O local é muito bom, sua decoração é impecável. A comida é gostosa e eles conseguem misturar um bar com uma pizzaria.

Fui a este bar de cócteles precioso más que hace pocos meses y tuve el mejor momento de mi vida. Los cócteles eran muy agradables y tenían una increíble selección de bebidas. Me pasaba hace unos días y no pude encontrar, ya no. Tengo la sensación de que está cerrado, ahora!

It's more of a Bar than a restaurant, The music is too loud for eating, the service rather poor. It is ok though for cocktails and drinks.

Great little bar serving a good selection of cocktails, with happy hour 241 until 7.30pm, every day of the week. Friendly staff and good chilled music. Worth seeking out beneath the scaffolding!

El servicio de atención al cliente es pobre. No pidas el vino tinto! Vine aquí con un grupo de 15-20 personas para una fiesta de cumpleaños. Pedí un vaso de vino tinto de Shiraz que sabía vinagre barato y desagradable. Llevamos a la señora de bar y dijo que era una nueva botella y no podía ser cambiados, lo cual fue una pena ya que eran parte de un grupo grande pasar cientos de libras en su bar. otro bar se disculpó o no habría servido esos vinos de clase baja en el primer lugar, pero este lugar era escasas, no podían solventar nos ofrecieron una copa de vino no tan diferente vinegary. No pidas Shiraz!

La hora feliz era magnífico, por lo cual permite combinar de cócteles cervezas y vinos, pero ahora se libró de que, como la camarera groseramente señaló hace dos días porque no es el mismo precio. Feria. Sin embargo, ella huyeron después de tomar tomó uno de nuestros pedidos y las dos bebidas más de 20 minutos para llegar. Eso no nos molestó, ya que éramos un grupo de amigos me puse al día, pero tratando de conseguir la atención de los camareros que pedir bebidas para los demás eran imposible, y que sólo puede pedir cuando las bebidas no llega a una.

We popped in for cocktails before dinner elsewhere, good job I booked as it was busy. Cheap cocktails acceptable, service excellent tho' costs 15% but it's a great bar with a good vibe.

HiMy partner and I went this valentines day to celebrate. And must say the food was not that great at all. The pizza was soggy and burnt on the edges. The cheap cocktails didn't taste great. We would never go back again...it was expensive and not worth it.

When my friends suggested going here for a meal, I was skeptical since it just looks like a bar. Imagine my surprise at the wonderfully cooked pizza, our lovely friendly waiter and the fantastic cocktails during happy hour. The atmosphere is mellow and buzzing at the same time and I found it to be a hidden treasure in the heart of soho.

Discovered this place when I was walking by but I never thought was such an amazing restaurant! Top quality and wonderful service . I will be back soon no doubt :-)

Myself and three friends went to B-Soho on a Saturday night. One of my friends had been before and recommended the place and the rest of us weren't disappointed. The pizzas were pretty tasty, with a good base and just the right-sized portion. The chicken dishes were also great and overall, the service was prompt and friendly.We were seated downstairs, which had a nice atmosphere. The tables weren't too crammed together and the live music from upstairs, which was very good, filtered down. Overall, I would return for the combination of food and atmosphere!

I got there With my friend. The food was ok, except For the risotto that was someThing totally far From a proper risotto.... Not al dente , cooked very bad. The other things were very good... Pizza, starter and desserts. ... Mozzarella tower as starter and tiramisu as dessert value all the lunch ! Our waitress Forget About us most of the lunch And we had To ask for wather Many Times. I would suggest to go for Lunch as the price are average and ok for what you get. The restaurant was empty so I really don 't know how she could fail the service so bad and she wrong the check as well. Usually we never complain but it was more like a principal as she totally forgot we ordered to lunch manu and the basic sequence of service .

We had our birthday drinks here, great atmosphere and wonderful music. Service needs attention, young staff who are pleasant enough ( one manager quite rude) but staff need training on how to handle customer relations. Food abc drinks average , best thing is the music

On a vraiment adoré ce petit bar !Un très bon guitariste qui jouait des medleys de chanson de tous les genres, de très très bons mojitos (et on n'est pas facile à convaincre), des prix raisonnables pour Soho, une clientèle plutôt jeune, bref, une très bonne ambiance !Ils font aussi des pizzas qui avaient l'air très bonnes.La musique était un peu forte, difficile de communiquer, et l'endroit se rempli assez vite, mais nous en gardons un super souvenir !

We just bumped in this place on a Saturday night, when most of the bars and pubs in the area closed down at midnight. There was live music in it which was great and everybody was dancing to it! The place was packed, and the staff was really polite and treated us excellent (not very common in London to be honest). You could see that the staff was having fun with each other too, the vibe was incredible! We will return for trying the pizza!

