Artisan Coffee in Hammersmith and Fulham

A decent cafe. Juice and hot drinks and a range of baked. My apple muffin was large and tasted good. Busy and popular but we’re able to sit and discuss business with a contact for a couple of hours without needing to move on.

The madam serving was more interested why i don't wear a mask then the quality of the beverage she served. Long black with scalded, burnt milk. Not very artisanish.

I love drinking Artisan Coffee. The quality of the beans is very decent. I also enjoy the bbakeries very much.

I wish there was still seating in here, as it used to be a lot busier but I understand that it is a tiny space and cannot accommodate with the new CoVID rules. Still a great shop with amazing staff and quality coffee beans.. good playlist in here too! keep up the good work

Horrible té tibio demasiado caro. Increíblemente nadie estaba limpiando o desinfectando las mesas. Tuve que mover los vasos de papel de otras personas para sentarse en una mesa sucia. Muy mala elección de comida. No volveré a visitarnos.

Él fue muy agresivo, abusó verbalmente de nosotros y mantuvo esto por algún tiempo. Al pedir nuestro café, le dije a la chica de la caja que nos juraban e intimidaban solo porque queríamos sentarnos. La niña dijo que se ocuparía de eso. Esto sucedió cuando el abusador y su bicicleta se fueron y nos dieron una galleta y 2 cupones de café para endulzar la experiencia que acabábamos de tener. Devolvimos los 'obsequios' porque consideramos que el gerente debería haber hablado con el ciclista para evitar nuevos abusos de los clientes y para asegurarse de que las personas, no las bicicletas, ocupen el espacio de los asientos en un café tan concurrido y popular. Obviamente, el personal también se sintió intimidado por él, pero realmente debería haber alguien con autoridad a cargo de la seguridad y el bienestar del cliente. Esto debería ser parte de la capacitación impartida al personal. No se trata solo de un buen café, sino también de una experiencia positiva en un entorno seguro para los clientes abusivos.

Just had a fantastic cup of tea with a delicious carrot and walnut cake - really good. Charming dog friendly staff as well. Strongly recommend.

¡Qué lugar tan divertido para tomar nuestro primer café del día! Terminamos yendo allí prácticamente todas las mañanas de nuestra estancia de 8 días en Londres. Tienen una tarjeta de fidelidad, donde después de 8 cafés puedes girar una rueda y obtener cualquier cosa gratis. Dos veces recibimos una porción de delicioso pastel de zanahoria, pero también terminamos una vez con un vaso de agua. Ah, sí, y sus cafés y chais son deliciosos.

He tenido cortados en el Café Nero. Su coloración lechosa siempre me deja con ganas de que hayan utilizado un doble disparo. De hecho, lo he intentado y funciona, pero el personal dice que la copa es demasiado pequeña. Y es 2. 90.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nella struttura vicino a questo bar. Siamo rimasti fin da subito piacevolmente colpiti, davvero un bell'ambiente, atmosfera molto caratteristica e accogliente. Ampia scelta di briosche, pane, muffin e altro cibo fatto da loro, tutto davvero buono. Inoltre, anche il Black coffee era davvero ottimo, soprattutto rispetto al caffè che si può assaggiare in una delle tante catene nella city. Anche il tea era davvero buono (infuso). Inutile dire che è stata la nostra tappa fissa per la colazione ogni mattina, prima di iniziare le nostre giornate da turisti. Assolutamente consigliato, bravi ragazzi!

Beliebtes Café mit diversen Kaffeegetränken, einer noch größeren Kuchenauswahl und leckeren Sandwiches. Ein Stern Abzug für die regelmäßig noch sehr harte und daher nicht sehr smashed Avocado.

Ambiente accogliente. Ottimo l'espresso e varia l'offerta di croissant e torte. Prezzi Inglesi, quindi alti per gli standard italiani.

Great Tea and Coffee. The tea is proper leaf tea in a teapot and was nice and flavourful. The sausage sandwich(no baps left) was delicious and filling. Atmosphere was lovely and the guys working there were really friendly and cleared the tables promptly. Loved it!

Pretty decent and could easily get close to 4 out of 5 by doing one thing, TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN!!! Way too loud in there.

this is a place where it is all about the coffee - some of the simple cakes and sandwiches are Ok but I would not go here to eat. the music is outstanding. gets a bit stuffy and hot in warm weather.

What a horror this place always packed with people and they have the worse coffee that I’ve ever had and the pastries burned.... I can see that now days people have no good taste at all thats why always queuing there... Ridiculous...

We usually had our breakfast in this coffee. It is very cozy and they have any sort of cake or muffin you would ever want. They prepare a good cappuccino. It is a perfect place even to use a computer or to read a book.

