesto baguette.

Ordered a mixed baguette box at £16, an apple juice and orange juice. Received 1 single baguette and 2 flavoured waters! Absolutely fuming!

Had to wait a long time for a seat to become avaliable which was not a great problem. The bagetts where a little on the heavy side but OK. Coffee was OK. Staff where hellfull.

BBs is fully open now, the indoor seating is available though much reduced in capacity. They have a good menu of food and drinks; savoury options are limited but they have some very tempting muffins. They are serving iced coffee now. Wheelchair access is not great for the indoor seating but the tables outside the cafe are still under cover and very good access.

Top class customer service, unfortunately our choice of muffin was not in stock and it was an error on the system. We we informed of this and offered a replacement flavour which we were happy to have. We also received a personal note to apologise for this and an extra muffin. This is really appreciated and adds a personal touch. Love your muffins and today’s order is no different they are lovely thank you

Love this place. Hidden away in the pottery centre at the top by Debenhams. Amazing muffins and savoury.

They didn't have the cookie that I ordered, but they were very accommodating about it. I would highly recommend the muffins. My only complaint is that they call themselves baristas, but you can't order coffee through just eat.

Visited here on 29th September. Both the service and food were excellent. I felt really welcomed and valued as a customer. Have been a few times before and it has always been a great experience. This time was no different, I would highly recommend.

According to just eat my delivery was on time, purely because the driver kept changing the delivery time as I watched him on the map turn up a street less than 5 minutes away from me and spend the next 35 minutes not moving. Dont know if he was having his lunch or something! Yes there are road works at the end of my street but I have been coming and going twice a day since they were installed and it only takes 5 minutes to get through them at high traffic times, so at half 2 in the afternoon it should have been a breeze. Shame because the food I had was delicious and was sent out promptly from the store according to the updates. Luckily none of the food was hot food or it would have been freezing by the time it arrived! Brilliant food and service from the actual Cafe, absolutely naff delivery service.

Used to love going to BB’s cafe but the past few times I’ve been seen to have a lack of selection in muffins, once we went and there was no white sugars which they should have told us about when we were ordering drinks and they no longer do a ‘pot of tea’ for two instead charge u £2.20 each for a tea.

Had a quick tea and coffee, not the cheapest for such a small cup, but was nice coffee and the staff were so friendly and went above and Beyond with their services. Will re visit.

Not to bad, seating is a bit cramped and the cleanliness wasn't quite good enough as it wasnt particularly busy but there were a few dirty tables, however, the team were nice and friendly and the fresh drinks were quite good
