Cold food and missing the extra poppadom I ordered

Food was cold, didn’t taste nice. Couldn’t call to swap as was getting late for my daughter.. was meant to be a treat but didn’t go well,

Food was hot but average. Delivery was late. Had to chase up. Rude customer service on the telephone when chased. Wrong ice cream sent. When rang to query I was told it was the only one they had. Wasn’t keen to collect from me. Refund requested online. Overall ok but wouldn’t use again.

I got a curry with side order. It was the worst I tasted in a long time. I also got a sharp thorn I presume it was off one of the spices that put me off. It was on time just not good quality.

Absolute rubbish. Too cold on arrival. Won't be ordering again. Used to order before we moved which was further away and always came hot?? Takeaways only care about regulars. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't reply to this because it won't change my mind. NEVER AGAIN

ordered £62 worth of food. not a free garlic bread, bottle of pop or anything thrown in. ordered 2 hunger busters, full of donner meat & next to no chicken & half of a half of seekh. mixed kebab was exactly same, full of donner but hardly no chicken. sauces which I paid for had hardly anything in them. wouldn't order again :/

Order was due to be delivered by 20:15 waited 20 minutes tried to message no response. Called to be told he is on his way. A car arrived driver decided to sit in the car we had to fetch it ourselves. This is why we stopped ordering before. Food is nice and first few times arrived on time but then goes downhill and end up with cold food.

Lost for words really, ordered a simple meal deal pizza 2 fries 4 pieces of chicken with a bottle of coke. can’t understand how people can get an order wrong🥲🥲I received a tray of dry Donna meat, a packet of fries in a paper bag which was torn as it had gotten wet. Then a nasty child’s size burger with soggy bread. I called the restaurant over & over again but they refused point blank to answer the phone. Food went in the bin. Own fault really I just have read reviews first lesson learnt 😣😣

So after been a loyal customer for so long I won't be anymore after tonight, first off the delivery driver forgot some of my order, yes he came back 10 minutes later with it but that's still not good enough, then when me and my kids came to eat the food was dry, coldish and I ordered a mixed kebab starter and the seekh kebab looked underccoked 🤢 my son only ate half a slice of 10inch pepperoni pizza as it was just thick with cheese and there was only 4 slices of pepperoni on all the pizza so most of it was just a margarita pizza not pepperoni 🙄 very disappointed as we was all very hungry and just £27 wasted!! We won't be ordering from here again which is such a shame as we used to love aris spices

Delivery was late but got a message from just eat to say it was going to be late. Both korma meals was to watery and only 6 pieces of lamb (small) the kemanan (excuse the spelling) I didn’t know it had any meat in there I don’t expect it to be thick but trust me when I said I thought they was plain nan. Other than that it was nice but wasn’t as nice as before when we ordered.

Ordered 3times - 3 times they messed up the orders - the last time sent wrong items , we called them , they sent the correct order then but was cold - food tasted bland - will not use again - avoid !

Orderd chilli burger - came with cheese - went in bin as cannot eat cheese !!!

One thing I wasn’t happy about carrier bag charge it was delivered in a box I thought it was due to it being a plastic bag you got charged not a cardboard box but all in all a great meal.

probably the most disappointing korma I've ever had. It tasted fine, but there were barely 6 pieces of chicken in it? and no rice. For the price, that's really disappointing.

the lack of chicken in the korma and kabab was poor, the korna sauce wasnt very thick. lucky to be getting 2 star in all honesty, wont be ordering again

very poor ordered a curry and rice and received some rice. not acceptable for 2 people and a curry with 5 pieces of chicken or 4 n half with the size of it. not acceptable for sharing. worst takeaway I've spent money with!!

honestly wont be ordering from here again. portion size wasnt that good, the amount of chicken in the corma was bad, the korma was like water, popadoms were stale garlic nan was nice tho.

Food was excellent just the right amount of flavour and spices. Delivery guy was great rang me to let me know he was seconds away and on a positive there wasn’t any spilled cartons which seems to be a problem from other Indian takeaways in the area love it thank you

Was feeling pecking first place that came to mind was Aris! Got a XL buster wow just wow the size the taste everything was perfect and they certainly arnt tight with their portion size good value for money and top quality food!

Shocking!! The wrong food arrived stone cold over 2 hrs late. Extremely poor.

!! AVOID THIS PLACE !! We have been loyal customers for years now buy definitely NO MORE. Ordered £40 of food for it to turn up extremely late obviously making ALL of our food cold. Called back to to raise this issue only to be talked to by an extremely RUDE and non caring person on the other side of the phone. We initially just wanted to get our order re delivered and this cold untouched food taken back but THEY REFUSED to do this so I asked for my money back and THEY refused stating I'd have to take it up with just eat. The lack of customer satisfaction is absolutely abysmal at ARI"S spices now and definitely didn't used to be, so now from a once loyal customer my custom is 100% going elsewhere. The food we ordered is left still bagged up because even if we did have to re heat it,it would have left an extremely nasty taste in out mouths after the way we were treated. !! AVOID this place !!

Ordered an Aries special with salad and sauces for £7.50 received chips with around 2 small pieces of lamb tikka, a few small pieces of chicken tikka no salad no sauces and no donnor meat. Basically chips.

original delivery time was between 19:20 and 19:40, we called at 19:50 and asked about our delivery, we were told 10 minutes. then we received an auto text saying sorry for the delay, they wee heavy traffic. I very much doubt that on Sunday evening! but anyway, the food eventually arrived at 20:12, half an hour late. However, the food was very nice and extremely hot when it arrived, which would indicate to me that on the initial call it hadn't left the shop!

Hungerbuster more sickbuster was up all night been sick up the food never again. I gave u a second try but not again its happened 2 times now not going back keep up the good work aris by making people sick and losing consumers u will soon be closing down with the amount off people leaving ur takeaway proper disgusting

Half of order came had to phone shop up to bring rest after waiting 20mins rest of food was cold! Was near enough cold on delivery anyway never mind waiting 20mins for rest! Only 1 portion of chips was warm which we had to wait for! Only 1 tub of sauce came and ordered 3 to bring the food no apoligy and just a extra tub of garlic! When all food wanted replacing i am waiting for a refund on this!
