What a delicious meal we had today as a group of ladies. The service and staff were fantastic. One thing I will say they haven't seen the last of us. Highly recommended. The Restaurant was spotlessly clean. 100 %to them all. Thank you so much.

Very disappointing. £36 for these 2 dishes. The meat was just passable. The chips were not cooked fresh, were uneatable as they were cooked maybe hours before my order. Definitely not cooked on my order. The bread was left inside the box and was completely soaked on arrival home after 15 minutes, it could be better to wrap it separately. Also asked for a pot of chilli sauce that was not included. I do not recommend this place. If you are in the area for holidays as we were better order your food somewhere else.

No faulting this wonderful restaurant. Open later than most others in the area, too. Service great, food tastes great, albeit a little big on the portions and reasonable prices.

My girlfriend and I travelled to Aberystwyth not expecting much but antalya exceeded our expectations. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a nice girl, victoria and were shown to our seats by the window where we could see the ocean. We enjoyed our delicious meals watching the sea, with great service throughout. The staff were very friendly and the food was even better.

beware food poisoning.. cross contamination. I watched these guys in there kitchen picking up raw meat with gloves on then continued picking up bread and cooked meats .putting it on plates not changing the gloves at all ....and playing with there phones...very worrying...big hygiene problems....just stand outside this place and you will see them doing this in the kitchen .. look in the window....it will shock you....plus lighting the food in the pan then blowing it out ...so spitting on the food ....beware beware very scary

We had great experiences in Antalya's restaurant. We had kebabs and it’s been the best Turkish restaurant we have ever eaten and amazing starter try with delicious salads. All the staff are smiley they were attentive, we will definitely be back soon!7

Absolutely fantastic takeaway meal!!! Cooked on charcoals in front of you. Very lovely , kind people. Top food. This is what Aberystwyth needs more of! Chef popped some free flatbreads in aswell! I gave mine a good squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt,some pomegranate seeds and a sprinkle of sumac for good measure.

The chicken sis kebab was delicious, I have never ate something so good. The bread was fresh and the dips were nice. The waitresses came very often as we had many questions and they gave very detailed answers, which made us feel well cared for. We will definitely come back to try some more dishes as there are so many options on the menu. Definitely recommend.

Without doubt my favourite dining experience in Aberystwyth! Firstly I am so impressed by the staff, there is such a warm, family atmosphere that I immediately feel welcome at Antalya. The food and wine are absolutely delicious. The menu is perfect for me and I have a hard time choosing, but on both visits I have been impressed by the flavours and quality. The portions are very generous too. Add to that the experience of having your food cooked on the grill where you can see and it's easy to recommend!

I ordered the large Adana Kebab with bulgur through a delivery service. The food was phenomenal, and the portions were very generous. Through a mix up my baklava didn't end up getting delivered, but the food was honestly so good I wasn't gonna bother them about it. An hour later, though, they called and apologized that it wasn't included and had somebody drive it down for me. Incredible service and the best food I've had all week!

Ate here on a Monday night, the staff were all very kind and professional and the food was fantastic. Can definitely recommend the shish kebab and the falafel :)

I ate the vegetarian falafel here and it was absolutely delicious— the best falafel I had ever tasted with chips and an amazing garlic mayo & salad. Totally fantastic. My boyfriend had the chicken shish and also totally loved it. Great, friendly service too. Thank you so much Antalya!

Food is cooked expertly over a charcoal grill. Great kebabs and bread.

Had a wonderful dinner last night with fellow Archery club members. Super food from top chef. Dog friendly too. Wonderful. The Beity Kebab is truly special.

Our second visit to this fantastic Restaurant, my wife me and our two daughters , came last year around the same time as we stay over at Talybont for my wife’s Birthday weekend , They have made a few changes, you can now see the chefs at work preparing your meal, and you can smell all the fantastic aromas Mmmmm, food is fantastic, well presented, very tasty , and luckily for me the portions are BIG, and not just bulked up with salad and rice, you get loads of meat on your plate, the Young Lady and Young Man that looked after us where both very Attentive, if your a local or here on holiday, plan at least one meal here you will not be disappointed, see you all again this time next year X

Great place with great service and food Staff so friendly and waitress is the best. They even made adjustments to the menu for us and played our own music.

Had my birthday meal there. Everything was cooked really well. The staff especially the server was really lovely and accommodating. Even waited so long for us to order and alter the menu a bit. Defo recommend.

Nine of us visited on a Sunday evening and all came away having thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Portions were generous, and everyone was impressed with the flavoursome food. I had the Lamb Platter - the Lamb Shish was very tasty and remarkably tender, the chops and Adana Kebab were very good too. The Bulgar was flavourful and even the side salad was good. I polished the meal off with a Turkish Coffee which was nice and strong.

