Placed an order at 10pm it's now coming up midnight and still no order was told that it's on its way when just eat says its been delivered to then being told that's what just eat does when the order has been picked up which I know that's not true it does take this long to deliver an order terrible service

Absolutely unbelievable. How can it take 2 hours to make a simple cookie dough?!?! I could have walked to a supermarket, bought the ingredients and cooked it in less time than it took these lazy c*nts to get out of bed and start making it. Not even the slightest apology for the wait either. Terrible way to run a business…. Surviving on fake 5* reviews by the looks.

Desserts are stunning, waffles always arrive warm. Girls are polite and friendly at the shop, Delivery always on time or before stated! Best deserts about 🧇 🍫

Will never order from them again. Delivery is awful, you could go buy the ingredients cook and delivery to yourself in the same time.

First time ordering from here, and I had an amazing experience. Order arrived quickly and before the quoted delivery time. Waffles were lovely and warm, driver was friendly,, will definitely order again

Appalling service, advised order was 15mins away, still no sign an hour later. The original quoted delivery time was 1hr... 3.5hrs for a delivery that is 10 minutes away?

Desserts are quite nice but delivery is horrendous! Ordered at 8.35pm, still waiting on delivery at 10.50pm!! Rang twice to see where the order was. 1st time I rang at 10.10pm, was told it was leaving the shop. When I rang back at 10.45pm, was told it was still cooking. Absolutely ridiculous, just for some waffles 😡 (Finally arrived at 11.10pm) 2.5hrs!!

Really disappointed in the wait, over two hours ! By the time we had it didn't even want it anymore. So bad considering how close and the fact it was just two waffles.

Won’t be ordering again waited 2 hours for a waffle and ice creams for the kids terrible service ordered at 8:10pm still waiting at 10:08pm , if you can’t keep up with orders and deliveries don’t take any more until you served your waiting customers 😠 and phoned to complain and the guy put the phone down on me 😂

the food is overpriced and is always soggy, the owner only hires girls under 18 and has admitted to that on multiple occasions, keeps them in too late and treats them with 0 respect. if you are thinking of ordering from here this is what you should know first.

ordered and everything arrived on time and nothing melted. waffles were lovely and soft, had a wonderful set of deserts, waffles, ice cream and shakes. Will definitely go again. lovely staff and very helpful when ordering.