If you think that you are not that into the clubs, but still looking for somewhere live with live music, this is one of the right option i guess. You can go for an italian dinner or just for a drink. Plus you will enjoy the live music with your friends. In any option, suggest you to book a table or a coach in advance instead of standing all night.

Central location with friendly staff and nice background music; pizza was great brought straight from the oven

We stumbled across this place, not knowing anything about it or its standard of food but just decided to wing it as we were very hungry and our original plan of going to Mildreds failed as it was too busy.I ordered the Sea Bass salad and I have to say, the sea bass was cooked to perfection. It was a very large portion and so filling! The dressing and flavours worked perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friends ordered the Salmon Salad with the Mozzarella Tower, risotto balls and gnocchi of some sort. They really enjoyed their meal too.I liked how it had options of a bigger size or a smaller size of the dish so you were able to try more than one if you opted for the smaller size portion. We were seated downstairs as it was very busy upstairs and they has live music playing. The restaurant was quite dark so it was a little hard to read the menu and see what you were eating at times but I guess its all part of the atmosphere.Overall I had a good experience and would recommend it to a friend, mainly because of how good the sea bass was haha!

A friend took me to this place to try out the pizza. I have had salami pizza, which was ok. Soggy base, but full of cheese. Couple of salami slices, which didnt seem to be very generous. My friends have chosen different pizzas, but they all had soggy bases, which I really dont like in pizzas with thin bases. Service was fast, but waitress slightly rude and not helpful.

One of us thought it might be the worst pizza he'd ever had, one was ok with theirs and mine was just bad. Tasteless topping, soggy dough but worst of all, pizza had been badly charred in spots which gave the whole thing a burnt flavour. Not nice. Too tired, and polite to complain as were there with person who'd recommended it. Expensive for what it was and then 12.5% service charge automatically added.

My work had a staff party here a month ago and it was great!!! The food was yummy, good cocktails and fab atmosphere with lovely live music, they couldn't be more accomodating. Went again tonight with a few friends and it didn't disappoint: the food was great and smooth service.

Amazing pizzas and GF pasta at this lively bar/restaurant. Great atmosphere, busy at times, one of my favourite stop-offs when shopping.

We went here for their lunch menu after being recommended by a friend and I could not have been happier with it. The place itself is so chilled with two floors and couches and comfy seats everywhere. Wifi is also available which makes it an ideal place to chill and grab a bite to eat. The lunch menu is good value and the food is so tasty.

Booked here for my hubby's 40th birthday after seeing such great reviews, I really do not know who eats or drinks here but they must have been drunk or have no taste!The service was appalling, they were well aware it was a special occasion and made no attempt to make it feel like a welcome experience, the staff we unfriendly and unhelpful, we weren't asked for our food order for over an hour and a half, the drinks were overpriced and the wine was awful, the whole party were disappointed with their food, commenting "that was the worst pizza I've had in my life"! The music was so loud none of the guests could hold a proper conversation so much so we didn't bother to stay in the pre booked lounge area, couldn't wait to get out! What a truly disappointing end to such a lovely day in London.

I and two friends held our annual reunion at B-Soho and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Admittedly, the restaurant was fairly quiet but the result was very attentive staff, good grub and a good bottle of Italian red. We will meet there again next year.

This is a very nice cocktail bar, we go quite often since we love the atmosphere! Really nice place to have a drink after work, or Saturday night! They usually have live music, that is great! We also went there with Italian friends to try pizza that was amazing!

Nice ambience and food. The pizza didn't have much cheese but it was tasty. The risotto was nice. They served nice cocktails too! They normally have a band but we went when there was a football match on. Thought it was a little pricy though!

Extremely bad customer service. The whole experience went well and food was good. However, when it came to paying we experience very bad service. The guy used our contactless cards and did not print a receipt for us so we had no clue how much we'd been charged. Ask for a proof and he printed twice the same card receipt, hoping we wouldn't notice. Him and his colleague did not apologise for anything, were rude to us and treated us badly. People like this should not be in the service industry

Stop by with friends for some food and drinks. Great live music, drinks were exceptional and service provided by Martin in his first night made our night even more fun. Coming back for sure.

Dropped in here after some shopping, and found the atmosphere very cool and vibrant. The service was good, even though it took some time to order first. The pizza was very good.

Unfortunate experience at B-Soho a few weeks back. They were incredibly understaffed and therefore it took them almost half an hour to take our orders, they forgot to bring water that we'd asked for - and the only saving grace at that point was that the cocktails were really well made. When we did manage to order food, it took nearly an hour to come - and even then none of our pizzas came together. To add insult to injury they managed to forget one of my friend's orders completely and when it finally came (after another 20 minutes) it was burnt.Staff, although apologetic when we commented, were fairly useless and didn't offer any real explanation or form of goodwill gesture to make up for it. This, of course, being after we'd had to harangue them to give us the bill at all.Generally, I'd say a disappointment. Soho has some wonderful pizzerias (e.g. Soho Joes) and fantastic cocktail bars ( e.g. Floriditas) so worth a cheeky Google search to find them instead.

