Azaaya in Bromley

I ate at this restaurant when it first opened with my niece, lovely experience. After hearing (from said niece) they were going there to celebrate my sisters birthday. I called the restaurant and spoke to manager Alex who was so patient, adjusting and accommodating in helping me set up a surprise for my sister which included sending a small dessert cake and drink to her table. Thank you Alex. Can't wait to return soon

Came here for the first time tonight after work. Food was lovely, the atmosphere was nice and the waiters were very attentive.

What a lovely evening we had at Azaaya in Bromley It was a planned treat for my daughter whose birthday it was We were all met and greeted at the door and shown to our table where my other daughter the organizer was waiting. I couldn't help but look around how amazing the Resturant looked a lot of thought went into the design of the Resturant. The seating layout furnishings and decor everything looked and were beautifully designed, the ambience there was also nice we ordered our drinks tonic lemon orange juice and pineapple juice when that came we were all ready to order our starters. We had pan-grilled halloumi cheese with sour creme sitting on top of a bed of tomatoes salsa and spinach with sweet and sour sauce decorated around it. We also ordered the bread basket, it baguette and pitta bread served warm with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Modena. Couldn't fault them they were both nice and filling. After looking at the main an order was finally made a charcoal grill, chicken burger with chips and chipotle. A vegan burger is also served with chips and chipotle. The other main meal was a Fajitas with sizzling prawns with guacamole salsa sauce cheese and Tortilla wrap, they were all carried to the table fun part is you have to prepare this yourself look fun. The side dish was extra sweet potato. The other meal was seabream on a bed of artichoke sunburst tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil with a lovely sauce The fish was well-seasoned and tasted delicious. We ordered tiramisu, Banana Katsu, Baileys crème brûlée, and caramel cheesecake. All our meals were lovely tasty and flavoursome The Manager Guiseppe who is also the chef did an amazing job with his team. Also, Alex and Dua who both assist us at our table We had a lovely time.

We were a party of 19, service was excellent and very prompt, the staff were so lovely and friendly, we ordered a wide variety of food which everyone enjoyed, didn't catch the man's name that took our orders but we had a lot of laughs with him, very nice man and all agreed we would go back in a heart beat

Although our waiter was good, the overall experience was poor. We asked for a jug of water for the table and after 30mins of being reassured it was coming, we were then told there was not enough glasses so we could only order bottled water?! The Roast was served on a small rectangular plate and all were inconsistent. One had barely any veg and the other a stale Yorkshire pudding and extremely dry potatoes. We had asked for extra gravy and it was like pure salt. The meat was not appealing at all. My meal was taken off the bill which was appreciated but still a very expensive poor Mothers day experience. Maybe stick to the main menu as those meals seemed to be ok.

Was taken here for Mother’s Day and was very let down. Soup was served in a basic bowl with no soup spoon, should be served with bowl on a plate at least, then waited 1.25 hours for main course to be presented with frozen food and the meat beef/lamb tasted exactly the same!! Again frozen slices in gravy, frozen potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. We did not stay for our dessert and were not the only customers to complain. The servers were waiting around but the kitchen was not serving anything!! When I spoke to the manager he did not have anything to say or was surprised by my complaint, I feel a lot of people were upset today.
