Got Atis takeaway, delivery come quicker than expected delivery time which was good, I got the Atis stack Burger which had 4 smash patties,cheese slice, onions, gherkins, lettuce, house special sauce on a sesame seed brioche bun. Tasted nice although if I got it again I'd ask for the lettuce off as I'm eating unhealthy and didn't think it was needed. Howerever nice Burger but I'd recommend sitting in as it will be hotter and I've learned in the past I should eat out for burgers as you know there hot off the grill. Also got loaded donner kebab box which had kebab meat, fries, wedges, cheese sauce, garlic and chilli. I'd say this is definitely a winner out of my order really enjoyed it and the box was very full. Also got the waffle with Nutella and kinder on. Was very nice but waffle was soft and was expecting to have a bit crisp too it but that might be how there made but like I said was very tasty and sweet perfect for a bit sugar rush. I'd definitely buy again but maybe eat in next time as they do make a good product.

Cannot fault the food and service of the staff in this place. Never had a bad experience, food always delivered within 40 mins and I’m further out from town. Consistently provide high quality of food and I’ve ordered more times than I’d like to admit and not once has it differed. Recently tried their Viral Chocolate bars and wouldn’t go anywhere else for them! Would definitely recommend:)

Ordered Naga dipped chicken burger and a smash burger and curly fries with coke and rubicon. Only came to 20 quid so price very good for the quality of food. Food cooked fresh and you can totally tell by the taste. Chicken burger, peng, smash burger, peng, curly fries super crispy and crunchy on outside and fluffy inside. I'm usually really funny when it comes to food places but this was different, not a single thing was wrong with the order/food/visit. Establishment very clean and you can see into kitchen which again, spotless. Service lovely, only waited about 10-15 mins (all food cooked fresh so more than happy to wait, you can pre order too) and the guys who work there very polite, respectful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back again.

Multiple times (more than 15 times) I've bought cookie doughs off Uber eats for this business always pay for extra topping which fresh strawberry (also gets put in the instructions ) and every time except for once they never add the extra topping. It's starting to get annoying how they don't read the instructions for the delivery orders they get and when you pay for extra topping can't choose what you want so have to put it in the instructions and they clearly don't read or care about it

They were a really friendly bunch price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Everything tasted great and the lad even gave me free churros. All in all would 1000 percent recommend I’ll definitely be back.

Save yourself the cash and experience. Ordered delivery: burgers are priced stand-alone, with no chips. Dirty chicken fries were drenched in cheap sauce and frozen chicken. Chicken wings were decent frozen wings, but again, the sauce was awful cheap. Even kid's burgers are £5, and nothing but a small patty. The kebab burger was good but for the price expected little more. Far better places, do it cheaper with authentic wings and chicken.

I walked in and was quite busy and great atmosphere, we love the smash burgers and Nutella waffles and I bought a box of mixed doughnuts for work gang and loved them! Gorgeous toppings and fresh food ohh and the kinder bueno milkshake is unreal! The best place to eat in Sunderland city centre as something for everyone

The food was excellent and all freshly prepared, may be one of the best burgers I've ever had, and the molten lava cake was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place itself was immaculately clean and well taken care of. Definitely would recommend giving them a try

Best place in sunderland for food, desserts and drinks! Great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door, staff are amazing too… nothing is ever too much for them its all about the customers and making the feel welcome and happy! Kebab meat is non of the typical greasy crap you get around sunderland, probably the best meat ive had… Milkshakes are absolutely unreal too, full of flavour and perfect texture, also do the best refreshing mocktails! Desserts are amazing, not shy on the toppings either not like most dessert shops where you get a sprinkle of sauce! Would highly recommend for food/dessert and drinks you wont be disappointed!

Service was on point but sorry to say the food was really disgusting, all I could taste is old oil which made me gag recommend yous to change your oil more often and serve the food less oily.

If you want frozen apple crumble these are your guys absolutely shocking

firstly our order of 5 waffles arrived 1 hour and 20 mins late, the driver never arrived so they had to send a replacement driver out. secondly the waffles were raw! slightly cooked on the outside and completely raw on the inside! we noticed straight away and instantly called ati’s to complain - only for the server to divert the complaint to asking how they are uncooked! whoever took the call did NOT understand what my family member was saying and repeatedly kept on hanging up the call!

So I placed an order at 8.30pm came at 9.40pm food was cold and I mean cold rang shop said they would send out another one waited another an hour called them back to be told we’re waiting for more orders for sr4. Sorry but that ain’t my problem I didn’t spend £18 for cold food still said the same thing when I called back. Shop closed at midnight I messaged the page on Facebook this afternoon spoke to lovely guy who was very apologetic and explained. They’re sending me one out tonight went from an unhappy customer to a happy customer so thank you ☺️