Pedí un café americano con leche y pastas danesas. Una chica bonita me trajo un largo negro con leche y me dijo lo siento, la mía era un americano. Regresó con otra chica que me dijo esto era un Australiano Cafe y utilizado el término largo negro para un americano. Así que ahora sé. La pastelería estaba rancio y seco. Pero el 'Long Black' (ahora lo sé) estaba delicioso.

Nos encantó esta cafetería, y ojalá nos hubiéramos puesto en nuestro bolsillo y lo trajo a casa con nosotros. Deliciosas versiones de pantalla blanco y moka. El buen pan recién horneado eran fenomenales banana pecan fue mi favorito. Aguacate doblegado por el pan era otro gran plato. El personal era encantador. . En general. Una tremenda manera de empezar la mañana en Londres. Bueno para familias, parejas, reunirse con un amigo.

El café está muy bueno, y el sitio es como una fábrica pero muy chulo! Eso si la música la tienen muy alta desde las 8:00am que abren. Eso hace que no te puedas relajar mientras desayunas.

A veces es difícil encontrar un asiento, pero el café es muy buena - suave y robusto. El volumen es tan rápida que la leche no hay tiempo para ir así que normalmente te dan una buena taza de café caliente. No entusiasmó demasiado mobiliario industrial y los padres que les permita poner los pies en la mesa, etc. pero eso no es culpa de artesanos. Pasteles buena también.

Stopped for a Mocha which was very tasty but could have been a little hotter. Whilst there I had a cake which was very moist and tasty. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good value.

Espacio suficiente para la gente y se puede oír hablar entre sí, mientras que hay siempre un poco agradable de movimiento. No te sientes como todo es impulsado por el dinero - la tarjeta de fidelización que sólo necesitas 8 sellos en vez de la normal 10 y luego llegar a spin la rueda a lo que puedes ganar! El otro día gané una porción gratis of Cake. Hicieron mi día! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, great coffee, great food and friendly service. I've been here two times now and both times were a pleasurable experience. I had the chicken sandwich both times and it is delicious. Coffee is great also. Will be returning for more coffee dates :)

Well, this place is doing something right because it was totally packed when I went. For the prices, I expected more, but my coffee was just okay, nothing better or worse than anywhere else doing specialty coffees these days.

Friendly chatty staff, Aussie themed cafe, great contemporary interior and buzz...always busy. Love the toasted banana loaf, coffee second only to Monmouth Covent Garden, great sandwiches ....Could live here...

I have been here four times now and the service is hit and miss and ranges from outstanding to dire depending on the staff member. On one occasion there was loud music playing indeed it was so loud that I could not hear the person sitting next to me.The coffee is fine and the other items not really worthy of the artisan label as they are seemingly standard supermarket items.

A place to enjoy a good coffee and cake! Excellent range of cakes and sandwiches all freshly prepared. I have been coming here since the location opened a few years back (our office local coffee shop). The staff are friendly and offer great service. Although the prices are a little higher than other places, the Guinness cake is worth the extra pennies! Their staff are well trained and know how to make a good coffee. There is free wifi so the combined atmosphere and wifi attracts a range of friends, family, or people just wanting to take in a good book with a tea. I recommend this as a pitstop away from the hustle and bustle of west London (yes I know, west London is pretty relaxed anyways)

Decent coffee at an average west london price.Decor is lovely and cakes look great so will be eating in at some point soon.

The highlight of the visit was the barista taking the time to show me exactly how he made a chai latte - he was friendly, confident and well-informed. If the barista was the only element the cafe would score 5 out of 5. Sadly, there were two lowlights: the milk they serve seems to be the cheapest they can get from a wholesaler; and the girl on the till had zero customer service skills - so I've scored them lower.

Siamo onesti, Londra ha tutto quello di cui una persona abbia bisogno, ma un buon bar? Artisan è la risposta ai problemi di ogni lunedì mattina. Ma anche martedì, mercoledì, giovedì.. la caffetteria? Curata e di qualità significativa. Perché non accompagnare con una delle loro prelibatezze genuine e salutari? E per chi cerca un po' di energia in più ecco i loro panini dal sapore unico.Il personale? Cordiale, gentile, umile, preparato. Mi è capitato di aspettare 5 minuti in più un croissant a causa del locale affollato..ecco che arrivano con un buono per un caffè gratis. Quasi mi sentivo in colpa.Ps: arredo molto "cosy", Wi-Fi gratis e divertentissima ruota della fortuna da girare una volta completata la classica "tessera" delle consumazioni.Buon Artisan a tutti

It's Victoria station and it's fast paced. So fast paced I ended up here as Costa and Nero had queues that were too long.But with one person in the queue I placed my order and it took longer than if I had went back to the larger chains. Apparently the machine was slow today.End result was a good Americano. They could be better if they get the service right

This place is so friendly and efficient and welcoming that it has become my favourite in London. I'm the type that will travel for good coffee and their cappuccino is up there with the best I've had. Flat white could be stronger imho. The staff are so genuinely welcoming they should get an award for community spirit or something. Thanks!