We had high hopes but sadly not good at all. The venue is generally nice and servers were polite but food poor. Edible but tasteless no seasoning at all same with salad. Not cheap food either. Shame as has potential but recommend to go elsewhere.

Waitress was great- friendly, hospitable and warm. Service generally was a little slow even with only one cover before us. Salty soup, bread cooked on meat grill, humus dish served with a disconcerting slick of substandard humus on the plate. Edible but seriously sad. Two men cooking were utterly grim - using the same gloves for moving non-food things around from other rooms, as well as over-handling (w. gloved and ungloved hands) food people were going to eat. After noticing them doing this, along with the quite rough looking one eating chips whilst serving, I felt uncomfortable and made sure the depths of the unsanitary food prep. didn’t get worse. Observing them, in an open kitchen, made them take offence and proceed to scowl at me until we left. Atmosphere was dire and the dead rose on the table as decoration just reflected the utter lack of care they all have. Vile hole of a place and would strongly suggest avoiding if you value your health. Where their high rating comes from is a mystery to me…self written perhaps! Foul.

Lovely little spot on the seafront. I particularly enjoyed the lamb, it was very tender and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely 0* Food was horrible tasteless not even cooked properly. Went there with my partner after we received our food we just had a “bite”. We Left everything on our plates …. Nobody asked us why what’s wrong… paid over £50 for nothing. Even a frozen chicken nuggets taste better than this food not recommended at all. Staff didn’t bother to ask why we leaving without eating what we get. 0* NEVER AGAIN. My suggestion it’s get more cooking experience :)!

Food was really good. Service was all over the place; that could have been simply because it was university arrivals weekend and everywhere was completely booked out, including this place, so maybe everything is way better when things are not so frantic.

I had the chicken saute which is chicken in a sauce but the sauce seemed to be Heins tomato soup and they chopped a slice of tomato and peppers to make it look home made/fresh. My partner had chicken sis , the meat was very dry and the dips were not enough to help with the dryness of the chicken. I also had the rice pudding which was very nice. Service was good and food served quite fast. The place itself lacks of personality, it's very boring, nothing to do with Turkish vibes. At the first floor they have the kitchen from which there's a lot of noise and smoke from the grill. Not pleasant. Overall mediocre food, not bad but not the best either.

We found this lovely little gem of a restaurant by chance while visiting Aberystwyth, we were wanting something different to fish and chips so decided to give Antalya a try and were not disappointed! We visited on a Monday evening (and in fact on the Tuesday as well!) The service was warm and friendly and all staff were helpful, you could see the food being prepared and cooked and it tasted amazing. Everything tasted wonderful and was perfectly cooked. A varied menu with plenty to choose from, all served in inviting surroundings. When we return to Aberystwyth we shall definitely be returning for another wonderful meal!

I recommend Antalya Restaurant. Good food, friendly staff and a stunning view. Was lovely having the lamb wrap whilst watching the starling birds dive under the Pier. I’ve tried a couple dishes numerous times and they’ve always been full of flavour. During busier times there has been a longer wait but staff clearly try their hardest, so not regarding as an issue.

Fries tasted like McDonald’s fries! Hot and fresh.

According to me, It wasn't as I expected . The atmosphere wasn't comfortable for me and my children because of drinking everywhere. As a muslim it wasn't a good choice unfortunately

Extremely slow service Highchair extremely dirty Waiter didn’t care to ask if they should bring the mains after starters and we found out they didn’t even cook our mains until we ask for it.(30 mins after we finish our starter) We had to ask three times for a simple basket of bread

Nice restraunt we got the sharer platter for two which was really nice. But we thought it lacked a sauce or something because it was dry, we ordered bread that never arrived so didn't bother to ask for a sauce. To be fare the waitress asked when we was paying the bill if we got our bread. When she realised we never got it she did apologise, accidents happen but a sauce is still needed. We would still visit again but would ask for a dip friendly staff.

Just average food I'd say, we were all really hungry so probably enjoyed it now than normal. Chicken was dry, portions were small, drinks were warm. Calamari still had the skin on. Staff seemed a bit uninterested.

We bought a platter that was meant to be for 2-3 that I reckon one hungry person could have had. I've visited many Turkish restaurants around the UK and usually these platters are much bigger, and come with complimentary salad and bread. The bread we had to pay around £5 for and did not taste fresh. No salad offered. Overall, the food tasted OK, but the value for money was seriously lacking.

A disappointing experience. We were drawn to this place by the good reviews and the fact that it is halal. Despite calling and ordering ahead and being the only people in the restaurant, service was very slow. We ordered a platter for 2-3 people but the amount of food given was only enough to feed 1-2 people. Hardly any meat pieces, mainly chicken. No salad, and we were charged extra for bread and sauces, which are usually standard with any Turkish platter in our experience. Poor value for money and would not recommend.