I really like B-Soho. Pizzas and desserts are absolutely great.The food is lovely with a good selection of desserts. Lovely atmosphere and interior. Love meeting up with friends here for a bite to eat and a glass of wine in the evenings, a great place to start a night !

I've visited B-Soho once only when I was in the UK and was delighted to discover that it's a place where one can have fun with family, friends as well as can have work-related meetings, as it's a perfect spot to have a fantastic meal with a great variety of drinks and enjoy live music. The staff was very attentive, warm and welcoming. All my queries were attended in timely manners and with high quality. I am planning to travel to the UK sometime soon and will definitely visit B-Soho again and not only once. I recommend everyone to visit the place as a quality time is guaranteed.

I've been here on several occasions and have not been disappointed once. Amazing pizza and drinks! The atmosphere is very relaxed during the week but becomes a perfect bar to party at on the weekends. The service is outstanding and i love the interior design. Overall, I love the bar and always recommend it to my friends!

Achamos o B-SOHO por acaso. Ao passear pelo centro, chegou a hora do almoço e resolvemos entrar na pequena rua onde se encontra o restaurante. A fachada chamou atenção e entramos. Comida saborosa, de qualidade e por um preço muito bom considerando a localização. Gostamos tanto que voltamos outra vez também para o almoço Não há tanta variedade de pratos no cardápio, mas isso não compromete em nada, o ambiente é extremamente agradável. Para um almoço de 2 pessoas gastamos uma média de 15 libras.

Went on a Friday night as a group of 3 ladies, we ate pizzas, drank cocktails and danced for hours.Pizza is good but I cant say it was anything more special than you get in somewhere like a really nice Pizza Express. Cocktails were very good. I can be fussy with Mojitos but I have to say they were made how I like them; not too sweet and plenty lime. Desserts were average and the starter antipasti board very heavy on meats, a little more artichoke and cheeses would be nice. Staff are excellent and manage to route through the crowds very easily.But I don't think you would visit here just for the food, the live music was the main attraction and we definitely had a good time because of it. Luca sung his own semi acoustic versions of songs of all tastes though thankfully not too much pop. My friend and I danced all night. One other note worth mentioning is that the general crowd there (although very very packed - maybe even too packed) were all relaxed and friendly, professionals from Soho, Mayfair and City. I would visit again but maybe on a night when it isn't quite so packed.

I really liked this place. We stopped here before we went to Barrio Central which is just down the street but I wish we stayed here. Got seated easily, had a coulle of drinks and left. Servers were nice and their cocktails are good too; I had a Long Island and my wife a pornstar martini. Wish we stayed here for more instead of leaving.

Dined here on Saturday 1st Feb 2014. Nice venue with very stylish decor though perhaps needs better lighting as it was virtually impossible to read the menu.There were four of us and we had several rounds of drinks and some food. The food was mediocre, I've had better pizzas in London but I've also had worse. When we got the bill we paid the amount that was on there and left money for a tip. The waiter took the bill away but then came back with a different bill which had a service charge of £17.50 added on. When we challenged this we were told it was our mistake and that we must have missed it on the bill. However all four people in the party had looked at the bill and we know this wasn't the case. We told them we wouldn't be paying any more and we left unchallenged. I don't mind leaving a tip but adding that much to a bill to bring out 4 pizzas is excessive in my book. My tip, get a grip B Soho. Stunts like that ensure you won't get repeat custom and you will be out of business before you know it. I certainly won't recommend you to anyone.

Went in for drinks only with friends on a Friday night. Appreciate it was a busy time but waited 30mins at the bar to be served. When eventually got to the bar and tried to stake my place in the queue of people who hadn't been waiting as long as me, the bar man waved me away. Very rude and left to go to a bar with more adequate bar service and manners! Also felt for the people eating as drinkers were crowded right round their tables.

This is a great pizza place to go to before a night out. Really good pizzas, entertainment, a great fun vibe and cocktails.

I've been to this place a few times recently. I've only ever been for drinks so won't comment on the food. But it was has a great vibe and bustling with people. Cocktails are a good manageable price, and tasty! It can be quite hard to find a place to sit, but if you going to hang around for a bit you will find one eventually. This is a great place to meet frriends/dates, they do a great variety of drinks and it doesn't seem to get unbearably full. I'll be back!

