Ordered 2 mixed kebab starters, the lamb was tough as old boots, chicken was dry, samosa was missing, the onion bhaji was swimming in oil, where do I start with the mains, I had the mixed Madras which had the same tough chewy lamb and the prawns or lack of was the smallest I have ever seen in any restaurant, also the sauce was more like a vindaloo, the wife ordered one of the Anika specials which she couldn’t eat the lamb and had big clumps of mince which she couldn’t eat. We didn’t get the free chicken tikka but to be honest I’m quite glad. Within half an hour of consuming what we could of the meal both of us needed the toilet urgently. Never again.

Had one of the best curries in a long time, I have ordered from here before but have been put off with the delivery times however during the lockdown it is understandable and the food was a tad late however was still warm and what can I say about the curries, I ordered the Chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka samber which was full of flavour and plenty of meat inside couldn't go wrong. My son got the Anika special mix on kebab which was really nice and I would recommend that. Just really happy that they are operating in this difficult time without cutting corners and looking forward to try new dishes.

I ordered my meal on line at around 1530 hours and paid in full, I was given the delivery time of 1750 hours. I didnt get the normal text advising me my meal was on the way. So contacted Just Eat who informed me my meal had been cancelled by the Anika resturant. I get the feeling that Just Eat didnt place the order on time to allow the Anika time to prepare my meal so just Cancelled. so a very poor performance all,l round. Never again !!!

Ordered 2 meals, and starters via the takeaway delivery option. Took well over an hour to arrive. Could only compare it to a supermarket boxed set meal for two you can purchase for approx £6 to £7. No hint of spices, and watery gravy like sauce. Cost £20 and virtually none of it was actually ate. Read the review on TripAdvisor prior to ordering, which rated it as 3.3 out of 5. Despite this low rating, decided to try it for ourselves and make our own judgement. Should have stuck with my gut reaction on reading the reviews, and given it a miss. It's a shame, because it's right on the doorstep for us, but we won't be using it again.

Don’t bother!! As a regular customer here for a few years, the past few times have been very disappointing. One of our orders we had things missing gave them them the benefit of the doubt. Just had a takeaway delivered and it was shocking, we ordered 10 popadoms and only received 2.....£5 for that! The chips were cold, lamb bhuna was mainly a sauce with loads of onions hardly any meat, the chicken madras was the same, rice was ok, naans a bit burnt on the end. We are not ones that complain over the slightest thing, but when you spend nearly 30 quid on a delivery you expect it to be correct. Sorry but thats a customer you have now lost, judging by a lot of bad reviews on Just Eat you should take notice what your regular customers say.

Been loads of times always very good food and its a very good alternitive to Moonlight that's across the road. I normally take cash and I don't remember paying by bank card. Hopefully they won't charge you like Moonlight do.

Been a while since I have been here , never will I go again. It used to be clean this place A man behind the counter was just in normal clothing no white coat on , and his clothes did not seem clean at all.The more I looked at the people who were cooking it got worse they all looked dirty . Chips were in a basket and looked liked they had been there all day . The cookers looked dirty, the pickles tubs were all piled up on the back wall on the left hand side , one man was putting rice in a meal , but the rice was on the floor in a tub, surely it should have been high up on a shelf , and not on the floor. It wants a good deep cleaning , if you do go in look at the people who are working there , never will I go in again got a big shock , and I went in around 6 in the evening. I was going to do a delivery service , glad I called for a collection so i now know don't go again

Youve got some really hard working staff and then one lad with tattoos and glasses who is dancing in the back and has a terrible attitude! Train your staff

I don't often write reviews like this but like to give credit where it's due. Went in to Greggs in the Big Asda in Wigan. Only wanted a sausage roll. During the transaction I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and a big smile from Ryan. He answered my question about the allergens in the sausages used for the sausage rolls with patience and clarity. He also complimented my favourite sports team because of my hat bearing their logo. When delivering the sausage roll to me, he transferred it swiftly but delicately in a manner that would benefit the Team GB relay squads at the Olympics. I have written to Joanna Adams (CEO of UK Athletics) to suggest taking Ryan to Paris as a coach but part of me wants him to remain at Greggs, where he serves as an example of everything their staff should aspire to be. I left the store feeling reinvigorated in a way seldom achieved by a sausage roll purchase and would recommend anyone to try it if they ever need cheering up.

Unfortunately there was a lack of cleanliness in respect of tables not being clean or cleared of dirty pots. Received a call from the manager and an email from customer services which was very good. However I will not be visiting again
