Amazing service and amazing food😋

We are new students in Sunderland and got recommended this place, 3 of us ordered and we got abit of everything, the best burgers we have ever had especially the Ati’s tower chicken burger! We will definitely be back again

Absolutely exceptional food and better service I even talked to the owner as he was working the till the design of the shop was top tier. Will be back to try desserts

Service was on point but sorry to say the food was really disgusting, all I could taste is old oil which made me gag recommend yous to change your oil more often and serve the food less oily.

Highly recommend will definitely be ordering again

I walked in and was quite busy and great atmosphere, we love the smash burgers and Nutella waffles and I bought a box of mixed doughnuts for work gang and loved them! Gorgeous toppings and fresh food 👌

If you want frozen apple crumble these are your guys absolutely shocking

firstly our order of 5 waffles arrived 1 hour and 20 mins late, the driver never arrived so they had to send a replacement driver out. secondly the waffles were raw! slightly cooked on the outside and completely raw on the inside! we noticed straight away and instantly called ati’s to complain - only for the server to divert the complaint to asking how they are uncooked! whoever took the call did NOT understand what my family member was saying and repeatedly kept on hanging up the call!

2 times I've orderd from here first time I orderd 2 burgers buy 1 get 1 free Only recived 1 burger When I rang he apologised and said he would reimburse me never happened.....so tonight I orderd at 7.25pm for asap came just before 9pm Food was freezing sorry but food needs to.be in a insulated bag not just sat on passenger seat service not the best

So I placed an order at 8.30pm came at 9.40pm food was cold and I mean cold rang shop said they would send out another one waited another an hour called them back to be told we’re waiting for more orders for sr4. Sorry but that ain’t my problem I didn’t spend £18 for cold food still said the same thing when I called back. Shop closed at midnight I messaged the page on Facebook this afternoon spoke to lovely guy who was very apologetic and explained. They’re sending me one out tonight went from an unhappy customer to a happy customer so thank you ☺️

Was the lovleyest burger I’ve ever had in my life

Very great, very nice atmosphere. The music was good and has a very nice aesthetic overall. There was no service, it’s unclear if you have to order yourself or wait for someone to come and take your order. It’s a very nice little place and I feel it can become a very big establishment. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely be coming again!

Visited Ati’s on a Tuesday night, fast service with a fast delivery of food.. we sat in and ate. Beast from the north east was ordered along side the spicy Mexican, both absolutely huge.. my son had a cheese smash burger as well as fully loaded fries.. the portion sizes are huge and well worth the money.. it’s very well priced, really clean with nice polite staff, worth the visit. And will be back. Best loaded fries I’ve ever had in my life (Daniel 15) Thank you.

Would love to give this less but 1 star is the lowest First off the chicken wrap is basically an Asda special price wrap with 2 chicken nuggets inside (£7) The chicken burgers are cooked in what can only be described as a plastic fire (burnt chemical taste) Was not only 1 but 2 hairs in the chips and mixed into the cheese sauce. Lovely dark black curly hair could easily be confused with a Pube

Delicious burgers every single time! Amazing fresh quality chicken and smash burgers! It’s our go to every time we want a quick bite to eat and the desserts are just heavenly! Especially the waffles that literally melt in your mouth! Too good! And let’s not forget all the yummy milkshakes! Amazing!

Ordered a few time from here, food is delicious and fresh

Ordered a kebab box and loaded fries and a cake for to be delivered at 7pm it came at 5:15 with the cake melted. The loaded fries were warm at one point of the day. The kebab box was freezing cold and absolutely mining the skin on fries are hardly cooked. No salad no chilli and it looked like it had been in a car crash before we got it. Stay away from here if you value your stomach.

Got a takeaway, food was cold, delivery was late,burger was very poor for the price wasn't very tasty at all. even the cheesey fries were bland well over priced for what you get 😭

Bought 2 burgers and 2 shakes came to £30 rip off both burgers were burnt and small for the price. I’ve also came before and found a hair in my food should of learnt my lesson.

Do not order the chicken burger! The fillet is not fresh it’s same as you get from any cheap takeaways frozen. And they don’t even add any sauce making the burger taste absolutely dry. I’m never coming back

Possibly the worst chicken burger ever! The service was slow and the chicken burger tasted very dry and bland and something you can find cheaper at somewhere else. The burger had no sauce at all which made it very dry. I was really disappointed and even the fries lacked of some salt. I’d never come back to this place

Order for delivery. Waited 1 and a half hours past stated delivery time. Rang 3 times, assured that food had not left the shop and would be piping hot when delivered. However it turned up I checked food at door and it was stone cold so I asked delivery driver to take it back. I phoned the shop and asked for a refund which they said I could have and I haven’t received it. Really disappointed.

Staff are very friendly and polite to talk to. Food is out of this world 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. I’ve had the delivery through Uber eats before as well and it was just as good. Eating in is the best tho fresh off the grill. Good atmosphere inside as well 👍👍

Was delivered the wrong burger plus was so salty, ordered snickers milkshake and couldn’t taste any snickers in it at all, when I messaged them on instagram someone said they will get back to me but never did even after I messaged them a couple of times,, ordered twice from here both times were rubbish won’t be ordering again

I ordered a delivery and the burgers were 10/10 can't fault them but the loaded crinkle fries were stone cold, they were still really tasty though.