As you'd expect, the coffee was artfully brewed and served and the staff were attentive and polite. The food itself was pretty good, too. A nice selection of homemade cakes and sandwiches made for an appealing display.However, portion sizes were reserved at best, and it was pretty pricey for what it was, even in Chiswick. My chai latte was quite disappointing, too; much too spicy for my liking- tasted like they used chilli rather than cinnamon. I think the saving grace for this place is the atmosphere. The place is always busy and buzzing with an ecclectic mix of regulars. Overall, worth a visit for the coffee and the wifi, but don't expect much for your buck.

It's kinda like all the other indy-coffee shops in the world now; exposed wood, quasi-rustic, etc. My £3 coffee took 10-15 minutes to arrive which kinda soured the whole thing though and there aren't really any healthy breakfast options. Also, annoying "Theo" West London kids poking at your stuff.At least they take cards, have wifi and they have "Where's Wally" wallpaper downstairs! Oh the staff are really friendly though and really rather patient - the person in front of me in the queue was extremely fussy and pretty much insisted on customising every part of their order; who knew that an almond croissant needed such hubbub..

Homely cafe with very kind staff, cosy furnishing, tasty sandwiches, strong caffees, friendly prices and wifi. You can also take a rest there or have a quick lunch. It's easy to forget about time passing when you sit in a peaceful corner with your laptop and with a big mug of hot cappuccino.

Popped into this busy coffee shop waiting for a hairdressing appointment in near by Simon McNeil's. Asked for an ordinary white coffee but the server didn't have a clue. Offered me a dark coffee which I just took. The cake was fine but I don't know what all the fuss is about this place. Probably the free wifi as everyone seemed to be on a Mac.

It's not my part of town but I was waiting for a friend so popped in. It's a popular place clearly. Good layout and has a vibrance about it. Getting your coffee brought over to you is always a plus. I've never known why I would have hot or cold milk in my coffee so always feel a pleb when ashes :) Nonetheless I opted for hot and coffee was good.It's a 'nice' place. Nothing out of the ordinary to be honest.

Nice little place in Hammersmith/Chiswick border, Good coffee's always, can be a little crowded on Saturday and Sunday's but this shouldn't put you off as staff are helpful and will find you a seat. More of a place with friends or family for chat than work.

My favourite coffee shop. Visit there became my routine. Once you taste their coffee, all the other brands will disappear. Very friendly baristas, that make excellent coffee. Wide selection of nice cakes and cupcakes, healthy options for hungry stomach like tasty soups, sandwiches, salads and tarts... TOP!

Ho viaggiato tanto, e credo che colazione per chi viaggia sia l elemento fondamentale per affrontare una giornata sopratutto se si gira tanto, questo posto e l ideale per chi vuole fare una vera colazione, locale molto ma molto bello, una bakery su misura dove all jnterno cisi trova tutto, torte,pasticcini,cornetti,pan cakes,muffin,crostate e chi piu ne ha più ne metta, i fantastici toast, il cappuccino che forse sooo qui si puo chiamare tale, per non parlare dei succhi tutti genuini, il tutto con una cortesia e velocità suprema.Adisposizone la wii fi libera e super veloce la possibilita di attaccare il tablet e il pc ben collegato alla metro linea verde. OTTIMO !

This place epitomises the problem with London coffee. Just back from Italy - you get a decent espresso almost anywhere, it tends to be Illy and there are no fancy gizmos behind the counter. At Artisan - coffee is taken too seriously and is genuinely horrid at times. Of course, everyone buys into the independent, not-a-high-street-chain cool vibe of the place but honestly, I'd rather drink a predictable espresso from one of the chains (sans Starbucks) than punish myself with the crazy levels of acidity in the coffee here. They do understand that a macchiato is not a mini latte though. But the self importance just puts me off.

Really nice coffee shop with a great selection of sandwiches / toasties and an even better selection of baked treats. Their flapjack was excellent! The coffee is delicious too, so well worth a visit if you're in the area.

I go there almost everyday. Flat white is just amazing, ice latte, mocha, they don't stay behind. I never liked brownies, but their white chocolate and raspberry brownie changed my mind. Big variety of cakes, cookies, sandwiches and options for lunch. Cosy cafe to meet with friends, dates or enjoy the time solo.

