Food is great and very delicious. Loved eating here but they should post their opening hours. I travelled 40 mins to come and eat there however i arrived 10 mins after they closed due to the opening times being different and not advertised

Delicious food and excellent service! Chicken arepa was filling and full of different flavours. Beef empanada was a decent side, but the arepa is memorable! Will come again.

It's very delicious. I ordered the beef arepa. It was a big portion. There was a lot of meat inside. The beef was very fragrant and juicy. It was also mixed with cheese. It was a satisfying meal. The outer crust was made of corn, which was sweet and very fragrant.

This is a cosy little place that servers great food. For London prices, the quantity of food is great. The place is tiny, so make sure you go at a time when there is no rush. The people who run is are very sweet. Give this place a go ^^

This was my third time coming here for lunch and that says enough! My first time trying Peruvian food, I always order the chicken rice bowl and asked for it to be spicy, they listen to my request it was delicious and nutritious. The meal itself is filling and good for the price! I would highly recommend anyone to check this restaurant out in Wandsworth. They cook from scratch and you can see it, the food taste very fresh and restaurant is clean too. Also the two staff members the female and male are very welcoming, thank you for the amazing food and great customer service!

I had the £10 Arepa with Chicken (+ extra chicken for £1 extra) and it was so good! Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a tasty and satiating meal with high quality ingredients. Felt like it was made with love.

NOT COELIAC SAFE! We went to Arepa today after reading many good reviews when it comes to their gluten free food. As soon as you come in the whole place is filled with “Gluten Free” signs, imagine my surprise when I find out that the Wheat Wraps they use for their burritos go in the same grill as their “GF” arepas. They didn’t offer to clean the grill or any alternatives to be able to safely eat at their restaurant for someone with Coeliac. The restaurant should consider bringing all their Gluten Free signs down immediately as it’s extremely wrong to market themselves in such a way when they are unable to offer coeliac safe options. When will restaurants realize that you cannot call a dish gluten free if it’s been contaminated with gluten in their kitchen? Extremely disappointed. If you are coeliac please stay away, it’s not safe for us.

Market themselves heavily as gluten free but prepare gluten containing products (wheat tortilla wraps) on the same grill as products marked gluten free. They didn't offer to clean the grill at all or find a way to make it safe from cross contamination. Seems very careless and misleading to plaster "gluten free" all over their restaurant when they can't handle cross contamination and aren't safe for coeliacs

We came to try the arepas after hearing they were gluten-free. When we asked about cross-contamination he even offered to clean the griddle before preparing my meal. The service was fantastic—he was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. When we mentioned that we didn’t like spicy sauces, he surprised us by making a fresh, non-spicy sauce just for us. It was such a thoughtful touch! And obviously everything was incredible and soooo tasty! We’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was outstanding, but what will truly bring me back is the exceptional treatment I received. The service, the attention to detail, and even the lighthearted jokes made me feel so welcome, turning an ordinary dinner into something special. It is a family business restaurant in a cozy room. but the food is good with big portion. You will be served well, the staff is kind. Well, will become a nice try if you are fist time here.

The food here is excellent. Quinoa and corn really do make for an excellent combo: the arepa is really tasty. The filling are too! The avocados are of good quality, the plantain adds a nice sweetness to the dish, and the rest of the filling work very well together. Very surprised about the kale, was expecting it to be more salady but because it’s in contact with the meat it complements the flavour. The cheese used is good too - can’t tell the type. I got the beef arepa: it was juicy and flavourful. Perfectly salted. Highly recommend you give this place a visit.

Amazing food! The best burrito I’ve ever had!

I was given a warm welcome when first entering the restaurant. There are gluten free options for those who require it and ALL meats are halal; both beef and chicken. I ordered the pulled beef burrito which I strongly recommend. The ingredients used were fresh and the food came out nice and hot.

I’ve been to this place several times for a few years just for the quinoa arepa with chicken. It’s quite a rich meal: protein from the chicken, avocado and beans, vitamins, fibres and carbs from the different vegetables and plantain - good for the gut. Their fresh orange juice is also very good. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

Loved the arepas - so tasty. Would recommend and can’t wait to go again. Bonus they are gluten free.

