Ashmores Restaurant Radcliffe On Trent in Rushcliffe

Lunch was superb but only had capacity for starter and main course. But we booked five more tables for later in the year to include 2 for starters and puds meals. Oh and we had a cider to accompany our lunch since we used the buses so couldn't have to drive.

Superb Easter Sunday, 3 course lunch. Delicious food, amazingly good value and efficient, friendly service. Excellent experience all round!

A cold night to travel to Radcliffe on Trent by 2 buses. The bus arrived early but we were made very welcome as the evening's first guests. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Orders were taken for one course at a time. We could have any starter or any sweet in whatever order we wished for our four course meal. Every course was cooked and presented to prefection. Altogether an excellent evening.

We booked ahead and used buses to enable drinks without police interest in us. Greeted by name, we were seated at an excellent corner table with lots of space for all of our needs. Left lots of time to choose from superb festive menu, yet not ignored. Service throughout was attentive but never intrustive. Our starters were innovative and wonderfully presented. Our main courses were the traditional turkey withh all the trimmings and lots of sauce (aka gravy). The most succulent restaurant turkey for years. Sweet was unusual chocolate fondue over a thin sponge with a great sauce. Thanks Ashmores. We will be back and soon.