Needed a quick coffee on our way into London... The GPS took us here with no problem.. FYI parking out front of the shop. Service was quick enough. We American's prefer half and half or cream in our coffee so was disappointed to only find just about only whole milk or skimmed milk in all of Europe.. but it it what is it... Just a cultural difference I assume.

...though it could have been a 3! They wanted to serve my coffee in a paper cup to save on the washing and this certainly raised a eyebrow. I recommended they serve it in a porcelain cup and they obliged. The coffee was excellent quality, I had a cappuccino. Carrot and walnut cake delicious. If you're travelling from Hammersmith then hop on a bus westbound along king Street. Looking forward to visiting again.

Popped in here for a coffee, fairly busy and waited nearly 10 mins for it!Some off the staff look miserable and on the verge of being rude!Would I return? Maybe but just for a takeaway as coffee was good.

I would have given them 4 stars if the food was good but it wasn't. Coffee however was really really good. I love a strong coffee with full body flavour and this place certainly delivers that. Their baristas are skilled, found the staff not particularly friendly but not necessarily rude or negative either. The premises are pretty cool, comfortable seating, urban rustic styling encouraging long people watching afternoons.Their food is not acceptable for their high quality coffee though. We ate Lamington (see pic) which was dry and clearly made a few days before sale - NOT COOL, especially for an Aussie establishment! Apple Crumble Muffin (see pic) was equally dry and really just apple flavoured on top and nothing throughout the muffin - disappointing. Carrot cake (see pic) was also dry and flavourless, as well the pulled pork toastie was really bad - dry, horrible pork scratching your throat as it went down.

Brief espresso break with a friend on Easter Monday.The waitress seemed annoyed and repeated the blurb "how are you today?" sounding unconvincing. In understand the café was busy at 3.30pm (all tables taken) but even other baristas were quite tired and annoyed, we had to wait 5-10 minutes to have our espressos.It was pleasantly ristretto but we did not appreciate independent blend.Average price (£2) for an independent café.I guess the overall impression was biased by a poor service, coffee is of good quality.

vraiment l'ambiance est très anglaise dans ce café ouvert dès 8h du matin; l'intérieur est simple, mais chaleureux avec ses tables de bois clair; on est très bien reçu, très gentiment , par des personnes derrière un comptoir croulant sous un tas de pâtisseries aussi belles que bonnes ( on en a testé plusieurs, toutes délicieuses ) typiquement anglaises ( il y a aussi des viennoiseries françaises style croissants et pains aux raisins ); beaucoup d'anglais y viennent prendre leur petit déjeuner , parfois avec leur ordinateur; on a envie d'y revenir !

Looking at the other reviews, I can't decide if they are overly harsh or not. We had a hot chocolate, raspberry lamington, and cloudy pink lemonade. The hot chocolate was pretty, but one too hot to drink. I had to get it down before it cooled too much to enjoy. Staff and service seemed okay. Agree with other reviews, no smiles from staff and service was slow, but expect if you want a nice cup of coffee made by hand then Artisan is probably just as quick as other leaders in the industry. The loo is downstairs, so no handicap option there. The place is meant to be hip and trendy. I have a feeling they are pushing the 'artisan' coffee theme a little beyond belief. 'Care about the coffee and the rest will fall into place'... Well, perhaps but a smile would go a long way to improving customer service. Would we custom again? Yes, if we were in the area - there seems little else on offer in the immediate area and there's free internet!

great coffee, best in chiswick by far, just the staff are so moody, they always make me feel uncomfortable, as if my being there interrupts their chats and socialising, I'm sure they love working here and together but it would be nice if they treated the customers the way they treat each other

Petit café fort sympathique ! Situé à côté de notre Hotel, nous avons été très bien reçu. Le café (long black) est très bon. Quand aux pâtisseries maison un délice.

Consistently great coffee and very friendly staff. Coffee is served in the 'antipodean style', so you can get a great large flat white which is rare in London. Good atmosphere as well. They even has a buckle on the wall that you can attach your dog lead to out the front of the shop.

Lovely coffee, yummy looking food (haven't tried any, but it looks so tasty) and nice ambience. It's one of those places where you can spend afternoon with your laptop, read a paper and just enjoy watching people... Staff is young and friendly and the wii fi works well as well.

I was unusually in this part of King Street and wanted a cafe and this was the only one I could see in the immediate vicinity. There is an Artisan where I live in Ealing and I did not rate their coffee on the one occasion I went there so when I came here I tried a sandwich with some water. The cafe is light and friendly and a great place to meet for business and work on their laptops since most people were doing just that. The sandwich was toasted chicken and paprika? mayo with some chutney and was delicious and not bad value at £4.50.