First night in Aberystwyth. Didn’t know where to eat. Wandered around, many places closed, this place was open. We decided to give it try. I’m glad we did. The food was very good, the service excellent. We had the Andana Kebab and chargrilled sea bass. Both we can recommend.

Great restaurant with a nice sea-view. Food is good and tasty. Staffs are quite attentive as well. Maybe you could think about making the portion size a little bit bigger comparing to the price. Rest of the things are good. 👍

It was a below average Turkish restaurant. The food was so normal and meat was not fresh. The seasoning is so not related to the Turkish kitchen, and so the overall atmosphere. Was not quite an enjoyable evening, I m afraid!

Dreadful experience. The table we booked was double booked. We were served warm bottled beer. Over an hour and half for a starter that wasn't even complete. Total shambles of a place no leadership on the floor. Big disappointment.

Went for dinner with my family last night. The food was great. The reason I'm only giving it three stars is because the food arrived almost an hour later after we ordered it. Which we weren't happy 😕 at all with.

This restaurant will not survive for one day outside Aberystwyth. We went with family when visiting the area as tourists in July 2023, having read great reviews online. The food was not even average - it was below average. I’ve had a lot of Turkish food in my life but never this tasteless, cold and flavourless. And it was very expensive for what it was. A £75 mixed platter had a few stale pieces of meat and we were charged separately for dips. Absolutely atrocious! Nobody asked after us after we sat down for ages. We were given stale, reheated bread, and a spoonful of hummus for £5. I’ve eaten in the best Turkish restaurants in the South East of England, and they would never disrespect customers by giving them such sub standard food AND shoddy service. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Brilliant restaurant with great sea views, excellent food and a wonderful welcome. We particularly loved the Turkish wines - Angora and Yakut. Gentle on the acid and very drinkable. Our Velvet Salad starter was magic. I want the recipe. The mains of Lamb Shish-kebab and Sauté Lamb was so tasty and tender. The attention to detail from Anna was delightful. Would we go again? You bet!

I always eat adana kebab but what I had here I never had Even in Turkey when I went there on a holiday was blown away with the quality of the food and service excellent staff and a night to remember with the family and friends.

A well situated restaurant overlooking the sea. The food was very good with a good mix of flavours. The only critism we had was that the service could be much better. There were 2 People serving 2 floors which just did not work when the place got busy. They did have an advert for staff so let's hope it gets better

We had a table for 4 but 3 of us decided to share a hot platter starter. We were surprised to see that there were mainly 2 of everything and 'everything' was hardly anything. We did question the waitress but she was foreign and didn't really sympathise. When the main course arrived we were even more disappointed; it was barely enough to fill one person, let alone 3; so much so that we had to order another mixed grill for 3. To add to this, it was tasteless and we would never eat there again. You decide for yourselves but please heed our warning!

Went there for lunch on a friday afternoon. Lamb pieces i ordered was pure rubber, the fish was nice. Desert baklava was nice.But nothing to remember. Waiter was nice and polite. They did get our drinks order wrong twice. But thats no biggie. Also the table next to us (2x people) decided that it's acceptable to talk on the loudspeaker on the phone, so everyone can hear their conversation, to a point that i couldn't hear what i was thinking. Unfortunately not for me.

We stopped for small plates when the place was empty... Food wasn't too bad, although the hummus and tzatzki didn't taste authentic, more like shop bought. We got tomato sauce with our meal (also strange combo!)... The main reason we wouldn't return was the service. We were received well, but had 2 members of staff who seemed to hate their jobs! No smile, no happy, nothing to make our time better. We were given the wrong beer, wrong size wine and didn't have a great time. Not that anyone would have minded in the service team.

Went here for a meal with my husband. Really disappointed, we had to remind the waitress we needed cutlery, I handed her two pieces of metal off my husbands lamb chops that looked like they came off a scourer and she just laughed. I was also served wine in a chipped glass that I caught my mouth on. The food was made to sound delicious but mine had no taste whatsoever and my husbands was what you'd expect from a takeaway. Huge bill for nothing.

food was delicious so made the trip absolutely worth it! however there was a long wait and 'disjointed' service from waitresses - not sure if they were new or just a busy bank holiday evening. however food was delicious, we had chicken wings to start, chicken saute and lamb chops for main, and baklava for dessert, all delicious.

I suggest you book in peak season because it’s that good!!! Manage to get us in as a walk in. Very friendly staff, Shelby and I really enjoyed and the first course and main. Fantastic food would go their again. Thank you

Don't be put off by the run down derelict properties nearby this restaurant has a nice clean attractive interior. We had lunch there today and the food and service were excellent.