Went to B-Soho for dinner and drinks to catch up with friends last night. Had been recommended by a colleague and pictures on the website certainly looked like it would be a nice relaxed atmosphere. Reserved a table at 6 o'clock and received a confirmation mail which stated the table would be needed at 8pm, which wasn't an issue. What was an issue was the incredibly rude front of house girl who insisted on coming over at 7pm and reminding us we would need to vacate the table by 8pm. Returning at 7.40, 7.50 and 7.57 to remind us, even though we had asked for the bill and were clearly finishing up our drinks and paying the waiter. Her communication was abrupt and it spoilt our evening. The people waiting for our table were incredibly embarrassed and apologized for her hassling us as we were leaving. We just had some sharing food which was antipasti and zuchini fries. The bread that came with our Antipasti was 4 tiny slices of stale baguette. The menu stated "pizza bianco", which I am pretty sure this was not. We had to request fresh bread and the actual food that was listed on the menu. We had a bottle of prosecco to start with and the waiting staff continuously came over and filled our glasses, trying to get us to drink faster/buy more. At one point 1 particular waiter filled my friends glass from empty to the brim, leaving the other 2 of us with empty glasses and had the cheek to take the bottle away and ask "Can i get you anything else?". I've never known drinks to have been poured like this.All in all a relaxed evening of drink dinner and catch ups was spoiled by incredibly poor service, which i may add we were charged a service charge for, which quite frankly I wanted to contest but it was 8.01 and the front of house girl was hovering over my shoulder trying to get me to pay.I would not recommend this place if you want a civilized eating and drinking experience, you would probably get better service in McDonalds! AVOID!!

Good location in Soho. Pizzas were large with interesting enough toppings on them. The risotto was really delicious. They do great big jugs of cocktails - which look and taste great. Service was polite and efficient. Has a nice atmosphere, and you can hide away downstairs on cold winter evenings!

Wasn't too fussed about going here on a Thursday but it's a really buzzy place. Pizza is good and the live musician was fantasic! Dancing, drinking, laughing, eating. Good times

It's a lovely place and the offer of wine with a starter is amazing, but our mains were very disappointing. The lasagne is a small portion with little meat and quite dry and dull. We had also the calzone which has a very thick bread crust with almost no filling, just cheese and the occasional slither of ham and pepperoni. No other ingredients to make the favour more interesting.I would not have dinner here again.

Era da un po' di tempo che volevo provare questa pizzeria suggeritami da diversi amici, e finalmente ieri ci sono stata con un'amica. E' stata una bellissima serata! Entrambe abbiamo ordinato una pizza donna bufalina, che non era male. L'unica critica che posso fare in quanto italiana e' che ci sono un po' di errori sul menu (vedi gelatti..) che penso andrebbero corretti per rendere la scelta ancor piu invitante. Il vero valore aggiunto della serata e' stata la bellissima musica dal vivo, che ci ha letteralmente catturate e fatte rimanere fino alle 2! Il cantante suonava e cantava da 10, e non ha sbagliato la scelta di mezza canzone!Proprio per questo motivo credo che organizzero' presto un'altra serata al BSoho!

I ate here on Saturday late afternoon and it was fab! My mum and I found this place after turning off Oxford Street on our way to see Jersey Boys. I had garlic bread to start ( £2.50) and we ended up sharing as It was large enough for 2 then I had linguini with a cream sauce and mum had spag boll, the cocktails we chose were recommended by the server (she was lovely so was the cocktail) all topped off with tiramisu and ice cream, along with sparkling water the bill was very reasonable, and quite a surprise.I think they have two menus, lunch and dinner depending on the time of day (obviously). Not a large choice on the lunch menu but enough to satisfy two lady shoppers, maybe not rugby player portions.All the staff were extremely friendly, would I go back? Sure would. Would I recommend to a friend? Sure would. Thank you for a great experience.

Premettendo che mi occupo di pietanze e ingredienti devo dire che la qualità del cibo in questo locale è molto modesta ingredienti scarsi di sapore e piatti presentati male,si può mai scrivere sul meno bruschetta e ti arriva una focaccia spessore foglio A4 con 200 grammi di pomodori sopra ci dovrebbero essere dei parametri se no i condimenti non legano fra loro,scelta molto limitata ma attenzione questo può essere un bene perché vuol dire dedicarsi al meglio ad alcuni piatti ,tralasciando commenti del tutto superflui sulla c.d. Pizza che ho mangiato,ma non è così frittura sciapa senza croccantezza e molto impiastricciata troppo anche per una frittura,il servizio è scadente i camerieri non conoscono il menù a memoria cosa per me inaccettabile in un ristorante dove pago 35€ il cameriere deve almeno sapere i 6 piatti che offre e per concludere ho ordinato una vodka come digestivo e mi è arrivata annacquata davvero un disastro spero cambino la qualità dei loro servizi e del loro manager davvero negato se il ristorante lavora così e notando i voti lavora sempre così,comunque per concludere non ci torno neanche se mi offrono la cena.Ciao ragazzi spero di esser stato utile.

