We regularly come to Aura Lounge when we visit Manchester. The shisha is always decent and reasonably priced. The shisha coal is changed frequently, usually without having to ask, and the staff are friendly. It's a small place, and on the weekend, it is usually packed (both indoor and outdoor seating). So please leave a little bit of time to wait for a table, or bare in mind you might be in cramped seating. Another issue is that they don't take card payments or even bank transfer. However, there is a cashpoint a few mins walk away- and the staff will point you in the right direction. Overall, I would recommend going here for shisha and Arabic tea. There are desserts available, but I've never tried them, so I cannot comment.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this cafe. The staff treated us poorly, making us feel unwelcome. To add to the frustration, we were informed that we had to order a shisha or leave. This unwarranted demand, coupled with the overall bad service, made our visit exceptionally unpleasant. I would strongly advise against choosing this cafe for anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Poor service , they don’t know how to organise the seating area , no card payment

Been there on Friday eve. Coffee served after 40 min, when we made another request to coffee we have been an advised that the milk is finished :(. Chocolate cake served after 50 min and it was dry. Shisha also not fresh. I raise the complaint but no one noticed.

Avoid this place they Dictate how much shisha you should order not allowing 1 shisha for more then 2 people even if one person not smoking at all!

I been to Aura more then ten times served very professionally and politely but tonight the Staffs were very disrespectful and acted very unprofessional! We were five people and order two pots of mint black tea and one Shesha but they clearly rejected not to serve us as they were dictated we have to order three Shesha! Not recommended at all and avoid it! Go down the road for a better service!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! Awful awful place. We went in to have some tea, the waiter stood over us whilst we looked at the menu and refused to serve us the tea unless we bought a Shisha. Another waiter who looked like the owner then came over and asked us how long we would be drinking the tea!!!! Bear in mind the place was practically empty. We got up and said we wouldn’t be staying and they then tried to get us to stay! We thought it was just us they treated like this until we read these reviews. Vile staff, do not recommend.

Average cafe with average shesha flavour and taste. When its crowded then you will have to bear waiters coming back and forth and will ruin your fun. (not enough space for crowded people)

Aura has the best Shishas in Manchester, staff are really friendly as well. Good price and my favourite is Eva, always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help.

The owner of the shop is very DISRESPECTFUL smoking cigarettes inside like we’re in 1970s the level of disrespect is unreal have no consideration for others whatsoever.. The first thing he should be learning before having to own a shop is how to treat women with respect, absolutely disgraceful

Place is absolutely horrific. Customer service failed to exist. The staff don’t speak English and are very rude when trying to explain something. Forced everyone to buy something otherwise they aren’t allowed to sit. Ordered a waffle and took 20 minutes and came cold and hard. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Came here from Birmingham with the girls, staff were so lovely they were happy to help us decide what flavours to get & checked on us often. Shout out to the lovely woman who gave us cheesecake on the house😂❤️Will be back when we’re in Manchester again!

Asked for a menu and some guy Throw it at me and my friend pretty rude tbh my friend asked if they sold beers there and they aaid no in a very Disrespectful way we had tickets with our orders on there and as we were leaving someone who worked there claimed me and my friend Ordered fruit cocktail drinks that were 5 pound each when we didnt place is nice but staff were really rude not coming here again lucky i have to put a star to review

I came here twice with best friends. I was doubtful initially but I realised that it's a great place with service and brilliant Shisha. I wish they will continue to be the same or better, I will be disappointed if they regress as most shops do after a while.

If i could, it would be a negative star review, the service was slow and unhelpful. the shisha didn't taste of anything but the burning coal. would NOT recommend, but try ANY other shisha bar on the strip.

Lovely atmosphere and great service as always

One word: horrendous. We get there, they give us a burnt shisha with no flavour in at all. Although the waiter did realise and replace it, that was very unprofessional. After we had been there for a while a waiter comes and says we MUST buy drinks (however we did not as I made clear this is something they really should have said at the beginning e.g. when taking the order for our shisha, yes it does say it on the menu but if the waiter never asks when taking the order it suggests that the rule doesn't apply anymore). When it came to paying they asked for more money than the shisha is. After me explaining the price is wrong, the person at the till starts getting annoyed until the nice bartender came and apologised and explained that the menu with the prices on is very old and outdated (this is extremely unprofessional, misleading and deceptive as it means consumers are unaware how much they will be paying) and showed me the updated prices on their system.

One of the best cafe's on the strip for shisha. Cosy atmosphere and a fair amount of seats for the size of the place. Great value for money on the shisha. They have a variety of flavours and they are all quality. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend for a quiet shisha experience without deafening music playing.

Beautiful place, very delicately furnished and well cleaned. The overall atmosphere is very positive and overwhelmingly friendly. The staff take care of your every want and need whilst you relax and enjoy your shisha, which brings me to my next point - the shisha is absolutely phenomenal; offering a wide variety of flavours from top of the range shisha pipes. I have never experienced a shisha lounge quite as good as this one.

Service was really good and the host allowed us to change to an outside table when one became available. Didnt tey the food on this occasion but the turkish tea and mint tea were really good. Prices were reasonable and ambience was nice and relaxed with a variety of music. Recommended.

On a busy street of many cafes their shisha has to be good. But they are nice inside too.

Aura lounge is a place you can have a good catch up with your friends or even bring a special someone The shishas are on point and I've brought my friends from a different shisha place and recommend it to them and now I'm recommending it to YOU Fantastic entertainment of music and sport with massive TV all around the lounge
