I have clearly given these people too much of my money. I order frequently and although this Isn’t the first time they’ve messed my order up I for some reason gave them some grace but not today. I ordered my usual Kofta , rice and naan with salad. My naan was burnt to crisp , so thin it just snaps into pieces , I asked for RICE as I do every single time I do not like this thing bulgar, at all. Again I was ignored I was given part rice and the rest bulgar. I phoned up , no sorry nothing. They don’t read notes on Uber either so it’s just pointless asking for anything because they don’t read it. A waste of my money and time. I won’t be ordering here again.

I had very bad experience to visit there and I won’t go there ever in my life bcz the there was a short guy in staff he was very rude there was not friendly service, he was thinking that he was serving me for free there’s a lot restaurant and take aways in Birmingham so if anybody comes to your restaurant you should respect them bcz its costumer right you not giving service for free everyone are paying you money

Authentic Turkish food, very tasty and reasonably priced.

Excellent consistent food as always. Always cooked fresh, service is great and so are the people. Would highly recommend this place for Turkish food cravings.

Ordered on Uber eats yesterday & I will add before I go into detail I am Turkish myself . The portions were quite small & should’ve been bigger but that wasn’t my issue .. I was really disappointed to have ordered “Adana” & received this. The taste just tasted like normal meat on a skewer nothing Turkish about it & was overcooked/burnt not juicy as we make it . The seasonings were off & definitely not the same , we use pul biber, tatli biber salçası and so on & I think it’s quite bad to not only name the restaurant “Antalya” but also name this dish “Adana” when I promise you it isn’t. We also ordered chicken shish which was actually really tasty , cooked nicely , good seasoning. The salad was also nice & similar taste to how we would make it. The bread was soft & fluffy on the outer part but inner part was thin & hard. Overall it wasn’t so bad but I just think if you add a dish to your menu it should be somewhat similar to what you are trying to replicate . Also I would advise that where the food is being cooked it needs to have a lower flame as it’s burning the menu items . I will order again for the chicken shish but please work on replicating the Adana as it’s very disappointing. Also the delivery boxes should be same portion as you would be served indoors on a plate , I feel the value for money wasn’t worth it the rice portion wasn’t filling but was still tasty . The onions , tomato’s etc come cooked as we would cook them but as you can see on the one side they are burnt , this is due to the flame it’s being cooked on being too high . Please work on these issues so the next time we order hopefully we will have a better experience

It's cheap and the sharwama wrap is a lot bigger than other shops for only 4 pound

Ordered a platter The platter contained the following items Lamb tikka, kofta kebab, adana kebab, chicken tikka, 5 chicken wings, chicken shawarma and fries. Served with rice, bulgar, salad, humus, 3 fresh naans and 2 cans of drink Adana Kebap was very tasty and flavoursome. The lamb tikka pieces tasted lovely but alittle chewy. Rest of the platter tasted alright Everything is priced very reasonably...

One of the top tier for turkish / Middle Eastern food in Birmingham. The place is very clean, the food smells and taste fresh, a lot of choices on the menu and customer service is excellent. Staff don't hold back on the salad and hummus and are happy to put a bit extra.

I bought lamb kuzi from here on 11/01/24. Usually food be's fine but today the lamb stank so bad, they close at 9:30pm, I couldn't go back so I ended up throwing it in the bin.

Good regular turkish takeway for residents around Alum Rock and hodge hill. Value for money and quick service. Good quantity food but slightly congested if you wanna eat in.

Always good food here. The lamb shawarma is so good they run out in the afternoon. I usually get the platter 2 for £25 and its always good and feeds the family.

Bought 3 fataya, the fries were left soaking in the oil, didntvrealsie as I went out to check on the kids and on my returned they had already packed my fries. Was going to return with friends, wouldn't now. He'd only given two sauces of each for 3 fataya, very very small amount of sauce. Check your food before leaving. They don't care how the food is if your not watching, they will mess you about.

It's not too bad to be fair & the food was bang on amazing too. The staff aren't that bad either, too & this place is halal. Cash payments only. I would recommend to family & friends. I will come here again.

Fantastic schwarma and very authentic

Lovely food cannot fault it, but they missed the breads with the hummus so maybe just double check orders and they also never answer their phone, which would be useful if you have a large order or travel from a distance. The worker however was polite and friendly.