So glad my gym is around the corner because this place does what I think might be the best chicken and rice bowl I've ever had. Get it with the spicy sauce, close your eyes and, for a brief moment, you'll forget that you're in Wandsworth (thank God). The fried plantain makes this an 11/10. Try their arepa too - delicious! With really friendly service, this is the perfect spot for a to-go lunch, or sit in and enjoy the sights and sounds of the South Circular.

We ordered chicken and beef arepa, really delicious, reminded me a lot the gorditas had in Mexico City. It’s reasonably priced and close to the TLSContact centre, this is going to be a staple for my visa trips!

I visited this place during lunchtime and my experience was just okay. I had tried the arepa once before and found it quite dry, though the filling was very good. This time, I decided to try the bowl, which is great if you're hungry because it’s a decent portion compared to other options in the menu. I also tried the burrito that my friend ordered. He thought it came with a side of chips but it actually had chips inside, which wasn’t clearly stated on the menu. The bowl itself was good but I can get a naked burrito at Tortilla chain for a cheaper price and same quality. One highlight was finding Inca Kola, which is hard to find in the UK and was a pleasant surprise. I think this place could benefit from a new menu with more specific options, especially since the name suggests a focus on arepas. Currently, they've just increased prices by sticking white stickers over the old menu. A real menu with a diverse range of arepas (not just chicken and beef) would be great. There are so many types of fillings they could offer. Additionally, some combo options, like an arepa with an Inca Kola, would allow customers to experience the flavors of Peru and South America more fully. / also if this a Peruvian restaurant maybe some traditional Peruvian dishes? There was nothing that made me think of Peru. I’ll think maybe a ceviche, tacu tacu, anticuchos. Etc This place has no competition in Wandsworth and has huge potential, especially given its location just outside the shopping mall but needs branding.

Great Authentic Peruvian food and so tasty! A real true feel. I’ve been to Mexico and have Empanadas but these were on a different level! Looking forward to my next visit to try the Arepa! 😋 very decent price too and freshly made.

Fantastic home cooked food - handmade arepa pitta-type pockets absolutely rammed full of flavour and fresh ingredients - so rare to have so many different vegetables in one dish when you eat out, AND for it to be so packed full of flavour. And the fresh juices are great too. Totally recommend this place. Definitely my go-to for food out in Wandsworth.

Wow. I had the vegan arepa and it was absolutely delicious! Made with super fresh, natural ingredients, mushroom scrumptiousness and a spicy/comforting sauce. Very friendly service by Karim (thank you!). Will be back for sure!

I visited Arepa last week with my family. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and I was a little concerned about cross-contamination, but when I explained this to the man cooking the food, he could not have been more helpful. He also made sure I did not feel bad about asking, by saying that it was right that I was concerned for my child. He even cleaned down the grill and changed his gloves before making her food. He was so kind and understanding - I really appreciated it. We had a mixture of (gluten free) arepas and rice bowls, which were all really tasty. The food is freshly made with interesting ingredients and available to take out or eat in (we ate in). The place itself is lovely and a bit different. It's also just outside the Southside Shopping Centre, so really easy to get to and much better than a lot of the usual chains that you get. I highly recommend this place - especially for people with coeliac disease, but for everyone really. Thank you Arepa!

I am fairly regular at this place and one of the best Peruvian food in the area. If you are ever in the area, pay a visit to this lovely family run place, where you won’t be disappointed at all. I love their Chicken Arepa!

It was so sooo good! The arepa was fresh, ingredients were complimenting each other and the beef was soft and juicy. I tried arepa from a popular restaurant in London before as well, but this is so many times more tasty! Highly recommended!

I experienced today for the first time, we in South America have different types of arepas, Quinoa is one of them, I choose Vegan one which came with Vegan Cheese, Black Bean Salad, Avocado and Yellow Fried Plantain, I most admit, It was delicious, I ordered take away, lovely surprise at home, fresh ingredients, and the selection of fillings are there for everyone! I talked with the staff!, the atmosphere was homely, Lovely Friendly People! I will be back! Gracias