I visited this place on Saturday with my friend for lunch. I have a passion for italian cuisine and I am always looking to try out authentic italian restaurants. For my biggest surprise the menu presented had very limited things to chose from, wasn't the one seen on the website. Both me and my friend ordered a salad with chicken, parmesan and pesto. I felt embarrassed because I told my friend that this an authentic restaurant inspired by Naples and has really good food, well, that's what I've read online, but I'm afraid it wasn't like that. I was disappointed that the experience wasn't what I thought it would be, perhaps the menu online is only available during dinner time, if that is the case they should mention it on the website.The restaurant looks really nice but unfortunately the choice of food available was a let down. You would expect more from a italian restaurant in central London. There were several people which walked in, set down, looked at the menu and walked out during the time we were there. I would return for drinks and cocktails for sure. Maybe I will give it another go during dinner time, hope the experience will be a better one.

Very mixed reviews on here but my visit earlier was me happily stumbling upon the place: The drinks are expensive, and as others have said the service getting them wasn't the fastest. But the Pizza? Some of the best I have tasted: thin, crispy, really great flavourful topping - though again whilst not super expensive, it isn't the cheapest.The standout (other than the Pizza) was the new Manager, who greeted us at the door and made us feel we were the most important people there: nothing was too much trouble even when my wife wanted to change tables, and was even unflappable when she tried to order off-menu. As we left, he said "come and see me again" - we will.

The menu looked appetising and it got off to a good start with a really great board of antipasti. The pizza though was a little less appealing being soggy from too much tomato sauce and poorly seasoned.This was an OK experience which was spoilt somewhat by the disconcerting habit of the sinister bouncer walking up and down the restaurant every ten minutes scrutinising people's plates. I felt like a naughty school child being monitored by the dinner lady who'd be punished if they didn't finish their meal.At these prices, you're probably slightly safer with a Pizza Express as there isn't really much that puts B-Soho in the top tier.

Terrible service, the food was appalling... nice starter, great cocktail but appalling mains!The waitress was extremely rude, dismissed our concerns and the manager refused to speak to us. The starter was lovely, a great sized portion which left us looking forward to the main. However my Italian boyfriend ordered the four cheese pizza which was a pizza so crisp you could not bite it covered in cheese- basically a rubbish version of cheese on toast.I had the pasta and although tasty it was so spicy I could not eat it, if the menu had stated the dish was spicy I would not have ordered it,nor would I have been so disappointed! Would not return!!!!

It's a shame that the service was so bad in the cocktail bar on the ground floor as my boyfriend and I really enjoyed the pizzeria...great pizzas, lovely service downstairs and a nice atmosphere at decent prices! I wish we had just gone for a few drinks somewhere else before our meal as the treatment upstairs put a dampener on the whole evening. When we first arrived, we asked if we could sit and have some drinks in the bar first as we had reserved a table for 8 and arrived at 7. The waitress at the door said that was fine and we could just take a seat as it was table service. We sat down, ordered our cocktails from the waitress at the table and they were brought over. As soon as we had started drinking, we were rudely told that, in fact, the table was reserved and we would have to move. No one told us this before OR whilst we were ordering at the table! There was no reserved sign on the table either. No other tables were free so we stood up awkwardly holding onto our drinks and then without even an apology or a thank you, we were handed our bill and just told to move away or stand outside. The worst/funniest part was that they had included a service charge onto our bill!!!! Outrageous! I work in the service industry and I don't like to complain or make a fuss but it really was terrible service and frankly, they should be embarrassed for how they acted.

Just had the most beautiful meal at B-Soho. The Pulled Pork Linguine was stunningly good and I have never seen such a large and tasty plate of anti-pasti as a starter. The cocktails were delicious and the service great. A great atmosphere with the high quality live music too. We would definitely go there again.

We started at 8pm there were 8 of us .. The night started with lots of bruschettas which were amazing .. We then got to the pizza which was the best part . We had live music all the way through the night and the atmosphere was great .. The service was amazing as well smiles all around . I think I definitely will be back for my birthday party and pre club bit of fun.. B-soho you Rock : ))

We really enjoyed B-soho. With its broadway lights, the amazing cocktails (Thunder Storm!) and the chesterfield chairs! It is a bit expensive but they do have happy hours b/w 4.30 pm and 19h so you can enjoy 2 cocktails foro £ 10 :)

The live music is great and the Pizzas were the best I ever had.. Great atmosphere very friendly and inviting.. The staff were genuine and made us feel very comfortable.. We started with some great cocktails Definitely will be back ....

Très bonne restauration, surtout la polenta gorgonzola et l'arrangement B-Soho comme entrée. Après, le poulet enroulé de jambon est à recommander.

