Kayleigh was excellent delight and really good

Great meal at Ask Italian. Great service from Dulcie, who explained she was new here, but served us like she'd been here ages. Always attentive with a lovely smile and demeanour.

Came here with family, 6 of us in total. Our waitress kayleigh was amazing from the minute we were seated. Drinks orders taken promptly but gave us time to look through the menu before taking our food order. Food came quickly considering how much we ordered and it was all really lovely. Can't rate the place highly enough especially kayleigh she made our meal perfect.

Kayleigh was amazing today so really bubbly and happy made the experience!!

Went for a pre theatre show lunch. The staff were lovely and service very efficient, making sure we were out in good time for our show. A shot of complimentary homemade lemonade and glasses of water were put on our table straight away. I had a pasta carbonara, which was tasty. The other 3 folk in my group enjoyed their meals too.

I came here after another Italian restaurant was fully booked and really don't regret it. Food was lovely, service was to be expected only issue is it took me a while to find.

After a long day at Goodison Park, we had a fantastic meal at Ask Italian. Kate was great and made sure we were taken care of. The garlic bread was to die for.

Food was good and the service was fine. We went on a slower evening as we had to wait 40 minutes on a busier night.

Brilliant restaurant (and even better service). Oddly, we had tried Casa Italia just before we arrived at Ask, and were (rather rudly) refused food because our 3 yr old son had allergies. Genuinely, they told us the chef would not cook for us. That in mind, we headed to ASK (feeling very deflated). However, the staff (and in particular the manager) were absolutely outstanding. They couldn't have looked after us any better. On top, the food was great. The Nduja Pizza was outsstanding. I really hope the owners know what fantastic staff they have. Absolutely pleasure to be here (and thanks for brightening up pur day).

Update! Extremely recommended. Food is delicious and the ambience is brilliant. However, what made our visit that extra bit special (again) was all down to Kayleigh. She is an absolute gem and an asset to Ask. We remembered her from previous visits, she's a memorable character. So efficient and friendly. No doubt the management realises and appreciates how much the grassroots staff, like Kayleigh, (and John) are worth their weight in gold. Previous review. Everything about it was perfect! Lovely welcome from staff who were very attentive and friendly. Kayleigh, who served us was fantastic and is a credit to Ask. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Nice Italian food in a good atmosphere. Sadly, I sat at table near the entrance, so freezing cold blast as people came in.

Have to say, Nicole was great at servicing us.... Can't complain at all. The food was lovely too? My only issue (and this is because I'm not a coffee lover) is that they do sticky coffee toffee pudding but not sticky toffee pudding.... But apart from little thing, great place, great service. Happy days

We had a wonderful time at Ask. The food is delicious, the service was very quick and the atmosphere was lovely. I loved the festive menu options. Nicole is an amazing staff member and a credit to Ask Italian. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are going to the theatre, as the service is quick and they are conscious of people needing to leave by a certain time.

We hadn't booked and we were really pleased to get a table even though it was so busy. The food was excellent and we couldn't have had better service from Nicole. We came to Liverpool to go to the Theatre. Arriving early we found ourselves dining at ‘Ask Italian’. We were shown to our table by a very pleasant and personable young lady by the name of Kayleigh. She explained the menu and made recommendations. She had a lovely warm personality whilst being very professional. She is a credit to your establishment.