Been meaning to try this place for a while. Bit skeptical during Ramadan but there was no issue. Food was really nice, took a while but that’s expected. Chicken shawarma was very nice, I wish they did a mixed option for takeout online. The rice and biryani was very nice as were the fries. Not a fan of soups but this one was quite nice, not sure what was in there but tasted like a tomato soup. Will try other stuff once Ramadan is over.

Sharwama kebab out of this world

Nice kebabs, Plater for 4 is recommended. Hard to find parking, yougert drink was so nice.not suitable for Kids and families as sitting In Not good.

I’ve ordered adana kebab and soup . Sorry to say that but that really doesn’t worth it, the kebab looks like it over cooked and burned but the inside still was raw and you could clearly feel the taste of meat. The soup was not look like a soup . The appearance of the food blinded my appetite. The serving dish was not suitable for that and was small and uncomfortable. Over all I don’t think I order again

Best Turkish in the West Midlands. Meat has a lot of flavour and it is not spicy. Great prices and you get a lot of food for your money. The platter 2 will easily feed 3-4 people, I recommend you try this.

Dont be fooled by the reviews, I ordered a couple of shawarmas and a kebab for my family and I mean the price to portion size ratio was amazing. However, the problem that I have with them is that it didn't taste good... like I would expect a good shawarma to be hella tasty but it was almost bland. I even added the sauces and everything and it still tasted like nothing, so that just made us be full half way through the shawarma. The restaurant also looked fairly clean but the staff themselves weren't as hygienic. Overall a 2 out of 5 experience. Wouldn't recommend.

The shawarma today is very much salty. When I asked the owner why it was salty, the owner said you have already eaten some parts, and you must be note before starting. He ate some detail, and he lied that this was not salty. It is our typical taste. In the beginning, he gave two pieces of shawarma for 6 pounds, and with a one-pound discount, with hesitation, I guess he added one pound of salt. Six pounds of waste. This is the last time. Thank you.

Bought a Platter 2. Best that which I have found in Birmingham so far. Especially coming from a place like london and having to go through expensive menus. I'm glad by Allah's permission we found this shop, local and halal. Food is great, quantity is great and great care is shown. The brothers there at shop are likewise respectful and understanding. May Allah bless their Business. A recommended visit to those living in Birmingham in the Washwood Heath area!

Still the best shawarma in town.

Decent food however beware of the huge hike in prices on the menu. Also if you like being completely ignored by staff then visit this place. Go to the till and it's as if you're invisible, they completely ignore you. A 10 second food order takes 10 minutes of waiting until they decide that you exist and take your order

Lovely turkish place in ward end!

Been here a couple of times. Big fan of their Adana Kebab. Never had anything like that anywhere else. The combination of fatty and meaty mince with right amount of seasonings makes it a delight to eat. Must try. Fast service. Variety of options of sides and salad. Cash only.

Good food, decent portions, prices have been going up lately especially on delivery apps. Definitely recommend eating in, my fav is the platter for 2 with the biryani rice 😋

They make the fattiest tastiest Kurdish Kebab I've ever had. You must try their 'special sauce' which is some yellow garlicky concoction! These guys are always busy so you can see that food doesn't hang around here. They're halal too.

For the prices and food, its a go to place. Their meal for 2 or 3 is nicely served and can fill 3 people. Food tastes very good seating is quite a tight squeeze but it's fine as the food is primarily what we go for here. Atmosphere is fine not overly loud or crowdy the 3 times I've been. So would go back.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Whatever you do don't go in to place an order - stick to delivery. Even via UberEats they are taking the p**s with 3 price hikes in the last year. Exploiting the current situation. They also constantly give you the wrong sides or completely miss out items. Always having to go through UberEats refund policy. Probably done me a favour as all the sides are always dripping in grease. They really don't give a toss about customer service, shame really as I liked their adana kebab. The last straw for me was when I accidently placed the order twice and tried to cancel straightaway. However they refused to cancel the order, I then phoned them and was rudely spoken to by the staff. Not a family friendly place, untrained staff cannot talk to customers only God knows what is happening in the kitchen. The adana kebab is the only decent item on the menu. Take your business elsewhere plenty of good Turkish restaurants in Bham.

I did order on Uber eats 3:57pm I have waiting for 2 to 3 hours and I didn’t receive my order I try to call the restaurant 2 - 3 times the customer service pick up I try to explain he cuts off the phone on me no one response very rude customer service never order again

Found through a Google suggestion and it didn't disappoint - food quality and wraps are better than most if not all on the street and hygiene looks great!

To be honest food here is well priced and tastes better than most turkeish restaurants I've been too. Good value for money.