We were visiting Soho for my birthday this weekend just gone, and we happened to be there on the weekend of the gay pride parade, which meant the streets were packed as were all the bars! We eventually found a pint in Poland Street after a tiring day shopping, and saw opposite B-Soho's, which looked lovely from the outside. We went inside in search of a cocktail and something to eat and were greeted by a very enthusiastic member of staff named Sam - he was a pleasure to be seted by and attended to our every need - even reccommending us some fantastic cocktails and giving us all the information we needed about which bars to go to later that evening.We ordered the Don Rocca Pizza and the pulled pork pasta dish, both of which were absolutely delicious - i'd go as far to say it was the best pasta dish i've ever ordered in a restaurant, and the pizza base was cooked to perfection! Not overdone, not too soggy - just perfect.Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the resturant and the service. Also a thank you to the bar manager who was just as enthusiastic as sam was in telling us about the cocktails!We will definitely be back on our next visit!

I have been there many times and have enjoyed every meal and always found the food fresh and good quality. The pizza's are to die for and the staff are warm and welcoming. 

I visited B-Soho with a few friends on Saturday night (15/062013) to a summer party the venue was holding. We were greeted at the door by a vibrant smiling girl with flowers in her hair and the night only went up from there. The food was fantastic, delicious pizzas that although left us stuffed, I could have quite happily taken a load more home and gorged upon. I also had the zucchini fries and pulled pork linguini; which I send my sincerest compliments to the chefs- it was beautiful. Thank you! I make it my mission to return and eat the rest of the menu!After sampling the food, we decided to hit the cocktails and boy do those bartenders know their stuff; we drank the most smoothest, exotic, fiery drinks imaginable and we left with loads more still to try! There was live music which really got the atmosphere going. For what I thought was going to be a quiet, calm atmosphere- just animatedly chatting with friends, soon turned into a lively, bouncing party with people dancing in the ailes, the staff leaping around behind the bar- it was truly incredible and set off our night perfectly. I will undoubtedly be returning to B- Soho again.

After our disaster when B-Soho was closed we accepted their invitation to try the restaurant when it was open and visited for an early evening meal before going on to a concert. We were given a warm welcome by the friendly staff and were very well looked after. We both ordered pizza which arrived promptly and were very tasty. We would definitely be tempted to go back again when we are next in the area.

In an area seemingly devoid of truly brilliant pizza, B Soho is a decent option. Although dining on a Monday night meant that it was practically empty and the touted live music never arrived, the restaurant is in a prime location and is well decked-out inside, too.The food on offer is good - our bruschetta starter was huge and the pizza was okay - and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the whole experience is let down by the price. A small beer starts at nearly £5 and the pizzas are very expensive for what actually arrives. In a city inundated with Pizza Express and its imitators, plus the brilliance of Franco Manca not too far away, you can't help but question why anyone would pay so much more for a notably unspectacular experience.

I had read some of the reviews for B-Soho on Tripadvisor but thought it was worth a go. I was looking for a good, cheapish restaurant in Soho for a group and B-Soho seemed to fit the bill, especially as they accepted reservations which is a rarity for a Saturday night.Unfortunately I wish we hadn't bothered. Things did not start well with the bouncers not being very welcoming on arrival. At the bar, my friend was asked if she could not rest her coat on the bar and could she move to the opposite end of the bar to order her drinks because that was the barmans 'area'. I booked a table for 8 for 9pm....at 9.30pm we were still waiting to be seated. One waiter was extremely apologetic and did give us a free bottle of wine ( but between 8 that didn't stretch that far!). However, the waitresses upstairs did not seem bothered at all and didn't seem to understand that being told 'yes in five minutes' repeatedly, after we had already been waiting for 20 minutes was frustrating.When we finally did go downstairs, half the restaurant was empty! We were not allowed to keep a cocktail menu on our table because there weren't enough for each table, plates were collected before the whole group had finished eating and there was some confusion over the pizzas we ordered. Food was ok but nothing special. When the bill came a 12.5% service charge had been added, we agreed to pay 7% due to the fact the service had not been great. The waitress came back to tell us we hadn't paid enough, when one of the group explained service was discretionary and we didn't want to pay the whole amount she got extremely stroppy and rude. The concept that we were paying customers and had chosen to go to the restaurant to enjoy ourselves seemed to be totally lost on the waiting staff.Will not be returning and advise anyone else not to bother!!!!

I must start by saying that one star is too many, but the system will not let me give less!! Unfortunately I can't tell you what the food is like, because we didn't get any. In March I booked a table for lunchtime today which was confirmed by e-mail. When we arrived at the restaurant we discovered that it was closed (and had been for the last two weeks). Despite this nobody bothered to contact us to advise us of this. While the young lady who told us about this could not have been more charming, it was a very frustrating experience as this had been booked as part of a day out in London.

