BaguettAway in Kettering

The food here WAS brilliant, but the customer service from the female staff member was AWFUL. It's a shame they've now closed, but they didn't advertise enough and it would have been better for them if they joined one of the delivery apps to free up their own staff from having to deliver and allow them to continue with the food prep. Their prices were also very low in comparison to other food outlets, so I imagine with the increase in bills, rates, stock etc... it became unsustainable. I would have happily paid a little extra if the customer service improved on behalf of the 1 member of staff that let the shop down, and it would have been great if they increased their opening hours because they would definitely have attracted more customers, especially via a delivery app. I've had food from their shop for years, and had delivery from their own website but so many people just didn't know they were there when I mentioned them which is a huge shame because they were such good value for money and the food was lovely and fresh to order. KGH staff will miss them as well as they used to cater for them at the hospital, so they'll be glad for the restaurant to open in the hospital in 2023! Such a shame for a long running business. Another one bites the dust in kettering.

4 years ordering from here and just wow. My Wednesdays are now Baguetta-Wednesday’s. I cannot fault how good their Jacket Potatoes are as well as their service and the People whom work there, tasty food, lovely and helpful people and always on time. As a lunch suggestion I recommend jacket potato, butter, BBQ chicken, mushrooms and cheese £3.90!! You will not regret it! Thank you Baguettaway.

Best place in town to get lunch, customer service is very professional, been going here for years.

Turn up just before closing only for the door to get locked on you and they refuse to let you in when you want to place a large order... Keep cutting their opening hours to be the point they may aswell not bother opening. Used to be 4.30pm, then 3.30pm now 2.30pm! No wonder your customers are walking away and going elsewhere. The best baguette around by a million miles but far from the best customer service. I wish I could turn down 3 customers stood outside wanting to place orders!

Had a lovely jacket potato with cheese beans and spring onions. This place is great value , and worth a visit .

Fantastic place, staff always friendly and happy to help. Order from here every day and it's always great.

A healthy treat on a busy lunchtime

Can't beat them. Breakfast rolls great value and best in Kettering.

Used to use this place a lot as baguettes were always nice, but since having them delivered by Jeff I will never use this company again!! He is nothing but a cowardly vile bully who screams & shouts abuse at women in other businesses when he doesn’t get his own way! He also posts lies & fake reviews on other business pages that sell food presumably thinking that he will boost sales for this place. If your a woman I don’t recommend getting your baguette delivered as you might come across this bully of a man!

great place to but lunchtime snacks with interesting fillings, or just to get a salad bowl without the roll, staff efficient & friendly & good take away service, also will deliver to workplaces

In the town and fancied a snack! This place has been going for a good few years now and you get the same great service and food. Opted for a chicken and onion baguette. Absolutely delicious!

BaguettAway is always my first port of call, when arriving in the town. An extensive choice of baguettes, sandwiches, wraps, rolls and salads. Just pick your main ingredient, which is priced on the wall behind the counter, and ask for whatever salad you want added. They are no longer surprised by the combinations asked for. Service is excellent and the rolls etc are well filled. They also provide a free delivery service around the town and have a baguette bar located in Kettering General Hospital.

This business has been going a good few years now and easy to see why. Great choice of fillings and rolls to choose from. Good staff and fast service!

There is a massive choice to choose from for fillings. And the salad fillings come free with a meat filling. Obviously if you're ordering salad in your baguette without meat then you will have a charge though. It's always fresh and i have never had a bad lunch from there. They also deliver. But there is a minimum order charge before they'll do this. And you have to order in the morning to have it delivered for lunch. Definitely better than other sandwich shops in town! And you get a much better portion for less money. And it tastes much better!

I've been using Baguettaway for a number of years and cannot fault the food, the quality or the service and if you get served by the little ray of sunshine that is Melissa Speechley your day is complete.

This place has been going for a number of years now and I can remember going in when it first opened. Great selection of different fillings for different rolls etc. All made in front of you! Great!

Fab in store service and delivery service, emailed this morning got a delivery before lunchtime. In store the workers were polite and patent as I was unsure what I fancied, even gave me some suggestions.

Used this place when it first opened many moons ago. Just shows how good a place it is then. Lovely and clean and you can choose whatever filling you want. Nice friendly staff and great tasting food.

Best sandwich shop around. The food is good quality, fresh and oh so yummy, the guys are friendly and polite and happy to receive customer feedback. I can't believe I'd forgotten about this Gem but I'm pleased I've been reintroduced. Long may you continue!

I have been waiting for 2 hours and I still have not got my sandwhich I only ordered 3 small sandwichs and and they have not even awnsered my calls when I try to call them.Horrible service I recommend that nobody ever order from here.

They must put crack or something, because you always are left wanting more!
