Absolutely fabulous food.Pleasant staff.I enjoyed chilli chicken balls noodles & chips.

Been loads of times, food is consistently good, although portions are on the large side. Some TLC and updating would be welcome, however the Owners (not the Landlord as it's a tenancy) need to spend their money on that. Great place and staff

Sunday roast - very tasty and huge portions. The pork was really tasty and the crackling really crispy. My friends agreed the beef was very good too. Service - very warm, friendly, efficient and swift. Always happy to offer little extras like sauce pots and Gravy. Even coped well with a late addition to the party. Atmosphere - a bit noisy to hear at the far end of our long table but that's cos it generated good conversations. 4.7 / 5 *

Lovely meal. Big portion. Friendly staff. Recommend booking in advance on a weekend or you may have to wait a bit for your food.

We were a group of 15 and were well looked after. The food was excellent and drinks reasonable priced . There was plenty of parking!

The food was amazing, big portions, service was terrible, the chairs where terrible no padding in really uncomfortable on the backs of you legs, I would go back, deserts where lovely too.

Nice old pub for a drink and a meal

Went there for a bank holiday Monday lunch, waited a while but we were made aware and not a lot of staff on. The food did not disappoint, they put a lot on the plates and super value. Will go back again

We called nine herebon spec, and we were not disappointed. I had the mince and dumplings, and it was delicious. Staff were lovely.

Got the chicken Sunday roast. Big piece of chicken breast but no flavour at all. Very bland. Service was very swift and efficient though. Will go again but just not choose the chicken

Went with mam for second time. Food and service was excellent again. Waitress and staff were really nice and our Mince and Dumplings was amazing-small plate it certainly was not! Helpings are huge and meals home cooked. Will definitely be back 😀

Called in on the off chance of a table for three for Sunday lunch. So glad we did. The staff were lovely and helpful and the meals were excellent. Generous portions which, as a big eater, I struggled and left some. They do have a smaller plate option. Will definitely try and get back again.

I ordered garlic mushrooms with white wine sauce.x came with just mushrooms on toast no sauce, mentioned to waitress and brought a gravy boat with a load of melted fat in no more was disgusting. The thing that annoyed me was do they think I don’t know what white wine sauce looks like. I never bothered to mention as already had once. Real shame as been many times and been lovely. I visited on the 7th February was at 1.30 for 2 people

Excellent service with good food and atmosphere

Had a lovely meal at The Mill Inn. I had a small roast beef dinner. The group of people had a desert and all of them looked very nice .

This place used to be good but its gone downhill. The waitress spilt gravy down my sons back i got a small sunday dinner instead of a large the veg was rock hard the meat was dry the list goes on. What a shame was a decent place at 1 time. My guinness was ok but i think by the look of it it was a serge can.

Fabulous service. Food beautiful and portions very generous. For 6 of us the cost was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be coming back!

Just had a Sunday dinner with the family and we would definitely come again. Very friendly and helpful staff, great food and fantastic value.

We took our elderly parents for Sunday lunch. Very tasty beef and the al dente vegetables and gravy were spot on. ExcellentYorkshire puddings. Smaller portions are available. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The dining chairs are getting a bit saggy, which is our only complaint. Would recommend it to friends though.

They coped very well with a funeral I was attending.

Came here on a Thursday evening. It was a lovely atmosphere. My burger was delicious and my friends also enjoyed their food. Service was friendly and efficient.

When ordering my wife's meal she asked for no mashed potatoes this was wrote on the waitress note but when it arrived mash was on the plate. Told the waitress this she did take it back the mash was scooped off replaced with 2 roast potatoes but her meal was not hot.Also I ordered scampi and there were over cooked.Did not want to complain as this was a family meal. Parents wedding anniversary 60years.Did not want to spoil there meal. Also 3 off the party had chips and we all said they had a strange taste.unfortually we would not return.

Lovely food and good prices the coffee and walnut cheesecake was absolutely delicious, the staff who served us and brought out our food were so helpful and very friendly and polite ,they do an amazing job 👏👏🍰

Wow a great find! The service was fabulous in this local pub and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Portions were plentiful and drinks orders were taken promptly. I would definitely recommend if in the area - a fantastic varied menu!

Make sure you book a table in advance because it's mega busy. Great food and if like me you don't do huge portions you can get a smaller portion. Highly recommend

Been mean time but this time they got it all right food drink and service was SPOT ON! Loads of parking disabled access and child friendly.

Fantastic Sunday lunch and great service for my 93 year old Grandma's birthday. Saw people coming in to collect takeaway Sunday lunches too - which is a good sign!

Excellent food. Service was actually really good and welcoming. I deducted one star because we had to ask for our deserts because they taken ages to come out. I couldn't really comment on the atmosphere as it waa lunch time amd was very quiet where we was sitting.

The food here is beautiful. I highly recommend the morrocan lamb, it was gorgeous. The kerb appeal of the building is lacking, and the furnishings are dated, this being said, the food is excellent and the staff are friendly. The service was slow on our last visit but they did warn us of delays when we arrived. I would definitely return for the food, but my advice for the venue is that it's time for a refurb.

I went for a family birthday lunch on a sunday at this ph.We all main courses only - 8 of us - and they were all beautiful.All the meals came out at the same time and were great.The service was friendly and efficient.There is a car park beside this pub and it has an outside drinking area.The pub also has a child's menu on a sunday and it does about five other main dishes apart from the sunday lunches.Thoroughly enjoyed by all eight family members and we shall return at a later date.

Food always great but especially so tonight. Prawn Thai curry and sticky toffee pudding which is the best Eva. Service good and lovely friendly atmosphere.

Almost 50 of us got together for my Grandsons first Birthday. Couldn't fault the food or the service absolutely fabulous from start to finish. To cater for such a large group from the main menu must have been a daunting task but everything was on time delicious and served with a smile. Great job all of you

Been here loads of times service varies depending on staff been down few times when they’re just not taking orders for some reason very unpredictable and some times very rude

No real ale on now. Good pint of Stella and Morretti, not many in area do Morretti now. Also have a small plate menu for those without a large appetite - great idea. Enjoyed the visit

Great food, superbly cooked. Really friendly staff. Small issue of the chairs in the pub area were a tad small for the tables; a tad awkward for eating.

Booked in my wife and I plus our dog into the bar for tea. Swift, kind staff, dog sufficiently fussed over, food excellent. Heartily recommended!

Food always great at the Mill, great portions. Only thing that lets it down is the restaurant condition. Place is very dated and needs money spending on decor, chairs and some tables. Best place to sit is in the lounge. Overall a great place to eat

Food and staff always brilliant!!

Warm welcome and good service throughout our visit. One bonus was the good-sized carpark .We both enjoyed our meals, I had the burger, and my wife had the salmon.