I went there with some friends and I really enjoyed this place for his style and atmosphere. Nice live music. The pizza was ok, good parmigiana di melanzane but they forgot to put salt on all other entree....

I never write reviews but I had such a bad experience at this place I had to tell everyone NOT to go! Where to start, it's over priced, badly run and all the staff were the rudest I have ever experienced in London! I have never had such bad service. And yes beware of the service charge!! After complaining to the manager I found that in fact the management were even worse and had a terrible attitude and after been called a liar I decided that they has ever heard of customer service!!! Do your self a favour and don't go to this bar!

I have been to B-soho with my friend and the have experience the worst services ever in London.Pizza were soaked wet and under cooked. The drinks were over prices and be aware of service charge! Even if you went to get your drink at the bar. the staff were very rude. Especially, bar staff. I believed he might even be a bar manager.I won't come back again.

I think this bar is fine. Except the prices and sneaky service charge add on. I bought two pint of peroni and it cost me £13.50! I was told that it was £6 for the pint and then they add on service charge... which is interesting because I had to walk up to the bar, got ignored for a while and then from my £20, then got all my change in .50p which was very annoying! Anyway, i think that the bar is ok, it just doesn't create much of a positive experience when you're getting ripped off.

I read some not so favourable reviews about this place and was a little skeptical. But after going there myself I can say that I found it to be a very nice place to eat and chat with friends.The pizza is good and the staff are pleasant. I will return.

We went there around 9 on a Friday night, the live music was way too loud! We were literally shouting at each other the whole time! I've read good things about the pizzas, it was meant to be authentic but it was quite terrible.Really wouldn't recommend eating here at all! Upstairs is quite nice if all youre looking to do is have a couple of drinks before clubbing.

One of my favourite restaurants in London. Warm, friendly and amazing food. I lived in Italy and i can say it is the best pizza i´ve ever had. The fist time i ate two!!! And if you go on mondays, have karaoke night. Very funny. Highly recommended.

I went to B-Soho many many times already.Monday night is super fun Karaoke night (although my performance was very poor).Food (please try pizza don Rocca) and drinks are great for a very reasonable price.It is one of the very few places where you can eat pizza and drink beer for 15£.The atmosphere is amazing. Well done to the managers!Definitely one of my top recommandations in London!

Visited bsoho for the first time just before christmas. If your looking for someone where with truly amazing authentic italian pizzas this is the place. I went with a group of friends for a light hearted mid week get together and have been back 4 times since. Fantastic live music there last friday. Not sure if they have changed the staff but they were all very helpful and efficient on the numerous occasions i have visited. I would and, do definitely recommend it to others.

Went here for a team lunch and left very disappointed. We were a reasonably sized group (approx 12), but were sat downstairs and were the only customers there so would have thought that the service would have been better. For the mains, there was a 20-30 minute gap between the first and last person getting their dishes and aside from ordering the drinks at the start and then the food, staff were no-where to be seen. When the food did arrive it certainly wasn't note-worthy for the right reasons - I had the Calzone for a main, and it was dry and bland. Although we did get a complimentary bottle of wine for the delayed service - this didn't compensate. Unacceptable.

I was a little concerned after I read previous reviews. Anyhow I reserved an area, on a busy Friday night and i have to say, the food is delicious and the staff very friendly... so whatever they have changed it's working! I really recommend this restaurant even on a busy evening.

Having booked a table for 14 people, when we arrived and were shown to 'our area' we were a little confused. How did they expect 14 people to sit and eat dinner around 2 coffee tables whilst sat on sofas (with only enough seating for 8 people!) Not wanting to complain, we just asked if they could bring us some extra seats over which we managed to squeeze in. They were very pushy for us to order lots of drinks, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for ordering food. The whole process was quite slow and the waitress never managed to crack a smile. We arrived at 7.30 and our food was finally served at 9.30. We all ordered pizza, and it (kind of) all arrived at the same time. There was about 5 minutes between the first and last one arriving, but being such a large group we didn't mind. Well, we didnt mind until we started eating! The pizza was amongst the worst i'd ever had. I ordered a margharitta and taste-wise it was ok, but i'm fairly sure it was under-cooked and VERY SLOPPY! The entire topping fell off as i picked up the slice!My partner ordered a Don Vicenzo and was served melted cheese on dough (NO TOMATO BASE?!) with par-boiled brocolli and a few little slices of flavourless sausage. We were disappointed to say the least. One positive, was that they allowed us to bring a birthday cake with us and brought it over to the table when we asked, with cutlery and plates. This was definitely the best part of our experience at B-Soho.When we received the bill we saw they had added a discretionary 12.5% service charge. So they wanted us to pay £50 for poor service and for us to eat pizza from our laps?! We asked for the charge to be taken off so that we could leave a tip that we felt was more reasonable. The waitress, and then a male colleague (i believe to be the manager) were extremely rude and told us that we should not have booked to eat here as they are a cocktail bar and NOT a restaurant. We maintain that they should not have accepted our booking if they did not have the capacity for us to sit and eat or that we should have at least been warned that they have limited space when we called up to book. All in all, I would not return, and would encourage other large groups looking to sit and eat to find somewhere else. Smaller groups/people just looking for cocktails may have a better experience

We wanted to give this venue a chance despite the poor Tripadvisor reviews, as we had seen very good review on other websites/blogs. Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed by the terrible customer service and the very rude treatment we received!We had made a booking for 8pm in the downstairs restaurant and had made it clear at the time of booking that it was a birthday dinner. We had received two emails and a phone call confirming our booking in advance (so far, so good!). At no point was it mentioned to us that we would have to vacate our table by 10pm. We were only told this upon arrival at the venue. We had to ask three different waiters over six (!) times before we was told that there was no seating area available in the upstairs bar area from 10pm onwards. This forced our group to leave at 10pm in the pouring rain to find an alternative venue for the rest of the birthday celebrations. Needless to say that this organisational blunder ruined what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable birthday night. We waited over forty minutes for the food to be served, meaning that we did not have time to complete our meal before being asked to leave by the very rude staff. We were brought the bill without having been offered dessert or coffee and when two members of the group asked for a quick espresso they were spoken to very rudely.All in all we were appalled by the extremely poor level of customer service and the tone with which the staff addressed paying customers. We will certainly not be back and would advise others to avoid this restaurant at all costs!

We booked a table for 14 people for our team Christmas lunch after reading on their website that they catered for large groups and had a Christmas set menu. Despite booking the week before and confirming the day before, when we arrived the waitress looked surprised to see us and wasn’t even sure if we had a table. Eventually after waiting for 10 minutes and being made to feel like an inconvenience we were shown to our table downstairs. The restaurant itself has been done out very well, it looks really stylish and there’s some very nice touches to the décor. While most of our starters more or less arrived at the same time it was a different story altogether with our mains. Pretty much everyone ordered pizza (as you would expect in a pizza restaurant) and some people were almost finished their meals by the time the people’s meals arrived. There were very few other diners in the restaurant but clearly they couldn’t cope with making 14 pizzas at the same time. So why do they claim to be great for large p[arties?The staff were fine but far from friendly or apologetic. They didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer us anything to make up for having to wait for so long and for making the dining experience so awkward. They did however give us a free bottle of wine when we suggested it. Because we’d been there for so long at that point we didn’t want desserts, which was a good job because on their website they tease you with a big photo of profiteroles but they aren’t even on the menu.Another annoyance was that the waiter started taking plates away before everyone had finished their meals, which I consider to be very rude. Especially when some people had only just started eating.I imagine it’s quite a cool place to go in the evening for a casual pizza over cocktails, but would definitely never return in a large group. And to be honest, the food was okay, but certainly not the best in Soho.

This place cannot be trusted. Made a reservation by email over a week before an event. At 2pm on the day, I receive an email telling us they'd taking another booking instead. No courtesy phone call or anything. Completely unnaceptable behaviour and will not be returning!

I don't even want to spend the time wiring this review. All I can say is AVOID.Staff are useless, rude, unattentive, lack enthusiasm and are unpleasant.Food was drivel. When asked what the 'special' was promoted in the menu, I was told 'there is no special'Darn right, there was nothing special about this place.The atmosphere was cheap and tasteless. The whole place lacking class or charisma.They mixed our pizzas up, served our side dishes after we'd finished our pizza and provided us with some kind of hard, crap cheese on toast, telling us it was garlic bread with cheese. No condiments on the table, so loud you can't even hear yourself speak, never mind the person next to you.It reminds me if somewhere you'd have a stag do. We escaped as soon as we couldn't and didn't even bother looking at the desserts. Then again, we didn't get asked .....

The atmosphere in this place is awesome! Even the brick walls set a good scene! It's also intimate - there aren't too many tables.The food was really nice, when it arrived. Like the other review, it was served to our table differently so some of the pizza's ended up going cold because we were waiting for the others' food to come...The drinks. Our bottle of white wine was almost warm! When suggesting it was warm, there was no reaction to suggest "let me get you a cold one" we had to request an ice bucket which in my opinion is shocking.General table service - the waiters had a "take it or leave it" attitude. When it came to dessert - we were dying to try the profiterols which look lush on the site!! The waitress said they didn't have them and there was no apology or recollection of disappointment. Finally, my sister-in-law love the Marinara pizza which is a margharita without the cheese but rocket on top - she asked for this and the waitress said she couldn't do it. But when asked to make a margharita without the cheese, she did??!Don't think I'd go back to eat but the live music upstairs was lots of fun...
